Quiet walk on a very nice trail, some nice views of the river but mainly youll be surrounded by trees. Parking easy in and out.

This is a very pretty hike. Its an easy path with serene sounds. We really enjoy the park.

Weve been here a few times to take out our canoes and kayaks on long rides. This is a great place to do it because it has an easy to get to dock and easy access to the main road. Weve also taken out at the park across the river but that doesnt have a dock and you have to carry your canoe a ways to get to the parking lot. This park has a concrete boat launch that makes it super easy.

Beautiful trail with 2 bald eagles living on the river. Highly recommend this trail.

Large parking lot with nice bathrooms. I walked the trail which is a long path with a small turn-around loop at the end. Took about 90 minutes to walk it all at a leisure pace. Trail is well cleared with hard dirt. Great for trail running.

Really pretty and great location. But the last time I was there, someone had their wallet stolen out of their car. As in, someone smashed the window and immediately went to bi mart and tried to spend 600 dollars.There is also the same truck that comes and drops something off every night in the restroom. Followed by another truck picking it up. 10/10 wouldnt recommend.

Just took a Kayaking trip from Michaels landing to Takena landing 2 hours and 40 minutes the water was totally smooth today..

Beautiful little trail to take your pets to for some exploring!

Great place for a run

Pretty park with privacy to get off the highway and smoke some herb or stretch the legs. Trails that go to the backside of Albany golf club.. we saw some bunnies running around and a huge eagles nest over the river. Pretty place to stop.
