No one at this place has on mask. I expressed my concern with the manager and i felt like i was being brushed off.I really enjoyed coming to this location but never again.

We were there celebrating a few birthdays. We had a great time, and the laser tag was so fun. Only downside, its alittle on the expensive side and the money adds up quick! Bowling was great too, and friendly service all around. Well definitely be back!

My kids love this place. It took a while for me to figure out the ticket system, but once I did, I prefer it to the oldschool ones that spit literal tickets out. Its easier to carry a card with everything loaded on it than hundreds of tickets. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. My oldest loves the rockwall selection, which has a range from beginner/easy to hard. The claw games are rigged a little, but mostly in the positioning of the animals, and not the actual systems settings, though a couple are set to a higher difficulty in that respect as well, which should be expected. The littles love the laser tag. I cant comment much on it because I havent been inside to see the setup. They also love the bumper cars, though there isnt a lot of room to move in there.. there is a ropes course suspended above the arcade that my oldest enjoys as well. Its a little frightening to watch, but they are harnessed in and secure. The food is good, but nothing to boast about - mostly overpriced. The bowling lanes are easy to use and the seating area is comfortable. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, other than it being hard to hear yourself think because of the other activities going on next door during busy times (the arcade / bowling - which is, again, to be expected). I do love the outdoor seating area and the giant chess, though Im not sure if that portion is currently open due to COVID-19.Overall, a little pricey, but a lot of fun. We cant wait to go back again.

It was a blast. A family friendly atmosphere, with lots of fun entertainment for the whole family. Bumper cars, arcade games, simulation rides, bowling, laser tag, desert, food, etcetera. I will visit again.

First time at the VIP section. A must if you want a little bit more isolation. Really good service and the kids had a blast. Cant wait to come back.

Pretty awesome game selections for not being a big arcade. My kiddo enjoyed their time there. Game card prices are affordable. Paid a dollar for a game card and 20 for 100 points. That was enough for several games since the cost to play most games were only 5-8 tickets. Rock climbing is 20 tickets and ropes course is 24.

The food and service was not good at all. There werent many tables so I guess I expected a bit better service. Had to ask for cutlery, napkins, salt, pepper, etc, basic items. We ordered a pizza, mac and cheese, and a salad. Again kept having to ask for dressing for the salad, the pizza was not very good. The games were fun. Overall, eat before you go!

Very well kept and convenient restaurant. They serve big portions and for reasonable rates. We enjoyed the food a lot and the waiters were super personal and chatty. Highly recommended.

Pin stack is open during Covid and does a great job separating all of its customers for social distancing. I took my son there and we had a great time getting out of the house for the first time in quite a while. I appreciate everything that they do and people should go support local businesses such as this

Pre COVID, I loved this place and would come almost every weekend. Me and my boyfriend decided to have a night out since we hadn’t been in a few months. Masks are not enforced, there were no measures to enforce a limited capacity, and in the 2 hours that I spent there I had yet to see a worker wipe down one machine. Considering how hands on every game is, I can’t even imagine how many germs are passed from person to person being that they don’t wipe down their machines or watch how many people walk in the door. I’d be nervous to even calculate how many people have touched the machine on a busy night without them sanitizing. If you care at all about your health and safety, avoid this place at all costs.

I can’t believe how fun Pinstack was. I thought my friends were taking us to just another bowling alley but I was wrong. This is like an entire amusement park to escape to torching Texas sun. They have great bowling that’s in a clean, family friendly setup. Then there’s an entire arcade of games, plus some more unusual ones. Bumper cars are a total blast. But the best part was the adult-sized aerial jungle gym that you can play around as an adult. You latch into a cool safety system and try your hand at all sorts of challenges. When I’m in Dallas, I’ll definitely return to kill a few hours. Way fun and worth it.

This is a really fun, family oriented venue. My favorite one is Allen. There is one in Allen,Plano, Las Colinas and Austin. This facility offers everyone something to do. There is grat food, bowling, a rock wall, ropes course, bumper cars, laser tag and so much more. I have held a baby shower at the Allen location. The buffet was amazing. The facilities great for events and parties. There is a very nice outdoor patio with tables, couches, big screen tvs and giant game pieces. There is a bar that appears to be well stocked. The staff are very personable and the GM (Will) bends over backwards to make sure everything goes well for the guests. One of my favorite family venues.

Place is really fun, but service is absolutely horrible. Will stand at desk for 5-10 minutes as employees just stand around and look at you like they don’t even work there. And when someone finally comes to the desk, they claim it’s someone else’s job & they don’t know where the person is. First & second time we came a waiter/waitress came over to ask if we wanted drinks or food & took pretty good care of us. But last few times we have been completely ignored. Waiter will go to lanes on both sides of us and take care of the guests there but never come up to us like they used to. Have been 3 times now without anyone approaching us. One night manager is very nice and helpful, as he usually takes good care of us (haven’t seen him last few times though) while other employees stand around and talk at the bar or desk. Will still come back because we have fun, but will be sure to eat or have drinks before we come.

So my son talked me into seeing what pinstack was all about, been stuck in house way to long and really glad he did now, we had a fantastic time playing all the games me especially Pac-Man and they have awesome pinball machines as well rock climbing lazer tag and bumper cars, we didnt get a chance to bowl spent to much time in arcade, I did find the bar tho

Just opened with a short amount of staff and they have AMAZING customer service, even on a busy night. Seriously impressed with how hard the staff works, especially Bryan the Manager! Thanks so much for making sure we had a great time!

This was a really great place for a night out with some friends, the food was spectacular!

First time out since all the chaos, Pin-stack with the Family was amazing, even with short staff, they had clean facilities, a limited but great menu, and fast service, The manager Bryan personally helped take care of us and accommodate all our food orders. Will definitely be back for some family time. Id recommend those wanting to get out the house and still be in the a/c and avoid the TX heat. Go to Pin-stack in Allen.

The watiter we had was really helpful nice guy it was my husband birthday and he brought him a slice of cake and made it look very nice

Had a going away party there for us adults and we had a great time bowling, rock wall climbing and playing all the other arcade games. Definitely going to miss going there to have a little adult fun.

Well set up to provide protection to guests. Currently using every other lane for separation. Balls and alleyways cleaned after every use. Staff was terrific. Very attentive insuring an enjoyable experience.

Super fun place to have our son try bowling for for the first time. Sophia was an amazing server and helped us a ton! She honestly was the only employee to really help. We got there and no employees were behind counter to help get a bowling lane. She started to help guests best she could do until someone came. A lot of employees just walked by before she got there and stared instead of maybe trying to find someone.

Enjoyed the Arcades with the kids on a Friday summer afternoon. Got to ride bumper cars, basketball arcade game, kids loved the car racing arcade games as well. Loved the Mario games as well. The fact that attendants were continually walking around for any assistance was ni w when we had an issue with one of the machines that wasnt working and was immediately fixed.

First Visit 06/25/2020, best bowling lanes we have found in the Allen and McKinney area. Manager Brian and Hostes Aneika were top notch in both Customer Service and the most positive attitude we have ever encountered. I highly recommend this establishment for your bowling needs, we will definitely return and will make this our favorite location.

Very exciting atmosphere, tons of fun to be had. Everything seemed clean. Food was pretty good, definitely much better than other bowling places. Bowling, rock climbing, laser tag, a cool “sky track” obstacle course, bumper cars, the prize room looked like they had good choices. Just wish they had a dance dance revolution machine!!!

Our girls opted for Pinstack to celebrate their birthday with the family and it was GREAT! They played a ton of games, rock climbed, did bumper cars, and then we had dinner. The bar/restaurant was so good! I was very surprised by the food, and everyone enjoyed their meals! Jeff was a great server and Bryan was awesome giving the girls birthday milkshakes. Even if I’m not coming in for food and games, I’ll come back to the bar just to watch a game and have a drink.

It was a lot of fun. There is bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, climbing wall and an overhead ropes course all under one roof along with video games. Perfect place for a special event. The food was delicious as well.

The bowling is fun. The food is meh. The service is slightly below average.

They charge $20 for 30 mins of bowling on Sundays due to it being peak hours. There was only 2 other lanes.....overpriced for what you get. Our lane had only 8 pins, higher score but seemed very unorganized. Guy at the counter was pretty nice though.

Fun family place for food, bowling, rock climbing, bumper cars, laser tag, ropes course, games and more. The VIP card for games is a great value. The coins last over multiple visits so dont have to spend it all on the same day.

Visited on a Saturday evening and it was packed. Lots of fun activities for all ages. We had more fun blasting zombies and enjoying other games. Apart from being too crowded, we really had a great time.

We had a fun neighborhood get together and rented 2 lanes for our party of 16. We had 3 food trays included in our coat, which was great and allowed us to snack throughout our event. However, the service was only okay and no one let us know that our food was going to be removed. We turned around to find that all our sodas and almost half of our food was gone! Someone asked if we could bag up the extra or take it to another area of the venue and we were told no. Big waste of food and drinks! Otherwise, the lanes and venue were a lot of fun!

We really enjoyed having our company party here. Food options were good and we had good wait staff always checking to make sure we didnt need anything. Would recommend for a relaxed atmosphere and fun options to enjoy with colleagues.

We had a Awsome time for my Birthday there Saturday. We got the private bowling room very Nice place to hang out with friends & family. The food waa great and service was excellent. This makes our 3rd party there and will be having more. We Love the atmosphere and its an over all great place!

Pretty nice place. First time visit and I can say it wont be the last. Food is pretty good for bar food. However drinks are pricey for the amount of alcohol you actually get.

Dissapointed...my first visit was on a weekend for a birthday party and it could have been so much better. It seems there is a lack of management and training. Waited in line for bowling shoes and was ignored. Not even a hi, Ill be right with you. No smile or acknowledgement. When there were issues with the party/bowling alley the lady manager wouldnt take any responsibility for the situation. Her responses for the issues was more of an oh well. There was one party host when there should have been two. The party host had to be in two or three places at once- clearly not possible. Mind you, manager was nowhere in sight. Just a poor operation and you expect a lot more for the cost. 30 per child and we were doing everything ourselves. Again, the party host can only do so much. Its the managements responsibility to make sure staff is friendly and addressing patrons and that the party host has help. Im giving it 3 stars because once management is visible and making sure operations are running smoothly, this place has potential to be a place my family and I would go to.

Waitress, the only one at 1pm, hussled with a wonderful smile. Nachos with brisket were good, but needed more queso. Street tacos with pulled pork were too light. Haggard farm salad was very good. Brunch - Eggs Benedict and Stuffed French toast were hits. Actually, we had a good experience... there were platers helping the one waitress.

So many fun options! We went bowling and did some of the games afterward. Our 2 and 4 year old girls had a blast, and it has great options for older kids, too. Well definitely be back!

The food was mediocre, but honestly I didn’t have high expectations. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, but the buffalo chicken wrap was eh. The bartender was good and made a very good Moscow mule our server was good but would often disappear for 30minutes at a time..I was surely disappointed with the arcade games. At least 4 times we swiped our players card on a game, the card read, but the game didn’t start, essentially eating our points. We had to find an employee to help us redeem those lost points. The ticket games are over priced and don’t pay out well..

The main bar was fantastic tonight. Feel in love with Kelly, like I imagine a thousand before me. Always nice team members everywhere.

Brand new place. Very entertaining. Good beer selection. It took over an hour to get to lanes for our large party of 10 with no reservation. But the wait was worth it. Staff were very friendly. Bowling lanes were very good. They have the longest foosball table I have ever seen. It can engage up to 20 players!! Dont miss it.

Clean, fun & great service

I took my son here for his birthday party. They were understaffed, poor customer service, the food was terrible, and the Dr. Pepper was flat! And on top of that it was expensive. The only cool thing about the place is the overhead balancing obstacle course thing throughout the gaming area. Otherwise 1 star. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else first.

Theres a lot to do here and fun for people of almost all ages. Most of it is reasonably priced, although I do wish the bowling was a tad bit cheaper. Also the restaurant is decent.

The kids love this place. I love it too. ... Plus the employees really seem to care about the equipment and the guests. Saw lots walking around tending to everything.

The food is AMAZING, but the food took a bit longer than usual but it’s ok. Brooke and Cj are amazing servers every time we visit Pinstack Allen. They’re both energetic and enthusiastic. Very much recommend them for your servers :)

Loved it. It has fun games for my teenage kids and we the adults definitely enjoyed bowling and the mojitos.

Lots of family fun! Great place to spend a day with friends and family, everything was clean and working properly, staff was helpful and friendly, bar had fast service.

This is a great place to visit and take the kids. We were there for about 2+ hours. It can run a little pricey, but it was for my granddaughters birthday, so it was ok.

A lively place with lots of bowling alleys. You might need to wait a little while to get your turn. There is also an arcade area for games which is good for kids.

We were looking for a family dinner with flair so we went to Pinstack. They were not busy. It was a late Tuesday night. Turned out all appetizers were half price, late night happy hour. We got lots of food and had fun together. The service was slow. Maybe ask for a pitcher of whatever youre drinking, water, soda, beer, so you dont run out. The chicken wings were our favorite. The salsa is meh and so were the nachos. The $20 burger is yummy and we just split it between several people.

I had a few complications with my meal tonight and both the waitress, Mandy, and the manager came to me and apologized. They also made sure it was taken care of the right way and got me a complimentary dessert. They did an amazing job with making sure we were taken care of. Love this place and I definitely recommend it.

It’s so much fun! My family did ropes course, bumper cars, rock climbing, bowling, laser tag and games all in one place. It’s a but pricey but it’s a lot of fun! Perfect for families!

Lanes were fine, the service was terrible. Only salvaged by an attentive staff servicing the people on the lane next to us. If not for that staff, this would be a two-star review. Get that guy a medal, because our designated server did not get a single order right and was too busy hanging out at the bar to actually serve us.

Pinstack is so cool. Dont miss the 14-people foosball table and the stack burger $20. This place is very nice. Great time with friends.
