The management of this park is absolutely amazing! They are absolutely on it and care for their tenets. I feel completely secure as a resident of this park and would like to thank Kelly so much for working so hard to keep us all safe.

Awful management. Very discriminatory. Will single out residents for violations, while others are allowed to break the rules indefinitely. Don’t even think about moving here if you’re white, or white passing. Management gives very obvious preferential treatment to Mexicans. They can’t even send out their newsletters in proper English, and the Spanish newsletter usually contains more detailed info. They do nothing for the streets in the winter after it snows, so you have to deal with ice for weeks on end. Community is gated only to car traffic, while people on foot can still enter freely, safety is merely a farce. Management allows and encourages religious solicitors. Stay far, far away!

As far as mobile home parks go this is one of the better ones its a nice quiet nice aesthetic appeal Id have to say that it is very well maintained easy to find well managed

Have family that lives there. Not impressed at all. Look into the parks farther east by juan tabo

This guy that lives in this place is a P.O.S. He is always out trying to get other ppl caught up and kicked out just a heads up to watch out for him in his lil golf cart.

The new managers are just wrong. Very bad situation for me just because I want them to clean the sewer backup in my yard properly and I have a gas regulator in the middle of my walkway. I fell over e r it and got hurt and I asked them to move it yesterday and today I got a 60 day notice to vacate.

A friend lives there! The closed community is a good attraction.

Great place to live only thing is I really dont like the new gate they added to the front of the park

Very affordable. The upgrades on the property is greatly appreciated

They have a nice conubity people drive to fast even with the speed bumps there are slot of stray dogs running about and VERY loud cars. It is children friendly And over all a nice community

Nice peaceful little park and good prices for rent. Management puts up silly newsletters sometimes.
