Not sure what this place even is. There is industrial trash/metal on the beach, its muddy. It was drizzling the whole time we were there. It wasnt what I would expect for a beach park. That being said there was a neat brief walking trail and I guess one could bird from the area. There were the largest slugs wed ever seen all around the trails and path, which gave it an additional peculiar touch. Not sure if Id go back, but was one of those things Im glad I experienced.

Terrific birding opportunities here. I saw so many different things a nutria, eagle, some type of hawk I watched it hunting also saw elk and other creatures.

Enjoyed the walk with family. Found lots of shells and interesting things to look at.

We live here and love this beach for bird watching, elk observation if they are in, and generally walking. The views at sunset in the fall are phenomenal as the sky is reflected in the expanse of the bay . Pacific coast beaches are available only 4 minutes away if your seeking more sand, sealife and shells.

Nice access to the beach and nice facilities, the park itself could use a little more maintenance, areas are a bit over grown with invasive species of plants.

Beautiful place to walk and enjoy a quiet beach with no vehicles. To bad you can only have your dog there in the winter.

I didnt get a chance to check out the beach. I had my pooch and its a No dogs allowed kinda place. Lots of parking tho.

Great time flying kites, no one was there, felt secluded and peaceful.

No amenities. But very pretty.

This was a fun place to visit even in the rain.

Its an amazing hike, and definitely fun. There isnt any more glass on the beach which is sad, but its probably just picked clean from other tourists throughout the years.

Cute beach! Great for sunset photos! You have to have a Washington state park pass to visit (it is patroled) but its not close by to get one, so plan ahead!

Anytime I can hit the beach is fantastic. It is my serenity.

Used to be a great place to take the dogs here for us locals within a 4 minute walk of the place but now we cant do that because of the bird watchers that never even use the place! If I cant take my dog then whats the point? Some of us dont have kids and its not like its actually a park- there is absolutely nothing to do there and Im not exaggerating.Its where our local kids go to drink and hangout and on more than one occasion the beach has been set on fire by local teen shananagins.Let us walk Our dogs on Our beach Again!!!

Super great spot to go and look out over the ocean. They also have a paved bike path.

Wide wooden boardwalk for part of the trail, gravel and paved portions too. Good walk for young kids or elderly, no hills.
