Terrible place, owner is terrible person, I stayed here and within first day my trailer was infested with fleas, every time I walked on grass, I brought in more fleas, I don’t have pets, and had to fight fleas here on my spot I rented, I told owner / manager about possibly spraying or helping me out with moving to another lot or even help with yard treatment she ignored me .i do not recommend this place, after u pay money for rent, management changes personality, all I wanted was a clean place, after spendings several dollars on treatment for lawn, she wouldn’t help or move me, or even care to listen, I decided to leave with no partial refund or anything, so beware of bad management and deceit

I was inquiring about a place to park my trailer house...it was not up to their standards. This is still America Isnt it ? Whatever.

Super quiet, clean, and friendly. Some people have been here for years and I can see why. Best deal in town! You can even walk to the park to fish
