Worst place ever, I was always on time on my payments. I lost my job and the last 5 months I been late. I spoke to the landlord John, and he said it’s fine just pay 150 for the late fee. So I did then I was talking to my neighbor and he said he paid 100 for the late fee! I’m so confused. He said I need a money order and pay me the rest with cash. So is he stealing money from people and the owner of the park? I think he is. Someone needs to investigate him!! I’m so glad That I moved!!

I live here, well just moved here, and I love it so far! Great place

Nice quiet place, but you can not work on your car in driveway or park on sides. They rent lots but you have to own your trailer. Not a bad community

Very nice mobile home park. The man, John, who runs the place is very helpful and a very nice man.

The mobile home development is better than most and the mobile homes and properties are well maintained & manicured.
