Dont know to much about here but the community there is and has some awesome people.

Currently live here. Management ok. Maintenance not so good and lawn care is terrible. Area is quiet.

Needs some cleaning of grounds and removal of some older mobile homes, but not bad

Trailer park needs upgrading

Easy to get to, full of kind hearted people. Management is very friendly. Shopping is close by. Landscaping is at a minimal. A lot of pecan trees. My visit here has been very pleasant.

I have always captive about this trailer park because of the way the property is kepted clean and nice. Im trying to get out there now.

Lived here for nine months. Paid rent on time. Began to move out and landlord entered my home and changed my locks before eviction notice or permission! Disrespectful and unprofessional. Trailer destroyed during storm and was never fixed. Cats and other animals began to move in under home. Loud neighbors keept my son up all night and broke into my car leaving cigerets in his car seat. The neighbors before them warned us about bed bugs and the landlord over charging them. Should have listened!

Some of their homes are decent, others should be torn down.Quiet area . .has changed management at least 3 times since Ive lived there.

Looks nice. Never been inside, dont know anyone who lives there.

My daughter and son in law live here and they love it. Nice clean quiet community.
