Our favorite snow bird campground nice sites Clean and great neighbors

Very nice place, I visit one of my elderly clients on a daily basis. Theyre building on the site at the moment plus new security gates and consoles for entry/exit. For the most part residents are very friendly. Has swimming pool, shuffle board.

This place is quiet as a rv park. But you do have road noise, trains and air planes. Not any different than our house.. People are somewhat friendly if the actually come outside. About 3 miles from town.. Not bike friendly if you want to ride to town.. Would stay again....

Overall park is nice and maintained.My bad experience comes from being parked next to multiple families children. No parental supervisions, and they turned the site next to me into there play ground.This brought our overall experience down. I don’t mind kids, but keep them at there site or send them to a playground. Don’t allow them to just run off and bother somebody else.

Very friendly staff. Train is a bit noisy. Grounds are very clean. Wifi included. One of best of the better places to stay. Right beside upper barrel preserve, if you enjoy biking and hiking.

The Wi-Fi is the biggest issue. When they could get omni directional antennas but they stick with single direction ones. None are pointed in our direction. Currently one is blinking red to green. And no one is available to fix it. It has been like that for three days now. In order to get 1 bar of WiFi on my computer I have to have it right in front of my open sliding glass door. Over all the park is great except for the WiFi. My family works with WiFi for a living. And this is rediculous. We have always had off and on issues with the WiFi. Cooperate is just too cheap to upgrade.

Beautiful place, beautiful homes. Fishing in the lake. Nice clean pool. Staff treats people with integrity.

Very nice people here the office staff my you feel right at home the park is very clean this is the 2ed time we have stayed here and we will be back here in the winter
