All in all its a decent place more so if u keep to yourself and now their requirements include background check and financial verification which carries a $35 or $50 application fee per adult. Could just be for the manufacturered homes but not sure. Army the manager is a easy going person and overall a nice guy

It really doesnt look nice i wish it could look a little more fancier i mean yeah its a trailer park and it looks SOOOO SOOO HORRIBLE!! i would rather it be apartments there or a park i understand people live there but i really want it moved its very sketchy and not very great i want them to make it apartments maybe or a park for kids and maybe a bit fancier just in my opinion it would look super nice with christmas lights just for something nice and this trailer park is overall disgusting and horrible it is not nice and its shady and i often see the police visiting it a lot of people tell me they want it gone im not sure what to say but its nasty and i would like if it were fancier or just a park or apartments in my opinion.

Wouldnt like to live there. Im here to see that the people living in my neighborhood get better treatment for all. And not abused.

This trailer park is a disgusting hell hole!! There is a lot of illegal activity going in there. The manager kicked a woman out, then he sold HER trailer & kept the $$ for himself. She had nowhere to go and was sleeping in a ditch down the street!! DESPICABLE!!!!! Whoever owns this pig sty needs to step up & clean house!!!!

If You Dont Live In The Century Drive Neighborhood, DONT STICK AROUND THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THEN
