Ive only ever got to visit it, it seems nice but currently there is drama over letting animals into the club house which is where you go to watch DVDs especially if youre in a small trailer with no t.v. I also feel unwelcome as most of my interactions with other people end with a sense of exclusion. I.E. do as I say because Ive been here longer, not as I do. Still I advise checking it out for yourself, this may just be my experience. If youre a dog lover you will likely be disappointed as Rex barks his head off because you wanted to watch a DVD.
