Thank you Cinemark! It was a refreshing dose of normalcy in this crazy year for my family. The popcorn was fresh and the movie was great (Croods 2). The theater was very clean and the staff was friendly. See you again soon!

Awesome theater with a good selection of movies and friendly staff. The seats are fairly comfortable, and the prices are good for a theater.

Roomy... comfortable...and new seats. I watched two movies. The prices were reduced due to welcoming back. So I took advantage of it. The consession stuff was reduced as well except hotdogs.Come by and check out the comfortable new seats and enjoy a movie with plenty of social distancing.

This small unfortunately only has a few shops left. Just like Eastland Mall in Columbus Ohio. But they do have some anchor stores like JCPenneys finish line foot locker.

The mall itself is awful but this place, The Snack Shop is cool, dude running it is nice, the guy will still make the cookie shakes so Im pleasantly surprised by that

Many stores have closed. The facility is well kept.

The movie theater is so clean

The recent upgrades have made this an even better place to catch a good movie. Selecting your seat in advance is a game changer. It allows you to slide in closer to the time the movie ACTUALLY starts (after the 30 minutes of previews).

Alright place to watch a movie but not a fan of the select your set before the movie. Just prefer the old way of just walking in set down and thats your set for the movie.

The new seats in the movie theater may take a little longer to get into with having to choose your seat when you buy the ticket, but they are very comfortable.

Island Burgers and more is a great place to eat. I ordered the volcano cheese burger. Was an awesome burger at a reasonable price. Definitely will go back after a movie or doctors appointment. Its in the food court.

Went to see the new Star Wars movie; loved the reserved seating! Nice added feature to on-line ticket ordering.

This is the best movie theater in the area. I drive from Saint Clairsville where there is a local AMC just to come to this theater. Always clean, and the staff is amazing. I love their snack choices. Just hands down the best.

As an update: The theater wasnt closed, the mall was. We are new to the area and didnt realize there was another entrance. I did call a second time where someone did answer and try to direct us to an open door. Signage was lacking.Closed...website said they were open since this morning. Called, no answer.Epic fail, cinemark!

Very nice and clean theater, nicely decorated too. Their seats are small, but if they put in better comfortable seats, this would be my favorite theater to go to. I wouldnt mind going back here again for shorter movies.

Took my sweet Betsy to see the new Jumanji movie for a date night. Had a great time watching this funny movie and sitting in the new comfortable chairs!

Movie needed to be turned up a little more kept hearing the next movie rooms movie over ours..but had a great time;)..

This is a pretty nice theater with comfy seats and friendly staff. I like going on tuesdays when it is cheaper (currently 4.75) price all day and not just in the mornings. I marked a star down due to the price of concession is ridiculously highly priced. The cost of 1 large popcorn and drink cost more than the tickets for the family. Next time I decide to go, I will probably skip on the concession stand and just watch my movie without the popcorn

One of my favorite places to go in this town. The service is always great and its always nice to get away from the world for a couple hours while watching a movie.

Good ticket prices. Nice well-kept theatres. Concessions are a bit steep though.

A small but charming little theater. Not as large or as well-stocked with snacks as other cinemas, but well worth the money spent. Have visited a multitude of times and have never been dissatisfied.

Old school kind of movie theater, as in they dont have the newer recliner seating. Can do early bird matinee here which is a plus. Good prices. They have a good selection of movies playing, a decent amount of screens.

I was astounded at the terribly high prices on the items for sale at the snack counter. A bottle of water for 4.75 which you can buy a any run of the mill convenient store for a 1.89. Snacks for 3.00 - $5.00. There in no excuse for high prices I will never buy from your snack bar again. You should be ashamed

I have gone here a lot the past few years and it is a great place to see a movie. The theaters and chairs are always clean, the restrooms are well maintained, the staff are very friendly and the food is even better. It’s a great place to kick back and relax to your favorite incoming movies!

I have been coming here for years. It is a great theatre for all ages. I like how they offer the normal window ticketing and the kiosk method. Been to several midnight releases as well, which are always fun. Check them out!

They took all the decent vendors out of the store so there isnt really much left and the movies are expensive like no other wish it was better

The Theatre is very nice, its clean and comfortable.Concessions are very good.However it is expensive if you are not a movie club member.I suggest that you join if go to the movies regularly.

Pretty comfortable theaters. Theyre prices are WAYYYY to expensive. Hands down, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that. Quality screens. And all in all a great developed set of theaters just FAR too expensive goods like, food, popcorn, little bags of candy-ya know the ones at the dollar store for a dollar (that are for some reason $4.25 here). Heck I think last time I went a bottle of water cost me 3 something. It was madness! The theaters are around 3.8-4stars. The goods provided along with their wax and tax attitude makes their facility a one star in my book. Hope that helps.

Yeah its nice and clean but they WONT get African American films like Queen and Slim for instance and Im from Zanesville so now I gotta go to Newark or Columbus to watch it which is ridiculous cause my family and I are in there watching movies all the time but I gotta go out of town to see a African American films smh...

Always have loved going to this theater. Prices are a little steep but you can easily sneak food in if you would like.

Have been to other cinemas but this one has the BEST seating with great views of the screens, comfortable seats. The bathrooms are always clean and in good repair. Plus the staff are always smiling and give wonderful service.

Friendly staff the restrooms are always very clean as well as the rest of the theater. Do not like the idea of picking your seats when I go to the early show and there are only 8 people in the theater, and someone is seated right next to me. They no longer put the title of the movie over the door entrance just number to the movie on ticket stub.

Good seating arraignment, screen quality is really good. I prefer the real 3d glasses they provide when watching a 3d movie. Always have the newest movies that come out.

It is a pain in the butt to buy your tickets in 1 line then stand in another line to buy your consession items. The ticket booth is never open due to short on employees and Ive applied there 3 times. If it wasnt for my grandson wanting to see a few movies Id never go back there.

Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience this time, the movie was good what I could actually hear, the people behind us kept talking, laughing, asking questions, and using their phones clear through the whole movie.

The theater itself is very nice. Occasionally have to deal with annoying kids and the staff takes forever to do anything about it, but overall a good theater.

Decent prices for tickets. Has the nicer reclining chairs. The snack prices are pricey. If you sign up for emails you typically get a coupon before the weekend which is typically a deal on the snacks.

Its always a pleasure to come to this theater to unwind and relax behind the big screen. The staff is second to none in keeping the place clean and comfortable. The Corporate level is working hard to keep the prices low. The same movie in an AMC Theater with same seating and time goes for a lot more money! My local theater charges the same amount for terrible seating and underwhelming staff. It is definitely the best in my opinion!

My problem is I have a 6 year old son that was so excited to see the new Star Wars movie. So he dressed up like Vader. Only to be told he cant have a mask. Get this through your heads, kids are not the problem. Let them have fun.
