As far as loud noise during late hours, inconsiderate neighbors, over strict rules, this place has it all and its been a big disappointment. Seriously, Ive lived in apartments that were more pleasant then this! Right now its 1:30 am and my next door mexican neighbors are playing loud music and singing high pitched, them and several others here do this very often. Weve told management several times and it only backfires! Were not only moving out of this park, were moving out of Albuquerque and on to country living so we can avoid having this experience again

Another park (one of six) bought by an out of state investor, Richard Nodel who is getting richer on the backs of lower income and elderly people.Now being sued by tenants in class action. It speaks for itself.

Kinda good

I have lived here for 13 years. For the most time it has been good. It is maintained pretty well.

One of the noisiest places I have ever lived you got to listen to anaerobic place playing its music loud all the time then you got to listen to car stereos playing all the time Im writing this review at 5: 30 in the morning and Im listen to a car stereo
