My Amy and I are a 69 year old disabled couple. We have been without air conditioning for 2.5 months even with calling the office almost every day the office is open. Amy went to the hospital in an ambulance because she had a seizure brought on from the heat in the trailer. I finally called and said I was seeking legal help and they came right down to check it out. She said she would see what she could do. I guess we will see.

Potholes everywhere! Was so worried I would need new tires by the time I got out of there!

It looks like one of the nicer mobile home parks Ive seen. All of the homes look well kept and there was children playing outside wich is always nice. Says a lot about the neighborhood.

If your a pig youll love it here! The management are the worst slum lords Ive ever met. There lazy and they keep this place like a pig sty they do nothing to improve the park. There all family the father skip is head of maintenance the daughter is manager. The daughter moves her lips that means shes lying, the father put all new interior doors In my house not one of them closed. I had to finish repairing the house just to move in, they promised to pay me and never paid me ($420.00) again another lie. This is what we live next door to its been empty for a week and when they did live there it was just as bad. The only bright spot in this place is Joy the mother shes honest and very kind.

Your average trailer park, but MOST of the homes looked like they were kept up on although a couple need some cleaning up...3 stars because my daughter lives there and they are too strict on parking and 90% of the time I am there there is an older white guy stumbling walking down the street drunk and from my understanding is homeless and I feel management should do something about it...too many small children live there to have a drunk roaming the streets for no reason

The people are nice but we rented from the wrong person apparently and found out black mold was in our trailer hopefully they can get it all fixed as far as Mrs Francis she cool

Its hard to get in because they are in such demand. But its amazing once you get in. They are so friendly in the office and I love my new home.

Landlord is awesome but the parents dont watch their kids out side an lots of drugs

The water is turned off almost daily with No Notice. The roads are in bad shape . No area for children to play, alot of them wonder around at all hours.. Drunk guy tries to walk in... dont know who it was. At least 3 cars were broken into last week. The list goes on

I know this is a mobile home park but it is kept well and is peaceful

Upkeep of entire park is much to be desired.

No play area for kids lot rent high considering management very polite HELPFUL - ONCE YOU ARE IN U R N.

I was visiting and I have to say there are entirely to many speed bumps!!! They are to high. Cars that set low to the ground scrubb!!!!

Not sure if I will come back.

This place is ran by people that try and rip you off. The neighbors that move in after us in new homes keep their homes trashed.They turn your water off without notice constantly. The streets in the neighborhood are horrible.

Streets in here are in really really bad shape

No water 3 days a week with no notice of outage.... Yet the water and sewage bill is never adjusted. Super rude maintenance man. Horrible roads.

For the next person that moves into lot 161 there’s black mold and mildew under the carpet that the landlord swears is not harmful yet when you walk in the door it smells terrible and he refuses to fix it.
