Rich in biodiversity and a wonderful place to get lost and admire the smaller things in life. I myself was amazed by how interconnected everything was, in that it was evident by mere observation. I greatly enjoyed the area and can see why so many others speak so highly of it. Simply beautiful!

Beautiful park with a ton of older growth forest. The trail and boardwalks are in need of some caution but its worth the time.

Trails will be slippery when wet, but its very beautiful and peaceful! The trail entrances do have quite a bit of skunk cabbage though, but past that theres not many of those smelly things. Theres some interesting trees that are very cool, too. Sadly theres some litter around, I tried my best to clean up what I could but most of it were in nigh-impossible places to get to due to how wet it was.

The park is nice. Plenty of covered tables for our WA weather. Trails have been closed for two weeks due to bear sightings. Big play area playground with swing, slides, and big wood structure.

The park has been taken care of a lot better than it has been in recent years. I enjoy taking my son and nieces and nephews. I always bring an extra bag with me to clean up mess ppl leave around.

Nice short intro hike for kids. Currently has a bear sighting warning which just means be loud. I have hiked in Alaska and that is standard since bears are every where.

I enjoyed the trails with my family. The playground is in some serious need of some TLC the tire on the tire swing is full of holes and just needs to be cleaned. This is a nice park.

Beautiful relaxing place to just kick back and take it all in while you let the kiddos play. But be bearful...you might get eaten by a care.

Nice park off the beaten path.The hike thru the woods is nice, and full of bridges. And it does loop around back to the park if you stay on the path. Just follow your best friend. I couple areas are pretty Rooty, so watch your step. And there are a couple muddy areas too. But it is Washington .Enjoy

The trail itself is nice. In the sumer you have woodpeckers and evenings the hooting of owls echo out through the woods. For someplace so close to town it is beuatiful and serene. The park itself is usully covered in litter which is unfortunate

I enjoy the beautiful trail and how well the park staff keep the park clean & free from used uncapped Needles left by careless drug users.

Nice quiet place to get a piece of mind as well as trails & work out stations threw out the trails to assure a person a good cardio work out. . .

Very pretty with nice walking trailsit takes a lot to get from one end of the park to the other as there are only two crossings of the bridge on opposite ends of the park. The covered picnic area is amazing

The tire swing is wore out and they had a bear sighting on the trail so it was closed otherwise it was quiet and peaceful.

Just like every place else, half the stuff is closed because of coronavirus, Seattle, or bears

A great bit of whimsical wonder hidden inside the city of Aberdeen. A great walk that transports you out of the grind of daily life without having to go very far.

Nice close place to go hiking or just chill and have a BBQ the main park you can see from the road is nicely maintained however they could do with a little tlc on the hiking trails. Like signs on where and how far your going. Even would be cool to put information signs for the kids about the plants and wildlife in the area. But All in all a great place to go!

They got the trail all fixed, its still a pretty primitive trail but at least the fallen trees that had broken up the path have all been taken care of. Nice walk through the woods.

Took our dogs for a walk but when we came out of the trail by the park their was a sign (only one) that said trial closed do to bear sighting! Needs to be posted at every trail entrance! And possibly through out the trail.

Lovely short trail, however it is very muddy and not well maintained.

A beautiful little park with an easy walking trail just over a mile in length. Last time there, one of the homeless component that resides in/near the park, hide alongside the tail end of the trail making noises. Not sure to what effect.

I use Walker parked close to covered area.as hard to walk to far as my legs give out.It is not made for Walker is city liability should be fixed.Not sure about other way. If wasnt for my daughter helping me I would fell..

This park is in my community and me and my boyfriend enjoy a nightly stroll there to walk the dogs. They have a nature trail but other than that the park is very empty it could contain a lot more

One of the hidden treasures of Aberdeen. A beautiful nice park with a mile long trail complete with bridges over wetlands and amazing Douglas firs shooting up to the sky. There is also a community area with BBQ grills. Many people bring their dogs here for a walk so its good for dog social as well.

I have gone here many times. Rarely can anymore, lack of transportation. But friend and I stopped by. Watched the kids play. It was nice.

This is really one of the greatest small hike that can be done with little ones and your four legged kids. Its so beautiful but muddy during parts of the year. Boots or hiking shoes are nice to have.

Lovely bit of wilderness within the city. The mile trail has its elevation changes and I wouldnt go in a windstorm, but it is worth it.

Not bad of a park. A bit sketchy but very nice area to play with dog.

We have a fondness for this place born out of nostalgia, I just wish the city would take better care of the place. Vandalism has all but ruined the interior of the large gazebo area. Very sad. But the trails are still fun, as well as the playground.

Its dated and needs upgrades and work but it is a beautiful park. Lots of trails, a stream and wildlife. Unfortunately it being in need of repairs and upgrades does sometimes draw vagrants and homeless campers in the trees as well as the unwanted tweakers. Over all a good place during the day just dont go around to late in the afternoon/nite!

Its a nice but poorly maintained trails mean its a muddy dangerous hike in some parts. The views are nice and the park itself is a great place for a family party or BBQ.
