Amazing hybrid! Great work RMC!

Second-best coaster in the park, second only to Superman. Fast, smooth, really exciting. First time I rode it was at night, so I had the additional thrill of not being able to see a thing coming at me!

Really fun ride! It goes upside down but there is no shoulder straps so I like that danger factor.

Did I seriously not review this yet? Wicket Cyclone is the best coaster in the park, period. Smooth, fast, and crazy. However, the lines are always long and theres very little shade - I wish theyd put up a canopy and some sprayers.

The absolute BEST roller coaster I have ever ridden! Drop and airtime are absolutely insane, especially in the back row! Also has fun inversions! Best ride in the park! Do NOT pass it up!

Wicked Cyclone was my first ever RMC, and I have to say it was spectacular. I was glossy smooth, and those inversions gave such a great weightless sensation. My favorite parts were the zero-g-stall, the outward banking turns, and the intense ejector airtime hills. Overall, this ride really tries to throw you around, but in a good way. I found this to be a good ride for thrill seekers and people not so into roller coasters.

My first hybrid and it was fun, nice tight track and lots of airtime, also very smooth. Only downside is larger guests might suffer a bit with the restraints!

The newest roller coaster addition to SFNE supremely overshadows Superman. Smooth and exciting. If they are running 2 trains the line moves pretty fast too.

Absolutely Amazing RMC, My Second Favorite One Behind Steel Vengeance For Sure. Outstanding Airtime, Laterals, Banked Turns, Inversions, Hangtime And Length.

This was a great ride, not excellent though. I really enjoyed the drop and the inverted stall, but towards the end the coaster changes a bit in a carnival ride.

As a coaster enthusiast, this is one of my favorite rides that I have ever been on. The coaster has some of the best ejector airtime you can find out there, and it is extremely smooth. It is smoothest roller coaster in the park, and it offers the best airtime. The inversions give you upside down airtime as well. The roller coaster maintains a very high speed the entire ride. This ride is themed to a major storm and it is themed very well. Overall, this ride is a MUST DO if you love roller coasters.

Great coaster! The track layout is amazing and impressive. I will say that one of the full inversions was a bit slow and made my head hurt a bit, but it wasnt that bad. I can usually help myself from screaming on coasters, but this one did get a couple ah!s from me. One downside is that even on a slow park day, the lines are super long.

To get the most out of this amazing ride, I’d suggest going to visit the park at least an hour before opening on a weekday (like wednesday). The line is nonexistent and you can ride the coaster at least four or so times in a row. Great ride!

I loved it. I rode the Superman ride, the Dark Knight ride, and the Mind Eraser before this. I think it has the combination of the best parts from each rides. There are speed, steep drops, swirl turns, and loops. I felt more thrilled in the Wicked Cyclone than others! The waiting line is themed and worth looking at as well.

Fun coaster, but not very smooth. A significant amount of zero-g rolls and fast small hills! Probably the most intense coaster at the park.

I love the cyclone and was sat to see it was closing. However it just has been renovated and Id love to try the new version. Last time the line was so long so we opted to go later but never did. Hoping to catch a ride next time.

Absolutely an amazing roller coaster. Its my 4th all time favorite roller coaster. I love how much airtime you get on it and the inversions. It is however my all time favorite roller coaster with inversions. The 200 degree ft stall is insane! Any seat on this ride is amazing! Highly recommended

As a human with a fear of very high roller coasters, this one is just high enough to be scared but not terrified. It doesnt feel claustrophobic. It only has one high drop (which is the first one, as per usual). After it got rebuilt/upgraded it is much smoother than it was before.The twist and turns are fun, it does goes upside down but not to much. It is intense but in a fun way. If you have glasses I do not suggest wearing them as they might fall off but I when I got on twice I did it once with them one and then one time off. Both times went well. I would suggest this ride to most humans!

One of the better Rocky Mountain Construction coasters. Great ride, might take the air as best coaster in the park, loved it.

Amazing ride! The ejector airtime is crazy and the inversions are tons of fun and one of the smoothest coasters Ive been on. Out of the 73 coasters Ive ridden this one is easily in the top 5 and is so far my 2nd favorite RMC only behind lightning rod (Which I somehow managed to get on).

Wicked Cyclone is the 2nd best ride in SixFlags New England. Its not too rough on the neck nor the head but its still very fast with great curves. Sometimes it had wicked windings. You think its gonne go this side but its going the other side. Great ride I can fully recommend.

This is by far my favorite RMC. You get a lot of awesome ejector airtime and the inversions provide some insane hang time. Very well paced with a great layout. I also found it to be forceful. The theming in the queue is okay, but that doesnt really take away from the experience. This ranks #2 on my favorite coasters, and is a must do if you go to Six Flags New England. Try to ride in both the front and back if you get a chance.

The old Riverside Cyclone was a shell of its former self. Ridership was waning due to the way the coaster has deteriorated throughout the years. They reprofiled the ride to a slow crawl that only had decent airtime in the backseat.Ive ridden its reincarnated version the Wicked Cyclone about ten times so far, and its just an amazing coaster. Whether you want to call it a steel, a wood, or a hybrid coaster is irrelevant. Its just an amazing ride from start to finish. IMO, its more fun than Bizarro (Bizarro has terrible restraints and trains). RMC has taken a restrictive layout of the old Cyclone and injected tons of great elements in every section of the track. Every train that comes back to the station is accompanied by clapping and cheering. You only really hear that for Bizarro (and even then its not as frequent as it used to be)For those who are disappointed about the destruction of the old Cyclone, I would argue that the Thunderbolt is more legendary and consistently gave better rides than Cyclone, at least in the 2000s. Even today, the Thunderbolt is still a fun air-time filled and charming coaster.

Words cannot describe how I felt today when it was over... so Ill put it in a simple phrase.11/10 WOULD RIDE AGAIN!- Michael (Rush), Coaster Nerd and Wicked Cyclone #1 Fan!p.s. This coaster literally gave me the confidence to go on Bizzaro (first time), my new 2nd fav!
