It was the perfect day to feed the ducks and fall in love! This visit was the most magical day Ive had thus far. The parks pretty nice too

Great place to bring your children!

My children and I visited the park on 7/8/20 and although we only went as far as the kids playground, pavilions and the duck pond, I was very impressed with the upkeep and general conditions of the area!Dont forget to bring some quarters to get duck food to feed the ducks. For a couple dollars, it was a great time with my kids.You can also bring your own food for the ducks, however the common choice of bread is not good for the ducks! A quick Google search will yield healthy alternatives!

A very nice park with lots of open area as well as ball fields, tennis and basketball courts with small pavilions and picnic tables. There are also plenty of trees and one can find good places to park in the shade to catch up on emails or simply read a book during the lunch hour.

We love this place! Lots of room to roam, several playgrounds and many pavilions. Basketball, baseball and tennis courts and a duck pond. It really has everything. The grounds are kept clean too.

I always love coming here. Its always so clean and quiet. Plenty of playgrounds for the kids, has a tennis court, basketball court, and also baseball fields. So worth going here

Great park! Clean lovely pond w ducks

Its a beautiful day out today and the park is very peaceful! My son got his cast net stuck on something in the water over by the bridge though so he was bumbed we had to leave the net. We did wrap the rope around a light post though so it didnt fall in the water. Maybe someone else can get it lose! Who knows!

Took my granddaughter for first time to see the ducks. it would be nice if they could clean up the water some.

This is a fairly large park for the location. IMO

Carnation days in the park is a perfect way to support local businesses and community!

One of the cleanest parks in Stark County. A nice play area for smaller kids on both ends of the park. Nice ball fields and open field space for kite flying, styrofoam plane flying, or RC drones.

Love this park!! It is so beautiful! The pond is perfect to walk around. There are 2 playground too. One by the pind and one on top of the hill. Both have different things for kids of all ages to play on. There are a couple baseball/softball fields, a tennis court, and a basketball court. All the trails in and around the park makes it a fun and pretty experience!!

Silver Park is the home of Carnation Days in the Park which boasts live music and tons of great food, crafts, and games. It seems like all of Alliance plus most of the neighboring communities all make an appearance. The atmosphere shares much in common with an awesome county fair. The rest of the year, Silver Park has ball fields, picnic shelters, a pond where you can enjoy the peace and quiet (and ducks), and just be outdoors. The only thing, as a hiker and avid trail and dog walker, that I wish was better is the trail. There is only one short trail and if you (and Fido) wasnt to do some walking, the only other option is to spend time walking on the roads through the park. Its still nice, but for that reason alone we tend to visit other parks more often.

Always a good time here. My dog gets so excited to come here and walk around the lake together. Always clean and enjoyable.

What a pretty park!

We use their cabin for events, its always clean and well taken care of. The price is great also for the day. Nice little fire place stocked with wood. Includes restrooms and fridge. No stove or microwave though.

Great play areas, they have a free library by the pond which is Awesome! Amazing concert area! Nice baseball fields, basketball courts and tennis courts. They also hold a carnayion carnival every year, which is spectacular!!! A must go for the whole family!!!

Beautiful place. You can have parties. They have pavilions, gazebos, and a cabin. A couple of playgrounds for the kids. Several ball fields. Trails to hike. A beautiful pond to walk around and benches to sit, relax, and watch the ducks.

The crew at Silver Park has really done a great job maintaining and improving the park, especially the lake with fountain. The pavillion closest to the stage has been redone and is beautiful. Keep up the good work, cant wait for summer!!

A beautiful park to walk, play, have a pinic. Have charcoal grills, trash cans, gazebos to eat in. You can feed the ducks or even fish. Reserve the log cabin for an event. Have a wedding here.

Its beautiful! Tennis courts, ball fields, lots of woods, fishing, log cabin, pavilions. Gazebos in wooded areas....just absolutely a great place for fun with friends and family!

It’s a really great place. They have a main playground, an older one, and one up on a hill with a work out area ( small). The lake of course is the main attraction were you can walk around it. There are ducks to feed with feeders ( don’t feed bread!), benches, a bridge with a trail to go down. There is a stream kids can play in.

Watched the fireworks last night. They are always great. The parking situation is always horrible but you just need to have a little patience.

For a small town like Alliance, the park is a pleasant surprise. Nice large and with ducks and a few geese, band shell for all kinds of summer performances, cabin for rental year-round, a few large pavilions, baseball fields, tennis/basketball courts, wide open spaces to picnic and nap.

Been going here for most of my life nice to stroll around the lake. Lots of activities in summer sledding in winter. Feeding the ducks children have fun doing it.

I love Silver Park. There are three pavilions down below and a couple little ones above. There are two parks. One being for toddlers and one being for more grown kids. There is a pond with huge gold fish, some are 3 feet or larger. There are ducks u can feed. U can bring ur own bread or they have feeder machines u can put money in and get duck food from. In our city we have days in the park week where theres multiple vendors and we have our local fireworks here. Theyre usually pretty big. Its one of the cornerstones in Alliance. There are public restrooms and during city events they put up temporary restrooms. Its a great place for children, families, and singles to meet and have fun. We personally hold our family reunions here. U can reserve and rent the pavilions and sometimes theres live music in the stadium. I love this park.

Silver Park is beautiful and well taken care of.

Went for fire works and it was crazy. Parents letting their kids run wide. From fights to 8 teenagers on kids swing. When they heard cracking they moved to the next swing. Now if little ones get on and it does break they will be injured. Fireworks lasted for 10 minutes then the police blocked people who parked across the street at the school until the whole park emptied which took a while. It would have been easy enough to have people from the park to leave one way and people from the school leave the opposite.

I took a Quick Drive Around the Lake an it was a Beautiful Drive.

We went for lunch with some residents, the pavilion made it coolish, we pushed each of them around the lake. They all had a good time!!
