Awesome casino. The hotel is by far an amazing place i definitely rate it, its 4 stars . Food is awesome especially snack bar food. Yummy clean, friendly, and they are taking covid very seriously. They have you do a pretty well check in upon entering. So be ready to provide your life over a few times before getting past the doors.

I’ve been to many casinos across the country and I understand very well they are reverse ATM’s. I don’t care if I lose money as it’s expected. What I do get frustrated with is that at this particular casino every time I have gone when getting into the bonus games (which is almost impossible) the wins are horrible. Example: betting $1.00 a spin hit the free games finally after $73.00 spent I start the free games with $2.00 and end them with $2.98 if your going to go don’t bet high you will spend a bunch of money and get nothing in return. This happened multiple times not one time when getting into the bonus games on three different machines did I win more than $1.00. I found that if I bet $.50 I was hitting the mini bonus and high amounts on the dragon link for example and I was able to play longer, and those around me where doing the same. The people I could see betting higher were not winning and certainly not getting the bonus stuff. If you smoke you have to go outside and then get back in line to come back in, if they are busy you may have to wait to be able to get back so keep that in mind. They have suspended all alcohol sales as well if that is something you enjoy doing. If your from out of state even if you have been in NM working for a extended period of time your not able to stay at the hotel either. They have specific mask that are allowed as well now. Aside from that the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

People were nice. But for whatever reason they arent allowed to serve drinks because of covid. Weird because the last 2 casinos i was at had drinks and smoking and we were all having a great time.

I smacked 3 jackpots the proofs in the pictures. Hit alot of $350.00s $200.00s and $150.00,s so I was playing on their money all night. Walked out with $7,000.00. 1st time coming here. The down side is no smoking and every time you come back in the casino they scan your drivers license and players card. Because I smoke this happened about 18 times lol. Really good pastries and big portions on late night food. Very friendly staff. I say this because they were very friendly before I hit my 1st jackpot. Their staff goes above and beyond, this includes the security personnel as well. They even pick you up in an extended gulf cart and shuttle you back and forth to your vehicle. This is great for me because I drive a big rig and we always have to park 200 plus yards away.

Didnt care much for the casino. But the hotel was definitely 5 star worthy. Me and my wife were blown away by the cleanliness, customer service and comfort of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was so clean and nice it looked like it had never been used. The price was more than we would normally pay, but for the great customer service, cleanliness and comfort it was worth it. They definitely uphold to the resort status on the hotel side.

Well.....it was fun to get out. I dont care for the stalls too much. If I had my own enclosed, specially ventilated booth; Id feel VERY safe. What happens when you stand up, stretch and take a deep breath of everyones air? Oh yes, I do have my mask on.Bring lots of money and be prepared to leave it there. Bonuses take forever to get and pay little or nothing.

The experience here was awesome today! It wasnt only me that had some winnings, there was alot more other guests that were doing just as good as well, regardless of what the denominations were on the machine. I had lots of fun today! It was much needed, just to spend a few hours here and play.

The Hotel itself is amazing but due to COVID-19 it’s highly unorganized. There is no guidelines on how to enter the hotel and there is no notes in the email telling you that, you will have to enter through the casino side to get to the hotel itself. The hassle over having to walk across a smoked filled casino every time you wanted to go into the city of ABQ, wasn’t ideal and not what I had in mind for this getaway trip. So had to cut my stay short there and move to a hotel inside of ABQ, that was more organized. The hotel already has a system in place to keep track of people staying there, so the hotel itself should be separate from the casino but it’s not and this is due to poor management and bad decision making on their part not the staff.

It was amazing. Regardless of most restaurants and other attractions being closed it was a very beautiful stay with not so crowded slots. Plus the views were breathtaking. The tub in the bathroom is so relaxing and is very modern with the whole body mirrors. I would recommend this resort & casino to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights. In the penthouse. No microwaves in a suite. No hair dryer no iron half the lights in the room didnt work. No hot water for 7 hours. $200 a night? No thanks.

We had a very nice time. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. It was nice to be able to go out and have some fun during these times and when the staff is h egg helpful and very courteous it made our night even more pleasant thank you all and we will definitely be back for a visit.

Youre only allowing certain mask. None of these masks are medically certified nor are the ones checking i.ds and masks. The mask your employees are wearing are homemade and no better then a bandana or any other type of mask youre not allowing. Were wearing what comfortable for us to wear some of us cant tolerate the one on our ears or could actually be allergic to certain materials like elastic. You should double check eveybodies mask to make sure they to your the casino approval. I for one will not return and will surely put the word out . Your customer service is lacking and always has been.

Didnt go in. Had beautiful Skys from parking lot. Loved that staff came to end of parking lots in golf carts to help take you to the door from your car. But NOT pet friendly resort.️

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable gaming experience. Used the slot machines exclusively but the table game looked good. They leveraged the new rules for being open and only allow you in if you sign up for one of their players cards. Nice marketing move. Dont know about the dining experience there as all I did was have free soft drinks.........

I really love this casino since it was remodeled. Its clean with a friendly atmosphere. We recommend getting the taco plate in the food court.

Rooms were nice, dark and missing lighting but very nice. We were located next to a previously flooded room and had to listen to fans run in the hallway until 11:00 at night. NOT APPRECIATED. Even after notifying staff not even an apology was received. Nice place but not recommended.

Excellent! Great Parking, Spa, Casino, Concert Hall, Golf and event center. Very Well Kept. Great Service. Food options and shopping on site. Hotel and Casino are beautiful and steeped in Pueblo culture. Over all just a wonderful treat for a self retreat, travel with friends, family get away or work event option. The Spa is especially great and offers ample service with full food service menu. The pools are indoor and our door and great Spa tubs in men and women sanctuaries.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary in the midst of everything. Isleta has just opened and is nearby. Leading up to check in I received two emails- one non NM residents cannot stay and two no one under 21 on property- nothing else. We arrived and parked on hotel side only to be told we had to walk with all of our luggage to the casino side, wait in line, and then forced to get a players card before we even entered. (No email regarding any of this and we were trying to avoid the casino) We checked in and got to our room, we wiped everything down and somehow was still wiping crusted things off the surfaces, there was a big marks in the tub and a chip in the bottom, we called about this and they tried move us to a lower room- we declined. The room was very hot and the sheets itchy. Still trying to make the best of it we sat down to watch a sunset on the balcony and the table gave me a splinter in my finger. We called to see if they had tweezers or anything to get it out (our car was blocked in by a police situation so we weren’t able to leave) they sent security up to make a report but they couldn’t help. They told us they called the gas station and they have tweezers and walked my hubs to our car. He got to the gas station— no tweezers. After most of our night spent on this we went to sleep only using a sheet. When we woke up to shower we found two hairs (not ours) in the shower. For someone operating at very low occupancy in the middle of a pandemic the room was very dirty

Im really impressed with all the changes Isleta has made inside and out. Theres a nice variety of machines to play and I feel like Im in a clean and safe environment with all the precautions theyve taken.

While I found the architecture and amenities lavish and welcoming I would still recommend that if you have zero interest in gambling, stay somewhere else! The Covid precautions and CRAZY time consuming closures of doorways was super inconvenient! When I left the hotel, I had to walk all the way across the entire complex to the Casino main entrance just to walk ALL the way back to where I started to get in my vehicle. There are, it was rumored, golf carts to get you to your vehicle and back but it was my experience these carts were around but whomever was the driver, always seemed to be right back. I dont mind the walking per se, but when EVERY hotel door which would open right to where you were going is dangled in front of you and to be honest, I dont know how its even legal with the fire ordnance to have EVERY main door of your hotel barricaded with only a funnel headed towards the Casino interior as an outlet. While I found it all very pretty and nice and clean it was super hassle the entire 11hr stay there. I left and got different accommodations for my final 48hrs.

My experience here is always good. But my being helpful to answer almost anything having to do with the casino is even better. I am always free to answer ANY questions you have about the casino. The course is in excellent condition. The greens are probably the fastest in the city right now. Pace of play was unobstructed. We were able to finish in less than 4 hours. Great golf course.

Its gotten a lot better as far as customer service goes and the freebies pretty clean environment and the wiping down o_ the m@chones.

We enjoyed the staff, room and everything in general. Well be back again.

Pillows couls have been more fluffy but bath tub was great. Food was decent. Probly better when other food places ipen up.

The resort is very nice but machines were tight seemed liked not many people were winning during our time there at this time no bar for night life.

Good staff, the main floor is legit, and bigger than many Vegas hotel (main gaming floors) very high tech and new, location is a bit out of town but it does keep the abq riff raff at a distance

Really 4.5 stars as there’s room for improvement.Spent the night here recently for our anniversary. (Didn’t give us the room we reserved; instead was given a smaller room. Desk area was packed so we didn’t bother trying to get it changed.) Room was in great shape and comfortable. Dinner was good - breakfast just tasted like grease.

Can be fun, when the slots are paying, which is not often for me, especially when using my players card. I do better most the time without inserting my card. Atmosphere is chill, hasnt been to crowed, clean, spacious, shields between each machine and must wear mask at all times while inside.

Great place everyone that works there is very helpful if needed. They kept everything sanitized and that made me comfortable knowing that they were on top of this virus, making it safe to be out in public.

The first thing I love, theyre open. They are consistent with cleaning the machines. The staff is friendly and welcoming. All the steps have been taken to ensure the safety of all.

Right now smoke free loose slots great staff and very attentive to cleaning the machines between uses. They also have all the newest slot machine.

For the most part it was great. Only problem is no valet. They do have the golf carts, but never around when needed, when security called for one for me to bring bags from car, seems they were all at lunch.

Supert, the attention, the machines new, and the old ones where clasics in a new body. All kind of slots and games and smoking is alllowed outside and thats great, and I smoke!!!

Nice Hotel Casino Resort. Lots of cool updated slot machines, a brand new Sports Bar with Sports betting and a nice variety of local brews and spirits. They are currently remodeling their bar, separate from the Sports Bar. It looks like it is going to be pretty nice. They also have a nice food court with some cheap eats. Nice restaurants and a decent buffet. Their spa is nice and relaxing and their pool area is nice when it is nice and warm in the summer time.

One of the nicest casino I have been in.people were very nice and the Indian toca was awesome

Staff was rude. We had to continue to go through the checkpoint to check in and bring our bags. We were treated like we were only there to gamble and spent a lot of money to stay in town but away from home. Greatly disappointed in how we were treated. Secondly all restaurants were closed except snack bar. Room service unavailable and unable to bring your own food in.

This Casio was actually pretty nice. I would definitely come back to visit Albuquerque NM to spend some time at this Casio. With the new glass shields surrounding all slots and tables its such a better experience. Only thing I will complain about is the sanitizer stations need to be more accessible.

I love the fact that my Mother loves the action and always does well... As for myself the gaming end usually doesnt end well... I was asked to leave by security and felt disrespected. I went outside to smoke and wasnt able to notify her... ( she was in the gaming area ) The security personnel wouldnt hear me out or contact her. I left the premises and she wasnt aware of my absence for hours. Could be the dark cloud following me around. Its highly unlikely a second visit will take place unless...???

Isleta leads the way in precautions and its not crowded. Id give 5 stars if I dident have to walk completely across the casino and go out side to smoke. Sorry but the reason 80% of the casino is smoking because most gamblers smoke. Deal with it. Smoking will come back. And non smokers cant support the whole casino. Non smoking is only temporary.

Its crazy how you wait in either a line where you have a club card with a red stripe or you need to get a card. And the exit is at a whole different part of the casino.... Machines are not hitting. Lots of workers wiping down the machines for safety so that was a good thing to see. Plus if you dont have a mask, they will supply you with one.

So this place is nice and has followed all covid19 safty guide lines with social distance and plexie glass dividers on all slots machines and table games and no smoking inside the casino which is great so no second hand smoke and drinks are served to you ....but food court closes early and there is no snack bar open to grab somthing to eat cuz the burger place called fat Burger is closed in the food court so no burgers

The casino is great Ive won several jackpots since the reopening the staff is wonderful they are very responsible as far as trying to protect the public from spreading the corona virus. Security is on top of suspicious activity outside the casino. I give isleta high props

Honestly my review is they are implementing face masks. But allot of people had there masks hanging off there nose. They are wiping machines but not fast enough. They are using the same rag to do so. They have no spaces between the machines but do have the plastic glass shields. Social distancing is not happening here. Machines are hitting though and the food was great. When I went there was tons of people. You go at your risk!

My husband and I wanted to see how the casino was since Covid19. I have a full face shield as it is almost impossible for me to wear anything else. They would not allow me entrance and gave me a surgical mask. Even Though was fully protected and had my own sanitizer, sanitizing before and after each play. I had to use the restroom also prior to going to the gaming floor they will not allow that either until you get your players card. The security guard told that the face shield was just for my own security? I have used that shield for work everyday and have never had anyone say anything to me ever about my shield. My shield is great because I can actually wipe it down and sanitize it. I had to put my surgical mask down off my nose because I have trouble breathing and had it over my mouth. I had several workers tell me I needed to put it go even though I had my shield over it. We finally left and we will NOT be back. I more than complied with the face mask rule. You have lost our business!

If you want to just stay at hotel, you will be directed a mile away to empty parking lot, hotel doors closed. Then directed to some weird side entrance, then stand in line for an hour because you must have players card for tracing . Kiosks attendant types with one finger and you cant hear a word she say because of ringing, plexiglas and masks. Pretty much everything closed, smoke outside, no room service. Go check in to regular hotel, this place is not worth it!!!

Super clean. Very friendly. Great table limits. They were running a $5-$1000 singledeck black jack table! The room was so nice with attention to so many details. The arcade across the parking lot is so awesome too! This is a gem for sure.

Smoking wasnt allowed anywhere, and I lost 40 bucks in 10 mins on 50 cent bets. But besides that it was great. Clean facility and friendly people

Aah its another casino. What else can i say? Well heres what else, i just went again since cov19 and had a really good timeEveryone there (the staff) were the best. Cant believe it but true so give them a chance and you will have a good time

I was on a road trip and stayed here to enjoy some BrBa filming sites, as well as the safest place in ABQ during this virus. They are doing everything right to ensure safety as best they can. The Casino itself gets busy after 10 or so, but by then I had my fun and was enjoying a nice room. They even upgraded me to a room with a spa tub (made up for the current lack of pool for sure!).Thank you Isleta for a great stay, it was the best stop in my social distancing road trip through 6 states.

Everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and welcoming - from the reception staff to the service folks you just pass in the hallway. You always get a hello and a smile. It’s a beautifully designed space: a modern, sleek take on the traditional tribal architecture and the gorgeous colors of the desert. 4 out of 5 stars because for a 5-star resort, the rooms should be more perfectly maintained. For example, hard water stains and not quite clean corners take away from the beautifully designed and appointed bathrooms. Having said that, still a great weekend getaway.

I am so angry! The buffet was terrible! The food was cold and chewy. And the desserts were dry. I played but didnt win. Whatever. Wont go there again. Its just a waste of time. They just want your money. Probably to buy Remington despite the fact their people dont have water or good medical attention. Hummm?

Always a great place to just go and enjoy it with friends and loved ones. I always look forward to going back

Place is nice. Hotel is nice. But the setup they have done after covid is all messed up. What social distancing are they trying to follow. You have to 1st stand in line of 40 people to get into hotel casino. Even though you have room booking. You have to stand in line. Get a players card from casino. Then walk from one side of the casino in all that crowd to the reception side. Get a room key. Go to your room. You wanna get out of the hotel. Sure thing. Walk all the way towards casino. Walk to the front of casino then go out of the hotel. Its like a freaking mess they have done. Will not go back again.

These rooms are so nice! We stay here often. Hands down love the balcony room and jetted tubs. The best! They are always so clean and welcoming the beds are comfy the sheets actually fit the beds which is nice given the experiences weve had a Hiltons. The housekeeping is more than accommodating. I love that the use essential oil shampoos and soaps lavender is one of my favs!! It makes me feel so relaxed. I love that you give complimentary robes. It is espcially nice when going down to the spa or in the pool/hotub area. The only thing that I think could use a little improvement is the room service its fast but the quality is lacking. You can always go to the steakhouse tho and there are several resturant options in the casino.

Because since we entered into the casino every employee was nice and gentle . They are desinfecting the machines often . And the machines were paying kind of often . We were having fun here .
