***NOT A SUPERSTORE***Instantly met with unwelcoming staff. We went in to buy a whip cream canister thinking a adult Superstore would not only have what I wanted but more to explore. This is the smallest adult store Ive ever browsed and it was disappointing. They dont sell whipped cream canisters so we decided to browse. After 20 min of being the only customers in the store an employee had demanded that we are only allowed 10 min and we either needed to get something or go. We never bothered anyone and where seriously looking at purchasing something for my fiancee and I. It was a rude and uncomfortable experience so we left and wont be going back, Id highly recommend though this is the only adult store in the area to just buy online.

Owner and staff are incredibly rude. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the harassment you get plus their products are way too expensive.

My cousin Joey went in, told me about his experience. Said the staff were extremely helpful. He needed a plastic repair kit, which staff were easily able to point him in the right direction. Additionally, they had to order him specialty items due to everything being oversized for him, but staff were extremely discreet and respectful. Would highly recommend.

I have shopped here many times now and am beyond thrilled with the majority of my purchases and experience!!My first time, the girl behind the counter was extremely helpful, engaging in conversation, helping to make me feel more comfortable in my shopping experience! Having gone back, much more confident, still very open, friendly and personable. Offering, opening and showing certain product, lube demo & comparison, and general overall product knowledge.I still feel the prices to be a little high but the service i have received is definitely 5+ star worthy!

Have been a frequent customer of this store and I love it! It is one of the cleanest businesses Ive been in. Staff is always friendly and helpful and took the time to explain the different lubes to me and my friend. Very helpful! Who knew there were so many different types of lubes! LOL!! Always a good selection of new toys and videos to choose from. I LOVE the couples booth in the arcade!Its obvious management cares about this business and it shows! Great job guys! Ill keep spending my money here.

Went into the store today with my wife, and the young lady working the register was very nice and knowledgeable about the products that the store sells. She was very friendly and kind and answered all of our questions without making us feel awkward, shes an A++ employee, seeing as how the other two Ive dealt with over the last couple months make my wife and I feel kind of awkward. On top of her knowledge and courtesy she opened a couple of the products we were looking at purchasing so we could get a better idea of them so we bought what we wanted without having to worry about buying a flop so to speak.The store overall is very clean and well organized, all the prices are clearly labeled, its also very well stocked for every taste that I could imagine possible. I will always come back to this store and probably not even purchase online anymore because of the woman working today. Even if I could buy it for cheaper on the net Id rather support this store 100%

I use to love the store but the owner will not allow me in the store and I cannot understand why he hasn’t let me be a customer he has given me no explanation and I can’t understand him His father was a great man he would take is shirt off for you but the son I can’t understand him I wish they would change management And then I would be able to come back I guess

Owner is rude and prices are on the expensive side. Place is pretty clean though so I gave them the second star. Ill continue to go for the arcade but Ill purchase my toys in Phoenix.

Awful went inside and lady told me in a rude way that I couldnt bring food or drinks in and also she told me in a rude way that I had to have my ID and I called earlier and they didnt say anything about having an ID and she also told me in a rude way that in every porn store u have to be 18+ and have an ID
