We love coming here with our friends for the Sunday Breakfast Bowling. The staff is awesome! Also, the breakfast (2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 toast) is delivered quickly and hot off the grill. We always have great fun. We have also had the pleasure of interacting with the Pro Shop staff - very helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, I ordered a new ball and shoes, while my husband ordered shoes. We were not rushed at all, and all our questions were answered intelligently and in a very professional manner. One suggestion is that your website post the hours of operation for the Pro Shop. Thank you!
Tried the Bowl with breakfast with family. Simple breakfast but was nice. We had fun.
Its been awhile since I have been in Zephyrhills but have to say that our experience at Pin Chasers for my nephews 15th birthday was a great time by all. Its been a year since we had a family get together & bowling is a popular choice. Rain & Abbey hooked us up with what we needed & we had a great time bowling & being with family. Food was great & nothing to complain about.
So Dar so good. Pro Shop is competent, desk staff attentive, and the wait servers are quick. Recreational bowling is a bit pricey and worth it none-the-less. Come for fun, food, and beverages.
Gregg makes the best pizzas in town. He is a good chef.

Glad to be able to bowl again. Pin Chasers is on the old side, but decently maintained. A little pricier than I expected, no price list at the counter. Very busy for a post-quarantine situation. Good to see a business that relies on social gatherings bouncing back.

Very upset that compliants are not addressed in a timely manner. Especially during this time in our world. I complained back in January about the profanity and offensive language language in the mens stall. It does not matter what color you are, your belief. It should have been sanded and painted over months ago before I had to call back and speak with a manager and still have not heard back from anyone. The words are very offensive... Overall this place is a good place to bowl.
Excellent place to go bowling! Had a blast. Good for large groups or small. Family atmosphere. You are able to purchase adult beverages if you so desire!

The service of this place is one of worse Ive ever experienced. Bowled state here 3 hours and had the lady come down once to ask us if we needed anything. Never again will we has a team bowl hetr again.
I absolutely love this bowling alley! We go here every Wednesday night for the four-week bowling class that is free. Next week we start the 10-week bowling league that we pay for but at the end of the 10 weeks we get a bowling ball. The staff there is great! Especially Amy! I would definitely recommend as they have a great place and great food and service.

Good location and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. The lanes are clean and in good condition. The music system could be a bit more robust, but was a minor drawback.

Reason for 3 star is poor customer service. Place is nice and clean. Front desk guy was very rude and unhelpful. He accused us of breaking the ally. Otherwise food was good and fast service.

Today, I visited Pin Chasers for the first time with my daughter. I had no idea how to bowl with a 4 yr old in tow and didnt have a plan to do so, until said 4 year old decided it seemed interesting. People with young children realize how much of a hassle this can be, but the young lady behind the counter was more than helpful and very kind. She even carried a big gangly ball roller to other end of the alley and set the lane up for me! The prices were very reasonable on the bowling side, and the games were generally a dollar each. The only reason a star was deducted during this visit was because many of the games were down...and not many of those were really arcade games. Otherwise, a VERY nice visit.
This Pin Chasers has excellent customer service and are very supportive and helpful in meeting our special needs when I take my awesome son bowling here a couple of times a month. He is on the spectrum for autism and they set him up with a ball roller and put him in a lane thats not around big crowds and loud noises that hinder him. Thats the people who work there-kind hearted, hard working and service oriented.
I wanted to come here with my 2 cousins and husband. As soon as I walked in I waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. And than as soon as he got there he was really rude. His name on his name tag was Mathew. He had no smile. A blank face and just plain rude. I do not appreciate that. It was the worst $50 I ever spent. And he kept giving one cousin a rude look.
Always fun to bowl with my friends in the Powder Puff league. This bowling alley is showing some wear and tear and the alleys break down too often or balls get stuck. Not easy relaxing and bowling when you have to keep summoning maintenance during each game. Need to invest some money in equipment repair and new alleys
Great bowling The balls are not the best but its good. I bought 4 things from the vending machine and 2 times it got stuck.but I would come back again.

Online reservations are offered on the website and acknowledgement of the reservation request is received via email but the Zephyrhills bowling alley staff doesn’t appear to monitor or validate the request before your arrival. The lane we requested was literally given to the party ahead of us. The concession staff are very courteous and provide timely service.

Went with a large group, we had 4 lanes. My kids really like the automatic bumpers set to each bowler. I had a good time, my ball never got stuck in the ball return. Will definitely revisit this Alley.

Always call before just showing up because most of the time there is not a lane open. When you can get in the place is enjoyable. Food is good for being made and served at a bowling alley. Customer service varies. I have had great service and i have walked out wondering how a person still works there.

We thought with social distancing every other lane would be used. Not so! They crammed everyone in one side of the bldg, so they could get ready for a tournament.
Great place to let kids let off some steam. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is good, and I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak Pizza. A little pricey at $16, but comparable to other specialty pizzas in the area.. and totally worth it. Got a pumpkin spice mudslide at the bar, and while it was good.. even the bartender agreed that they need to invest in cream or milk. Poor girl had to open and use the mini non-dairy creamers that you get for coffee to make my drink. Not a big plus in my book, as it would have been MUCH better with a nice dose of cold half n half or milk. But all in all, good service. The place is clean, so no complaints. The arcade had a few machines not working, but they refunded what we lost on the machines.. so no love lost there either.

Its just a general bowling place, youve got food, drinks, shoes, and people. it does have some specials, and does do reservations. has these game options when you play but it doesnt affect anything

This is a great bowling alley. Ive been here several times and its never overcrowded and the staff is super friendly.
Lanes were dry, and the bowling balls kept getting stuck were had to call for help to get them back up to continueto bowl. Not a fun experience :-(
