I am from out of town and went here for something fun to do. However, i paid for a bowl and painted it in DECEMBER. I asked the lady working if she could have it shipped to my house since im not from the area. She said of course. I gave her all my information and even paid a shipping fee. I NEVER GOT MY BOWL. I called them multiple times. At first they said they had just shipped it but couldnt give me a tracking number. I called back a week later; the lady answered and knew who i was immediately when i asked about it. She then said she would call the USPS store and hung up on me . I tried to call back multiple times and she never answered. I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY BOWL!!! ITS ALMOST AUGUST!!!! I also havent got my money back either. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

My girls and I had a great time decorating pottery! Very affordable! The price of your piece includes paint, glaze and kiln. Im excited to see the final product!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! This is a great place for kids and family events. We just walked in with my 2 year old and 8 month old and started painting. It was fun and the owner was very helpful with the paints. Defiantly a must do.

Well Im sure this will be taken off we started going the first of November every 2week to paint. I work with special need adult she loves to paint. The first time we went I had to call because it was 1030 and they were not open we painted I returned to pickup the pottery and ask about the loyalty program I was informed they dont do this I showed them on their website and she said she would call the owner. We went back again to paint we seem to be a bother because of wheel chair. I went to pickup the art today thinking I would wait until 1030 that it would be open and no several people came and pulled on door so one lady called after we all had stood there and was told she would be there in a little while. Finally after taken my client back to car the person got there at five after 11. I guess Im just upset because we have now spent a little over 200.00 dollars and the loyalty program is still on there website and again Im told they dont do it and I seem to be always waiting for them to open. Guess its time to move on.

I adore this place. A great place to relax and let your creative side out. Reasonably priced items and really nice people. You can have parties there, kick back with a glass of wine (you provide your own wine) and paint away. Dont finish in one sitting, not a problem they give you a month to come back and finish. Will be heading back soon.

First experience - good.Second experience- okay, front lady a bit rude. Asked to rush my order and was told not a problem. Here I am at 10:05 to pick up my pottery pieces and the store is closed even though their hours are 10-9.It is 10:30 and the owner just walked in.Won’t be back!

Love the convenience of this pottery painting place. Their prices are reasonable, and I applaud their policies regarding finishing painting at a later time (many studios do not allow this practice!). The staff members are helpful, respectful, and I appreciate having this art studio.

My wife and I came here for date night and had a blast. There was a nice selection, cool stencils, plenty of paint and the staff was very friendly. We brought food and drinks and had a very good time. I definitely recommend this experience and this location; well absolutely be back.

Had a girls day here and was very pleased with the experience. This store had a lot cool pottery to choose from. Stephanie was super helpful with choosing our paint and guiding the party smoothly. They supplied everything from decorations to food! In addition, Their store was easy to find and looked put together. The workers were very helpful with refilling our paint and helping us decide which to choose. Will surely come back with my friends.

Wonderful pottery place just opened up at the North Point Mall. Very spacious, neat and organized. Great variety of pottery pieces to work on for kids and adults. Finished pieces are available for pickup in about a week. The staff is very friendly. Prices are decent also. I highly recommend!

The ambiance and facilities here are very nice. Its spacious with pleasant esthetics. Unfortunately there is a lot they could improve upon. As a regular at All Fired Up this establishment could benefit from a visit to their establishment. They hold the paint behind the counter only having the employee get the paint for you. This leads to you waiting around to get your paint when you could be continuing on with your project when they are busy. The selection of pottery is also lacking. Not to mention the limited stencils and supplies in general. There are no turntables, only a couple small bottles with thin nozzles, So much potential but they are really falling short. Its sad to have such a great location but they come across as being low budget and strapped for money with micromanaging supplies and lack of choices.
