I think management has alot of difficult things to deal with and they seem to be handing them. They always have a smile. I am getting to know my neighbors and people seem to be friendly. I have not had any problems as of my short time here.

I live here sadly &the landlords are crooked as could be. They fine you for anything they can think of & they pretend to be from the city. Theyre not very nice folks.

Saw a nutria in daylight. The trailers are early 80s late 70s. Pretty ghetto. Few hoarders.

Park needs to have a higher living standard so it can not look like garbage all the time

Seemed like a pretty decent mobile home park. Didnt stay long.

Love this place.. My parents have lived here for many yeArs with few complaints

Its a drug fest. The cops are always being called for various reasons usually drug related such as overdoses & robberies. Needles are always laying on the ground. Ppl always creeping around.

Very noisy neighbors...24 hour traffic in and out...very disrespectful of quiet hours at night
