Only 1 checkout register open at one of the most popular craft and holiday supply stores around, on an evening in December. I was the 8th person in line when I approached the checkout area. 16 minutes later Ive advanced to 4th, with a whole cluster of shoppers lined up behind me. And the only reason Ive moved up as far as I have is because 2 shoppers in front of me abandoned their carts and left out of frustration. Seems to me that during a year when almost EVERY business is hurting for revenue, management at this particular store could have done a much better job scheduling for the holidays.

Very clean and organized craft store. I could easily find everything I was looking for. And stroller friendly.

I ordered an online curbside pickup order yesterday. Revived 2 notifications that the order was ready to to pickup this morning (8/31/2020). So I got my little kids in the car, followed the instructions on the email clicking the link to let them know I was on my way, and drove 25 minutes to the store. Got there, no assigned curbside pick up spots- no biggie- parked as close to the doors as I could, as instructed by the email, clicked on the link to notify them I had arrived, which then told me to call. Annoying, but whatever. I called EIGHT times. EIGHT different times over the span of 35 minutes. There were 5 cars in the parking lot one being a gentleman that I saw go into the store and walk out with a bag, so he was definitely a customer. After 35 minutes of waiting and crying babies in my car- I left, empty handed and furious. Don’t offer something and take my money for it if you aren’t going to complete the agreed upon arrangements. When I got home I tried calling again- still no answer. Same messaging, stayed on the line to be directed to the first available team member, rang for about a minute then hangs up. STILL no answer. I want the $78 refunded. Since they can’t answer the phone I will be contacting my credit card company. So disappointing and a complete waste of my time.

Joan Foltz: Yesterday I contacted this store and asked if they would hold 3 frames for me. I had purchased 6 of them (all they had)at the Roswell Store and I needed 3 more. They were on sale 2 for the price of 1. I went this morning to pick them up and the manager informed me that the sale went off today (Sunday) and they would not give me the price I had just paid for them on Saturday. The 2 for 1 sign was still up! If they had told me that when I put them on hold I would have gladly paid for them on the phone on Sat. I think this is extremely poor customer service. I spend thousands at their stores and this is the customer appreciation I get.Manager would not even come to front of store to talk to me!!

They had everything I need it and 20%off of that. Love it. Definitely will be back. Thank you.

Manager does not honor promotion posted within store. Refused to offer any assistance or clarification on why promotion would not be honored for full priced- as is items... Did not even come to the front to help sort out the situation. Will continue to shop online, where all deals and promotion are honored per your stores policy! If I could leave a 0 I would.

Huge selection of craft and hobby items. Prices are decent on items that are not available just anywhere. The items that are on sale are very reasonable. The check out process is a little slow but the employees are very friendly and helpful at the checkout and in the departments. Lots of free parking available and offers handicapped access and parking.

Friendly staff and great teamwork to handle busy areas.Went to the framing center and it seemed busy with it being Christmas time. Another employee arrived pretty fast to help take care of me. It was my first time getting artwork framed and Boo made it a comfortable experience. Walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. She gave me some advice and was very friendly, chatting with me during the exchange. She easily handled other customers needs while not ignoring me. I left the store feeling taken care of and with a lovely experience. Thanks for the help Boo!

Very nice store and well arranged making it easy to find what your looking for. The management and the employees are very friendly and know about the crafts in their department so they are helpful for your needs. I enjoy going there and seeing the latest crafts and tools to work with. I highly recommend this store.

Nice location, plenty of parking for a Sunday. I called ahead and had them located the item before I arrived. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. This is the best Michaels in the area.

Good place to shop...

Sometimes its hard to find help on those rare moments that I need help but they were readily available. The prices on paint supplies( what I was looking for) were reasonable. Store is clean.

What more could you ask for an arts and craft store. This place has it all, organization, paints, brushes, pencils, canvases, a must go to if you’re in town!

I am so sorry that I had to give 2 stars because I love shopping at Michaels. This was the first time that I shopped at this location and the reason that I gave it 2 stars was because, for 1, there was not much help, I had to go look for someone to assist me, 2, the check out line was not that long, but it took a while to get checked out, about 20 min, 3, when I finally got to check out, my item rang up at a higher price, I told the cashier and she gave me a lame excuse instead of going to check. So needless to say, I will not shop here for my Michaels needs. I had a bad first impression.

Great store. Love the amount of choices to start a hobby. Went in looking for one item and then began wandering. A short trip tired into a two hour adventure.The store associate was helpful in looking for the items and question I had. They also had a great sale going so I ended up spending more than I wanted.

Rude employee/manager had to call Corp Bc the way she talked to me was the most rudest way. Will not shop at this location ever again.

My grandson loves this place. The pricing is baffling, much too high for most things. Without the coupons I would never shop there. I always feel tricked and ripped off afterwards. But hey...anything for the grandkids!

This is a large store. It has such a great variety for just about any craft or art need you might have. They also have increased their trendy home decor section. They rotate the latest trends such as coastal, industrial, farmhouse etc. You can find things to update your decor for a very reasonable price.

We shop at this Michaels all the time. Always have great deals. Staff is very friendly and the give extra discounts when you ask for them. Always get our supplies for our projects here. Will return again in the near future very soon.

The wait time for my online order pickup was pretty ridiculous, but the cashier was apologetic and efficient once he finally showed up. Love the quality of their acrylics and oils.

I had my son walk ahead of me to ask one of the employees a question, as there were to teammates speaking. When they were done he politely said excuse me and they both walked away. When I got closer and followed them they finally acknowledged him but still seemed annoyed. The store is great, customer service not so much.

The staff were very nice & helpful & the store was well-stocked! I cant wait to come back for Holiday decorations!

Long lines, slow employees, hard to find the item you are looking for. While shopping here, I can see why Amazon is so successful.

Usually has anything you need. However the pricing schema is at best obfuscatory and at worst deceptive. Whats on sale whats not on sale and what does your coupon work on is a matter of luck or higher economics.

Michaels marks regular price items as “top value” so they will not honor their 40% off coupon at regular price. Good example are helium tanks for $25. Same tank & price at Party City, Walmart, & Sam’s Club. Buyer Beware. They just lost ‘top value” customer.
