Extremely nice people live here but management does not have any values as far as upkeep and cleanliness!!

Had to remove all my cars do to park manage didnt like my them even if small maintenance need a tire or brake line need changed, its design to tow your car no matter the value of you car or if it has payment still on it just to make people who live a night mare and not be able to dive to work oil changes my car is a dodge cobalt 2011 constant harassmentpeople have a right this is unjust and is in court

Come for the cheap lot rent, stay for the entertaining characters.

5 stars on the park manager being bipolar and his current mood being the deciding factor of the situation. I truly feel that hes the type of person who took the position for no other reason than to flex his authority and treat people like garbage. Hes a recovering alcoholic which is commendable unless you become one of the self righteous, which he has. I dont currently live there but I did for 4 years and I am looking into a possible lawsuit because of some of the dirty things hes done. Ive been out of the park for almost a year, still own my trailer, and am working on the best way to sell it because he has the final say on who moves into the park and will halt my potential sale of my trailer. Who does that? Hes unprofessional, vindictive, and a liar. What grown man in his position blatantly lies to your face, you could show him documents, play a recording, have a witness and he will continue to lie. Unfortunately the only solution is to take him to court, like I havent been through enough because of him, I have to most likely take a loss because my trailer has been empty, broken into, neglected for almost a year and court fees will most likely exceed the worth of the trailer. Mike Peresta is a crook.

Park is well kept, management very nice and helpful. Am actually renting a trailer in the park until they get the one, Im buying ready to be taken over.

If you like a drug invierment come stay the cops dont do nothing just mind your own business and everything will be good,

More than a few trailers although were nice; the people in them have chosen to use them as a storage place. Very unappealing

Drug infestation getting worse. The owner does not do necessary up keep on things that need immediate attention. Lots of elderly also, I fear for them.
