This park plays music through speakers around the edge. Not to loud but a difference from other parks. Picnic tables and a playground provide things to do. Its in a nice quiet part of town.

Cute park. Well maintained. Had a bit of history for people to view, a bandstand for entertainment, a field to relax in, shade trees, and a playground for children. Very clean. The park also hosts a farmers market occasionally.

It was pretty and its close to a lot of stores that you can walk to. There is a playground and it has a gazebo and plenty to picnic benches to eat lunch with family of friends.

Was there for the food truck festival. It is a very pretty park. It has a nice playground for kids too.

Clean and family friendly area. Even during the pandemic, the park was accessible and well groomed. No trash visible and tables/chairs were clean for visitors.

Safe place to relax and let the kids play. We were there all day and only saw one assault on the street nearby. 10/10

A decent place to take your children during the day but steer clear at night. It is in the heart of Aberdeen after all.During one of their events when I was about six years old a man tried to grab my sisters hand and Walker away as if she was his child.This was during a very crowded Park event.

Although the park is not very large, it is still a nice place visit. There are quite a few benches along the walk path that surrounds it, a nice playground for younger kids, and a pavilion in case the weather gets bad. The trees start to bloom in early April and provide a nice tranquil scene while sitting and reading.

It was so nice to sit around n hear the very sweet DJ. He had the children involved n gave them ice cream n the had three opportunity to sing n dance. The police Dept there also giving away school supplies thank you guys!There were many dogs, all well behaved as well as their owners very polite n allowed me to pet their beautiful babies! All the vendors were so nice n chattyWe had a great time! It was my 1st time and definitely will go again!!Check it out next time and you may be as glad we I am that I did!

When the most relaxing place to go

Visited the 9/11 memorial service & was glad to see a school group honoring our fallen men & women, and those currently in service, with Aberdeen Police keeping a watchful eye on the area & helping shepherd the group safely thru town. thank you to all who serve others and give of themselves for the good of others. God bless.

I had the pleasure of using the Aberdeen Festival Park over the past weekend for my Granddaughters Garden Party and couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The park grounds are kept beautifully and it is just a wonderful venue for a celebration. George Psihogios at City Hall was an absolute joy to work with. I will be returning for future events!!

Good festival grounds with a nice tribute to our fallen troops. The playground is adequate for any day activity, but the scheduled festivals are always pretty good. Especially Earth Day which is always fun. Only bad aspect would be a few people who are homeless and/or have mental health issues. Normally they dont pay much attention to anyone, but they can be a little obnoxious from time to time.

Love walking the circle. Its peaceful in the evening. They hold events here alot

Nice place to take the kids for there is a semi large Jungle Gym area with like a rubber mat floor to stop any injuries from Falls. Cozy benches to sit on while watching them, and others who may be walking around the large Circle around the perimeter during their lunch break or for exercise. And as I said plenty of benches to just stop and sit when you feel like resting with a different View. They do hold venues there and summer concerts. And some religious venues. Across the street is the police station, City Hall and Library

Loved the time at aberdeen christmas parade. Santa clause, Mrs. Clause, and elfs were great.

Love this park. Myvson and do laps and sprints around tthe park then fly kites after.

Its ok, quick walk around the park with a small playground.Wish the playground was a tad bit bigger and more things to see. The sights are not the best.

Really great little local farmers market on Thursdays and its in a beautiful little park. The Venders carry some really cool handmade items. Sorbet, sweet goodies, flowers, plants, produce, nuts and even more.

Nice park, dog-friendly with seasonal decor. They have a lot of events here with ample parking and a nice gazebo for those rainy days when youre need cover.

Liked seeing the animals. Kids really seemed to be enjoying the different games.

Pokemon gym gives it 5 stars but alot and alot and I mean ALOT of homeless people stumbling around intoxicated... makes it a 3 star.

Lots of space and great stage. I presented a speech here for the annual Unity in the Community event and it was beautiful.

Went for the farmers market. Not as many vendors as expected but still early in the season. Definitely recommend trying the sorbet as well as Cathys cupcakes.

From childhood through adulthood, this park has been a favorite of mine.

Nice little park to take kids to but they do have a bunch of great gatherings there and its really nice they have earth day they have a policeing day where the show how the police dogs work which the kids really enjoyed and they gave out free sheriffs kids is badges incase something happens to them

Neat little Famer s Market on the 1st & 3rd Thurdays from 4pm-7pm. Variety of offerings - fresh fruits & veggies, chicken & duck eggs, field raised pork, goat milk soap, local wines, fresh baked goods including dog biscuits, and the coolest handmade potato chips in lemon pepper, ghost pepper, and salt & red wine vinegar.

I love going to the Festival Park cuz thats where the kids can play and I can sit down and relax or walk around the park and get exercise without worrying about anything the cops got that all under control

Great place for kids to play. Firestation and Library in the area. Only bad thing is all the..what seems to be homeless people always hanging around.

Love it. Only problem is the restrooms always seem to be locked...and the homeless people here seem to think they are invisible and pee by them.... Thank god my kids never seem to see this.
