We have been here for 3 years. For a 55 and older community its a great place to live. Lots of activities on premises and great people in the community.

Very friendly environment all the residents have been very welcoming as well as the management teem

My son lives there and everybody keeps their places very neat...Lots of flowers too

My husband and I moved Granny and mom out here a few years ago. The lot rent is going up every year while the quality of living is going down. There multiple new neighbors around them that are accumulating rubbish in their yards and parking in the grass areas instead of their driveways. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Its a shame because this used to be such a beautiful park.

$433 a month to rent a spot to put a trailer on his ridiculous people were nice I was looking at seeing how much it cost to live there for a relative but thats a very high rent even for a specialized 55 and over community
