Pool is actually closed until 4:30... it would have been nice if they had posted that on the internet for everyone to know.... 6 other people besides us we’re there wanting to get in as well. We drove 10 miles to get here on our day off. No signs and google doesn’t have the correct hours... Sad because it looks like a beautiful pool

Super friendly staff. Cheap prices too. Adults $3 children over 4 and seniors $2. They provide floaters and vests and a lot of seating space

Good location. $4.00 to get in. No matter how crowded it is, I have always managed to get a lounge chair! All different walks of life- the epitome of a public community pool. I definitely reccomend. 4 Stars becuase the staff isnt very friendly, and I havent seen any of them engage with the patrons- rather they seem quite comfortable sitting behind the counter mingling amongst themselves. But theyre not a deal breaker, so I will keep coming back.

Provides a neighborhood pool for all. Although pool went thru some renovation the womens locker room still dirty each time l go. Lockers are rusted in need of replacement. There are only TWO umbrellas for sun protection. Lounge chairs need replacing. Some have been broken since last year. Someone from the Department please check on this place & order improvements!!!

I was so happy to stop here for a small hour of swimming, a good shower in a summer Virginia day et then continue my way to the South.

They dont open the diving board area because they are extremely lazy.Lifeguards praying for thunderstorm to close the pool

Love this pool! Amazing public space in the middle of old town for only $3 and walking distance from home. Reminds me of the pool I grew up at in Richmond. Im going to see about kids swim lessons this afternoon..

Old Town Pool is a clean, no-frills public pool, deck and park area owned and operated by the City of Alexandria. For Masters, triathletes and lap swimmers the pool usually has 25 SCY lanes available, sometimes reserved on schedules by local Masters and youth swim clubs. No snack bar.

My first elementary school right next to it..i loved it and regret not going years ago...i will be back next year..

This is a great pool, it is large and the entry fee is affordable. My only complaint here is the staff who manage the pool is young and basically, do not maintain the cleanliness of the pool for the whole day.

Public pool. Lots of kids. I hope nobody peed in it.

By far the WORST pool my family has ever been to. Rudest staff - they are all teenagers that act like 2 year olds; no one has a CLUE how to act professional. Pool dirty!! Do not waste your money here!!

It was clean, there are a lot of lifeguards who take their jobs seriously and I met a neighbor that I never saw before!!!

Its a great Community pool. Its clean, organized and the parking is OK. The schedule could be better maintained.

For $3 you cant beat this place. I wish there was a shack that would sell food but I can see how it can get messy with kids running around.

They really need more guards cause things arent getting done.Dirty deck and drains all the time.Bathrooms are a Heath hazard !!!If there were an alternative, we would never go here.
