My brother-in-law found this little nature preserve and we came to take photos together as a family. There are trails and these trees that have fallen over but are still healthy and strong. Our kids were able to climb and play with the trees like they were small juggle gyms, it was like an organic playground. It was a lot of fun and great way to spend the afternoon. We all wore masks and the space is pretty big. Most other people I saw were wearing a masks too but not everyone so just have to keep a safe distance.

Great southern half of this trail. No restroom. More road noise on this half but still a nice trail

Its a very beautiful trail with trees all around. There is also a childrens play area, a deck to sit and watch the creek. There is also a shade for having food behind the Boon Elementary school, and a grass field where you can have a picnic for family.

Great place to go for a walk with a stroller.There is a large playground for kids.I think its a great place to ride a bike too.

A great scenic place to go hiking and creeking.

Sometimes I cycle through this Nature Preserve, there’s not a lot of noise and it’s not so busy.

The park is great place to walk with my sisters dog and my family.

A awesome place to plug in the headphones, pick an energized track to jam and just walk it of the trails. I will say once it starts getting day there is absolutely no light out here so be mindful. Aside from that great place to picnic.

Nice playground for little kids, nice walkways. Clean and quiet. Didnt see a bathroom though, so dont go on a full bladder unless you are comfortable going in the trees.

Nature preserve is clean, quiet, great for kids, and jogging and bike trails. Access seems limited for parking though.

Great for strolers and bikes. Didnt have alot of unpaved trailes. The walk through the wooded area took about 5 min tops and that was with a 2yr old.Great playground for kids. Lots of squirrels and we saw two song birds. Has three bridges in close proximity to eachother and a wide paved trail with plenty of room to pass others.

Nice trails although there was some trash on the trail and in the creek.

Coming back again. Loved it. Had a fantastic time.

The side trail northeast of the playground alongside the stream is a nice jaunt. Also the dirt trail, though short gives a modicum of quietness. The concrete sidewalks go a long distance. It is planned they eventually will merge and go as far south as Dallas. This park is a special place for bicycling and walking with some bits of history thrown in when you walk the side trails.

Its a really nice park. We went there for a photo shoot and the photographs were amazing

Beautiful, peaceful spot! So happy I live near this gem and can walk there daily and so thankful the City of Allen has invested in the walking trails and this park!

We enjoyed this nice and quiet place. Its like a secret garden within the area. Everyone waking the paths were very friendly.
