Management will say one thing and then fine you the next..the places available for rent are disgusting, carpets not cleaned places stink only things good is the all bills (although they are still not worth the price but the all bills is nice and the other nice thing would be the yard and even that has an awkward set up with your yard fence going up against the trailer next door.

Continental Villa is extremely corrupt they mow your lawn and if you dont pay right away its 80.00 no notice. Its the same for utilities they dont give you a bill for utilities and next thing its almost 200.00 when it was only 80.00. This is unethical practices.They dont give you a notice to pay utilities. In fact they dont even tell you until youre late. My advice is dont move here. I moved in because I needed a place trailer smelled like dog took forever to get it not to stink and it has roaches

Pretty fair trailer park for the economic classification theyre in. Pretty clean. Quiet, for the most part.

Poor treatment and try to get money out of the renters any way possible.

A friend is moving in here. The place didnt look too bad. Decent and the yard was nice but the place has roaches and she is already going to have to treat for it and shes not even done moving in.

Very low maintained and very dirty places. They may be cheap but you barely get what you pay for. This is only good as a last resort.

What a dump first trailer I looked at it my dogs soiled the carpets they would have looked better, next trailer was better but not worth what they wanted. With deposits and so forth there it would have cost me $1850.00 to sign a lease. I really would not but the best one for that price. They are rude and dont care if your disabled. No just dont go!

It is ants infested and if you dont let the office know before you move 1 thing in its on your own but you dont know the ants are that bad until you start checking everything really close. It has cats all over the place and the managers dont even care.

Rough area, poor fencing, roads always getting reworked, terrible tar and gravel job. It messes up everyone car

Think about it, two bedroom trailer with yards, for 525 a month, is only 212 each, a month, not a bad idea.

They are very tricky on how they word things so pay close attention and for the most part my experience has been decent. Better than some.

If you wanna live here i would check to see if the fridge gets cold because our ice melts in our freezer check to see if you would be ok with sugar ants because the whole entire place is swormed with them make sure everything is properly fixed or else they will charge you randomly for it and is something breaks fix it yourself they will fix it and randomly charge you withought waurning $10 dollars a day everyday that you dont pay late fees $60 a day they will mow your grass and charge you 20 or 30 and not waurn you about it people around this area will steal and i have gotten my towels and wash rags stolen from inside my house (maintenence) no one has a key to my place besides me and maintenence does why towels? Idk.

Could really use some remodeling to the trailers and the roads on the property have alot of potholes....

This place has done everything in their power to charge my wife son and I all the money they can for things that we have no control over. They charged me 25 dollars for coming over to do a work order ( keep in mind the work order was put in 1 month ago) and my wife told them that they would have to come back because my YEAR AND HALF OLD was taking a nap. And then never told me they charged me for it then started tacking on late charges... GREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The absolute WORST place in Abilene to live! Dont live here live some where else...

Theyre ok once in awhile, but need to learn to fix what is ordered to be fixed the staff is very good to me always been here almost five years, now Im not gunna bash them like the rest of these people are but they can do a little better on getting requests done when ask and dont charge an outrages price just for putting a fire alarm up heck i did it myself and still got charged other than that they are desent where I live good place good neighbors and I dont complain much so I give it a 3 out of 5 rating id give it a 5 but thats to much over the top until they can get things fixed like I asked cause I pay my dues why cant a few little things get fixed in my favor well God bless everyone

When my Cousin & I got a place there I had to spend three days deep cleaning before we could Move in. The staff is endlessly rude. We paid a full extra montgs rent after we had already moved out in order to give a 30 day notice because we wanted out of that dump that bad! Also all bills paid My ass!! What they call fair share is you paying everyone elses high usage rates!

I have literally have been living here for one week and its been the worse decision of my life. They have not wanted to fix anything that was wrong with the trailer; or give you a better one. They obviously dont care at all about the people who live here because they rent out ant/rat infested trailers and dont want to spray for them or fix the holes in the ceiling that are stuffed with paper towels. I also have this guy across the way scarring my kids .. I hate the place if I could give negative stars I would this place is a scam .. They take your money and wait for the next fool to do the same thing to because no matter what theirs no refunds and if yoh leave before ur lease is up they will charge u rent for those months regardless .. They are good I tell u that much at scaming people
