Great place for kids to come play, have a birthday party and hang out. Friendly staff and lots of games in a clean environment... highly recommend.

Great place to got regardless of age young or old something for everyone! The staff and the owner are great and friendly! Its a safe environment for the kids and good place have real interaction with people. My nephew has met multiple people with similar interests. I highly recommend this place.

Great place for families and fun. Perfect for casual gaming or birthday parties. Excellent for full time gamers. Oh and they have drinks and snacks for kids. No need to lug around extra stuff.

My brother discovered PlayLIVE over the summer while watching my 11yr old son for me and what a treat! The idea that there is a place where kids can get together and share their love of games and the gaming experience is brilliant and PlayLIVE in Allen has perfected it! We had my son’s 12th birthday there yesterday and I can honestly say that it was the best public venue birthday party we’ve experienced. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, not loud and chaotic in any way. Paul was a wonderful host and able to keep everyone, birthday party kids and other guests happy and maintain a positive environment for all. A sincere Thank You to PlayLIVE in Allen and Paul! Recently had my son’s birthday party here and can’t say enough good things. Paul and company were easy to work with, very organized and great with the kids during the actual party. Everything went incredibly smoothly and we would absolutely book again (or visit for just a regular day of fun). Highly recommend!

Very cool place! The owner is very friendly and interactive with his guests. It’s refreshing to have someone so in tune with their business. The recliners are extremely comfortable and the entire building very clean! I got to sit back and charge my phone, relaxing in comfy chair, while my daughter and her friends played! Great time! Definitely recommend this place! Will be back soon!! They have great party packages too!

Great and fun place for kids that enjoy consoles and computers that run DECENTLY. I say decently because the computers arent fast enough to run fortnite at high settings considering FPS. the Frames arent very fast for the game and they stay at a low amount even after turning down graphics and turning up fps cap. So if you go here looking for a great pc for fortnite, possibly look else where. other than that console area is amazing with recliners and grips in store if you are looking for those as well. the headset fort he pcs are a little uncomfortable so if you have one, bring your own headset and mic. also the mice arent that great neither. other than that no other complaints

As an actual gamer. This place is trash. Wasted money on an all day pass to watch the computers crash over and over again. The worker did t have any interest in trying to resolve the problems my brothers and I were having and the only answer the guy had was, “That’s just PCs for ya”... like what?

Excellent selection of games for the Xbox. Management at this location didn’t skimp - comfy chairs, curved monitors, blazing fast download speeds, and high performance PCs. Awesome place to go with a group.

Honestly great place very comfortable chairs great internet about 100 games to choose from and very nice and friendly employees 10/10 would recommend this place.
