The greatest amenity about this place is the friendly players club lady (Sept.7th,2019 appx. 6:30pm) and the pictured food from the Chile 2 Ristra cafe. Friendly cashier and our food was promptly delivered by the also friendly kitchen staff. We perked up at the friendly atmosphere in the cafe. Kudos to the Cafe staff. Great food presentation.

Nice little casino. Note that it closes at 1:45 a.m.. Another thing to remember is that the police in Isletta are militant against speeders. If you speed through town they will get you.Otherwise this is a great little place to hang out and dump some cash

It is much nicer now than in years past. It is small but big enough to get your slot machine fix. No table games, bathrooms are dirty, slots arent very loose. Every time I stop I always regret it and say I should have just stopped at the main casino.

Its very small and non smoking not too much going on, but they have great food and the older penny slots. its nice if you wanna go play for a bit without the second hand smoke and its not too far away. and there is always parking!!

Place is great for non smokers but very small so the machine selection is very limited. They jave a small snack bar with reasonable food. I just prefer a larger casino.

Palace West was a great experience! I took $20.00 and gambled. I have to admit it was a lot of fun. Didnt win very much, I probably lost more than I won, but it was fun watching everyone else there having a good time.

Machines are very tight dont let you play very long at all...

When you are losing your money at a table game the last thing you need to hear is the dealer moaning about how you lost your money. Every single hand there I lost I had to hear something from the dealer. Therefore a didnot bit for the dealer.

Just slots and service sucks. Pushed service button and 20 minutes later noone had come. I asked security and they said wait for a tech. The casino is tiny and I had to wait. I just wanted someone to watch my machine so I could use restroom.
