I have had a membership pass and even got my sister one. After the one year was up I canceled mine and my sister still had one. I love it, very cheap and the benefits were great. During COVID the parks have been closed so I was upset that I was still being charged. I sent an email discussing how I felt. THEY REFUNDED ME!! I was very happy and impressed. They listen and respond. I’d recommend a membership pass versus a season pass due to the benefits and special parking benefits

The lines were minimal. The food Prices are reasonable. Approximately 50% of the entire park was closed. Really enjoyed the day Pretty Holiday Decorations.

Good for a day out. Kids and adults would love the rides in different sections. Holiday lighting was very beautiful and folks who dont like rides, would also enjoy the stroll in and around the park. Not sure why the timings are 3pm onwards, it should have been from morning hours so that it can be enjoyed in the sun. So many good rides, we spent so long on them that we sadly never made it to the water park. I especially liked the worlds tallest spinning swing, the view over the river was amazing and there was definitely an excitement factor to this usually very pedestrian ride. The superman rollercoaster has won awards and I can see why, after 15 years its still a very good coaster.

I have been to over 75 theme parks and this one is up there as one of the best experiences..You dont need to have record breaking rides in order to have a great park..This park is a great example of that. Not a huge park and it can easily be conquered in a day. There are only 120 or so Reserved Parking Spots, so it recommended that you do this in advance. If you are not successful for a date, they may offer you the waiting list for a spot. The Preffered Parking is different than Reserved and is one lot further from the entrance. The Park was really clean and the workers were excellent. Pendomoniom had a ride operator named Bob who added great commentary to the ride. Loved Superman and Wicked Cyclone specifically. Solid Park. Great Job Six Flags New England..

I have never once had an interaction with this park and came out the other side saying that was good customer service. I honestly feels like they dont care about their customers at all. How does it take 20 mins to reach a human on the phone and then they just hang up in the middle of it? I dont think what they are doing with memberships during covid is whats best for the guest its whats best for six flags pocket. Dont waste your money coming here unless you want a knock off version of a real theme park...

Not sure if the rides or people watching were better. The park itself is nice and has a good selection of rides for an array of age groups - but the expense of going here (especially for what you get) is truly outrageous. From the parking, admission, to the food, everything is overpriced. I realize that is kinda the gig when going to these place but do yourself a favor and look on-line for discounts before going. In addition to the high costs, when thinking of the crowd, think carnival instead of amusement park. Be prepared for ill behaved kids and more so entire families including adults.

Its the best amusement park around for people living in CT that dont want to drive far... But its overcrowded in summer, like most parks. Expect to wait at least 30-45 mins, at a minimum, for any ride and 1-2 hours for the larger coasters in peak summer. Best time to go is late late summer when school has started.

This place is definitely a rip off.. All the rides have been stopped randomly today for apparently thunderstorms all day long. I dont see any clouds or signs of rain. Why cant they just be honest and say what is really going on. They want you to pay 115 dollars per person for a fast pass that you cant even use.Definitely not worth the trip. SAVE YOUR MONEY BY NOT COMING HERE. TRUST ME YOURE YOURE BETTER OFF GOING SOME PLACE ELSE.

The collection of about 10 extreme rides, plus many other fun and exciting rides surpassed my expectations. The customer service from all the employees was great. I will gladly travel 2 hours to go to Six Flags New England this summer as opposed to the 45 minutes it takes me to get to the more local Six Flags. A great family destination! We spent time at both the water park and park, and both have something for everyone. Even with the crowds in the water park, there was plenty of space for kids to swim and a wide variety of water slides. We recently became members here and have very much enjoyed our visits. Its great that they have a couple of areas devoted to small children, that has definitely come in handy. Let me start with pricing. I knew that Ill pay $ 42/ ticket if I buy two weeks earlier. Somehow I didnt pay attention and few days before I planned date the price went up and now it was $ 54/ ticket. I looked around, checked web and found if I pay through AAA it cost me $ 45/ ticket. I bought the tickets without second thought. In this price all the rides were included. I paid at the small play shops or for food. Water bottle was 2 for $ 7. Coke $ 6.50. Fries large $ 7. Long waiting line at food shops as well as at rides. Especially waiting for 40 minutes under sun for lunch was ridiculous.Another thing I need to address that dont take younger kids to the main rides they wouldnt able to go. Six flags management should paint the height at the gate or entrance of any ride. Kids enjoy water rides. It was fun and kids having a blast day.

Spent few days at Six Flags New England, while i had a great time, i was still kinda disappointed, first way too many rides were closed, i counted at least 6... Superman the ride and Wicked Cyclone both only had 1 train running and it took forever. Also superman the ride broke down so many time during my first day. I was hoping to do Goliath but sadly its closed and it was a huge bummer. The park has cooling area but really lack shaded area. For the good, most of the staff were usually quite nice. The park is well maintain except for the dirty restroom. Wicked Cyclone was in my opinion the best ride at the park, everything i love about roller coaster in one. There is good animation at the park. SFNE is a good park overall but it would be an even better one if so many ride were not closed.

Six Flags New England is a fair park. I’ve had much better experiences at other parks then then this one, but this park was okay. The atmosphere did not feel very open, as some pathways were narrow, and there were many stairs to get to some areas of the park. There was a lack of shade in many areas, and the park did not exactly feel very clean in some areas. Their coaster lineup is very varied, but outside of their top three, their lineup was rather mediocre. I most likely won’t return to this park, but if I do, it’s for wicked cyclone.

If you love roller coasters and water parks like me, then this is the place for you. Its a chain and is spread across US but I went to the one in MA. Its filled with super high roller coasters, colors, characters, food and water rides, not the best place for weak hearts. Most of the rides are extremely adventurous. Whenever you visit, make sure to buy tickets ahead of time, to get some discounts. Otherwise, usually a ticket is for $60 each. This park will take one whole day of yours so arrive early and leave late to get the full fun. Since, waiting queues are quite long for every famous rides so youll need lots of water, sunblock and some patience, but its all worth it. Best to visit during summers and spring.

Its been 8 years since I last went here. I was surprised by how well the park has developed by replacing old attractions with new ones. Previously I felt this park lacked in the thrill department as the roller coaster lineup was tame. Im happy to see thats changed, and newer coasters bring the thrills better than ever. With that said, everything inside the park is expensive. For example, be prepared to pay outrageously for parking - $25! There is no public transportation to SFNE, so theres no way to avoid this. Food is also ridiculous. Basic chicken strips are $13, panda Express is $12, bottled water is $4.50. I recommend not eating when you go because your wallet will be sad. There are water fountains at some bathrooms, so just drink from there to save your money.Sometimes you come across an employee who sucks. One of the ride attendants on Batman was a literal sloth. Dragging his feet, walking so slow. The line was long solely because of him. Fire Yan please. For Superman they were giving out boarding passes which was new to me. You got a receipt that told you to come back between certain times. They were only running one train, so maybe this was to keep the physical line short.Overall I recommend this park. As always, avoid during high summer weekends because youll be waiting in lines all day.

The people at the food stand were so rude. Like they couldnt be bothered. There was no dostinctio from order and pickup lines. There was just a crowd at the register. No one knew the flow. The parking lot is awkwardly far from the park. We were told our haunted passes were good here, then found out after waiting on line that they were not good. The decor was slightly more interesting than the Jersey park, but Id rather drive the extra hour. Jersey park has it together, the employees there have always gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Also, there were some kids who were trying to steal our season drink cup in the arcade. Not the parks fault, but something to be weary of. Never felt unsafe at Jersey.
