Covid has done a toll on this once lovely theater! Cold popcorn along with cold butter in a cup and no other food anymore! Staff is great. Place is very clean and excellent seats. Like I said was a perfect theater until covid and the way they do there food.

First time weve since the update/remodel to the new chairs and layout. Very impressed. Other than the others in your row, you feel like your in an exclusive showing. Seats are comfortable. Mine had a little issue but easily ignored overall. Only complaint would be if you want a follow up drink from the bar after the movie, there is very limited seating in the lobby.

Great time watching Inception. Great show and great sound. The service was tremendous. All employees following safety rules. Thanks for reopening well be back soon.

Friendly staff and love that it is near us, it is an AMC & good price, compared to others. Clean restrooms. Plus they usually have kids movies & the new Run the Race, which is wonderful. I hope they will kerp getting clean good movies!

The chairs are nice but there was a strange echo effect in the theater that was quite distracting from the movie.

This place is great! Close to Yukon and Mustang and right off I-40. It is owned and operated by AMC and as of March 2020 has just been renovated and updated with new leather heated reclining seats that are numbered and reserved upon purchase. Food options have been updated as well and an alcohol bar has been put in. We always have enjoyed this theater as it is a little smaller and feels more local but now that it has been spruced up it really shines. We will continue to see tons of movies here. The ONLY downside if I can say one thing I that the staff tend to be very young and very inexperienced. I know it they tend to be more entry-level positions but there is high turn over and sometimes it feels like the kids running the candy store. They are all very friendly and nice, never had a bad experience with any personality, but professionalism and consistency is lacking. Thanks AMC!

Very clean and the girls running the front were very nice. We had the theater to ourselves.

Overall great experience, however once again all the mask requirements bring down the experience. I sincerely hope they drop a few of the very strict obstacles in enjoying a movie

They recently installed new reclining and heated seats, which means that you need reservations. The snacks are pretty good. The only complaint I have is that the seats dont recline as much as you think they would. And if you sit on the top row the wall behind the recliners in front of the back row blocks the bottom half of the movie screen. So keep that in mind, I prefer sitting in the middle rows.

Horrible Customer Service! Visited theatre on Friday, February 21st, 2020. After watching a movie I left only to realize once I got home that my two cell phones had apparently fell out of my pocket while sitting in the recliner. I immediately called the theatre to asked someone to check the specific chair I was sitting in to see if the phones were there. As expected, I spoke to one of the many high school workers, none of which were interested in helping. This was not unexpected because neither were they willing to help while at the concession for the movie. They were more interested in gathering at one of the counters to socialize. None the less, the young man finally agreed to to check and told me he would get back with me if they found anything. Instead, I asked to remain on the phone while he had someone check, which he accommodated.A few minutes later he came back and said his manager was still checking. Several more minutes later he came back and said they couldn’t find anything. During the time of the call I had started back to the theatre which was a 15 minute drive. Shortly after being told nothing could be found, I entered the theatre and asked to check myself. The attendant was almost like really, we told you they aren’t here. I insisted and was then allowed to go check. What do you think I found sitting in the seat of the recliner I ask them to check? Yep, the two phones they said they couldn’t find. They couldn’t find them because they simply didn’t care enough to check. I have gone to this theatre on a regular basis but it is obvious they don’t care enough about their customers to simply check into something as important as this. There are definitely better movie options available in the OKC metro.

Finally glad they have reserved and reclined seats. Sound system still seems it only comes from the front of the theatre and none of the speakers around the theatre do not seem to be working. We saw Aladdin and it for sure needed the surround system. I would not recommend watching Avengers, Godzilla, Star Wars, John Wick, etc until they fix the surround sound. It has always been like this when the theatre was built years ago. Hoping as an AMC Premiere Member for quite sometime and when AMC bought this theatre they would improve everything not just the seats. Hopefully, someone at the theatre will let me know what they plan to do about the sound system and looking forward to come back instead of going to Penn Square and Quail.

You can score a great $5 deal on a movie and at the concession stand plus they have $1 hot dogs. The outside is nice but the look is certainly deceiving. There is a rotating, clucking chicken toy dispenser that has absolutely NO eggs to dispense. My biggest issue is the womens restroom. The trash can was overflowing, the paper towel dispenser was broken, tissue and paper towels were all over the floor, a stall was missing a door (surprisingly that was the cleanest stall)and several toilets werent flushed (that was the nicest way I could put it). The out of order sign on the feminine products dispenser spoke for the whole restroom. I wouldnt have eaten from there if I had of gone to the restroom first.

Love the new seats. Kind of a smaller Warren feel. Still dont like the assigned seats. (The kid I sat next to was almost as loud as the movie.)That being said, if you sit in the back row, you cant see those in front of you (ala balcony seating @ the Warren) and now its legal to drink alcohol so well see how that works out on a busy night.

The theater was FREEZING even after I told someone about it. It was 38° outside & I think we would have been warmer out there. We went to the bathroom several times to wash our hands to try & keep warm also. We used the seat warmers also. Hard to enjoy when your eyes freeze shut!

Comfy seats, cheaper snacks, cheaper tickets.

Bought tickets online but they still make you stand in the same line as tickets just for concession food. Horrible planning. Ridiculous. Lines long and backed up with teenage kids dragging their feet. Id be embarrassed.

I can now drink excessively while watching the Sonic movie, definitely a pleasant experience, would visit again.

I purchased tickets on line for a 6:45 movie tonight. When we arrived at 6:15 we found 2 lines that were backed up to the front doors. The theater has changed their procedures so you have to get your tickets and concessions at the same time. As a result the lines moved at a snails pace. When we asked an employee if we were in the correct line, we were given a blank stare. No one knew what was going on. It was pure chaos. Why did I purchase tickets and pay extra for them ahead of time if I still have to stand in line for over 40 minutes? We missed the previews. During the time we stood in line, the person by the bar served only 1 glass of wine. Why couldn’t they use her to help the lines move faster instead of just standing doing nothing? They had 2 cash registers open with 4 people behind them, 2 of which just stood watching the lines grow longer. We spoke to the manager on duty and she said she was following directions given by AMC. In my opinion AMC definitely needs to rethink their strategy if they want to better serve the people paying to watch the movies. They may have given the theater a face lift, but their old ways worked a lot better in the customer service area!

They have lines for A list members, but that really means nothing because they dont have a register for that line and just help everyone from the regular line anyway so not sure what that point is.. But when we did get helped the person did his job well and in a timely manner so it was a decent. Clean place and we enjoyed the movie so that is a plus

I am a regular customer here. That stops now, I cant take it anymore. I am a very nice person and let so much slide but I draw the line now. Dont bother asking for a supervisor. The supervisor Mara? is horribly confrontational and wants to fight and treat you badly for daring to bring up an issue. And I am nice and never complain. And it may even be more of a management issue for letter this Mara treat people like this. If you are reading this review please write one yourself. I dont know how else to get these people to change. I think the regional manager if one even exists needs to change up the management. It cant be the workers fault they by default do as little as possible because they are all high school kids. It is a shame because they just remodeled the place but the customer service is so bad.

Great seats. They are the reclining kind. Theater was clean. The popcorn did have more unpopped kernels than acceptable. That is the only complaint.

Comfortable seats and all, but the lights on the alleys are way too bright. You could see shadow of seats on screen, the colors were washed out. If they could lower the brightness of lights it would be a really good cinema.

These were our seats walking in. 18 dollar to watch the Addams Family movie for my daughter and I. The show was at 9:15 pm, room 1. Apparently they had missed a cleaning. The whole room was nasty. Pop corn over the seats, all over the floors. Left over popcorn bags, drinks. When I brought it up to the manager some kid came in and wiped the first two rows of seats. Still didnt clean the rest of the area nor my seats. I had to clean my seats.Just a quick apology and that was it.

The people working here are way nicer than the general expectation of anyone who has to sell things and/or pick up after people in a movie theater. The seats are nice.-1 star because it seems like the soda machines are always understocked, but its not about yall, part-timers--I know the problems more than likely higher-up in some way.-1 more star because the bathrooms need to be fixed. A little girl made eye contact with me through the gap between the door and the wall bit of the stall. While I was on the toilet. That shouldnt be possible, under any circumstances, and I hope that little girls okay cause I dont know where else her eyes ended up.

Let me start by saying, the theatre is remodeled and is good if you just want to see a movie that is playing and NOT visiting the concession stand. This has to be the most disorganized staff AMC has. There is no organization in how the employees work. No one has any clue what is going on there. People wait in line forever.They dont stock their foods. Been there 4 times. Twice on a weekday, twice during the weekend, giving them the benefit of the doubt but its just the same no matter what day it is. A-list line is a joke and should just be eliminated if it is not going to be used the way it was prioritized to be used. The bar is not stocked either apparently. They have no clue how to make a drink that is on the menu. They probably need a better supervisor that could train them better. I understand they are teenagers, but work ethics are learned early.

Awesome seating. They are assigned base on your preference when you buy the tickets. Seats are like soft, leatherette, heated if you like, recline just like the ones we have at home, arm rest can be put up or down as one wishes. Very clean, one time pop corn refill at no charge and soda refill at no extra as well.

It was a pain to reserve the seating online. It kept telling me taken even though it showed available. However the seating was comfortable. The theater was clean. The movie was good. The soda was not working. They were out of pretzel bites and the larger pretzel was $15 Overall the food is way too expensive.

Update: they have remodeled and have reclining seats. Very clean each row feels independent from the others. Heated seats as well.Good local place to grab a movie. Theaters are not the cleanest.

Love the remodeling, the theater recliners are awesome. They even have heaters in the seats. May have to take back some of my stars after today. We went to the movie today 2-15-20 for the 11:45 showing of Fantasy Island. It was so cold in there!! We went and reported how cold it was to the employees working. He stated there were seat warmer in the chairs. The chair warmer only kept your backside warm. You could honestly have hung a side of beef in there today. Cool is okay buy not a meat lockers temperature.

The AMC Yukon is by far my familys favorite. Theatre in the Oklahoma City area. We travel an extra 10min out of the way just to get the better seating, friendlier staff, and normally next to no crowds.Its not to far off the highway so traveling a bit more for a recliner and heated seat is worth it in and of itself.

Really like the recliner seats, but the last two movies I saw here were kind of murky and not digital crisp for me. In fact, while watching Little Women, I got eyestrain from trying to watch a dimly lit screen and trying to make out the details. The sound was good, though. Sure dont like the double price I have to pay now for afternoon movies. $5 to over $9 is a big jump for senior admission.

Often very messy and the service is slow, but I’ve never been in a theater so cold as today. They obviously didn’t turn the heat on for the early matinee. We complained several times, even leaving in the middle of the movie to let staff know it was freezing. They said they’d already been told about it but we sat through an entire 2 1/2 hour movie and never felt it warming up as they said it takes a while to heat up. The hallway was a regular temperature but I don’t think the theater ever got much warmer than the low 60s. Almost too uncomfortable to stay through the movie. I won’t be back.

This theater experience was pretty amazing! Great big leather chairs that recline and have heaters on them. They serve typical movie food plus beer and liquor! Book in advance, seats are assigned.

Great theater. Love this place and it is convenient location. I am pleased with all the renavations. The reclining chairs are a great addition. Love the heated seats. Also, like there is a bar now. So adults can relax and enjoy themselves. This our go to theater. Thanks for making it a better theater.

Seats were comfortable but the theater was pretty cold. Concession area was a mess with a crowd of disorganized employees barely keeping things moving. It took 10 minutes to get a large popcorn and 2 drinks. Good thing we came early AND reserved our seats otherwise we would have been missing the opening sequence and sitting in the nose bleeds.

We loved this place it had leather heated and reclining chairs and it was just nice. The only thing is We wish it had more movies to choose from. But the movies were some top choices anyways. Again we loved it.

Tight seats that dont breath. Skyrocketing concession prices. This place breaks the bank on family movie night. It sure makes renting new movies on PRIME worth the expense. It should be a dollar theater by now. I dont like paying premium prices to sit in someone elses popcorn with my feet stuck to the floor.

Upgraded seats and facilities, downgraded service. BIG TIME downgrade. The last 2 movies I have tried to attend did not start within 30 minutes of their scheduled time. Star Wars and Dark Waters. In Dark Waters more than half of the people left before the start that I saw, before I left to get my money back. Star Wars peeps were more resilient. Only I and a handful of others left after 35min and the previews hadnt even started. I went to manager and she said she was working on it. She then started checking a lady out, so I ask for my money back. I politely asked where i could file a complaint. I explained about my last attempt at a movie. She just stared at me, no response. What is worse; they will refund the ticket, but twice now I have wasted a large popcorn and drink. They will not refund that. What used to be my favorite theatre has now lost my business.

Auditorium 1: The color seemed off during the movie. During dark scenes there was an orange light illuminating the bottom of the screen. Kind of annoying. First time visiting this theater and it was not the normal AMC experience Im used to.

Just remodeled, but you now need to purchase tickets in advance if you want decent seats or have a large group. There is now a bar, but none of the soft drink machines were functional and they were out of bottled water during our visit. We waited in line for 30 minutes for tickets and then 30 minutes in the concession line. I doubt we will be back.

We arrived about 10 minutes after the movie time started but still just commercials. The doors were locked and the kids working just kept looking at us. One guy after like 5 minutes of knocking on the door and trying to call finally came over. We bought tickets through stub hub but they didnt want to open the door. He finally let us in and some girl said it was company policy to lock the doors and allow no one in after the final movie started.So if you show up late to avoid the ads you may lose your money because they probably wont let you in!

They added some new seats since the last time I was there several months ago. Big soft seats with full reclining. And finally got reserved seating.

Waited over 10 minutes alone at the bar. Zero service. I had to go get my husband to have anyone even acknowledge that we wanted service. Finally a worker told us they only have ONE worker that can serve alcohol and she was too busy. Im livid. I could have seen this movie closer to my home but I thought it would be fun to try a theater that serves alcohol. Never ever again.

Loving the new reclining seats! Comfortable and roomy! Watch your step though, because even though they have quite a few employees on staff, the lobby floors are always slippery by the soda machines.

Cleanest and best movie theater. Staff have always been friendly and kind. The deals you can get are great on certain days. As well as the stuff like the annual bucket and the rewards program.School and senior discounts as well.Theyre renovating currently and Im excited to see the new things and I will re-post after its open.

They offered chicken strips and pizza and had none! Service was horrible!The managers excuse was cooperate!Really? Next time, I will go to Warren and $30 on better food and service!

The new seats are great, but the screens still suck. They are really dark and hard to see. Almost impossible to see anything in night scenes. Screens should had been updated before seats.

They kept telling people to move from a ticket line to a concession line. They are very slow to get people through. They try to be like the amc at Penn Square. Total total fail. Managers need to be more present during busy times. The young staff is lacking in skills to get done efficiently. Need managers from Penn Square to show them how its done. I have never had this poor service before the remodel.

Wow my first visit I gave this place a bad review. This was my 2nd visit after a year. I was pleasantly surprised.It was clean, staff was nice, and the theatre I went in had the reclining chairs and was very clean.Not sure if each individual theatre room is updated and clean but I just might be tempted to go back here before a year goes by.

Waited in line over 20 minutes. Not a big opening night. They indicated they couldn’t sell me tickets because the movie had already started. Not sold out...just too late because of their line. 2nd time this has happened.

Love this small theatre...clean and staff is great....wish they would add on to theatre and offer more movies as Weatherford is growing so fast...also add an afternoon matinee during the M-th days...there are many retired and older folks that dont like driving after dark....greatly needed so we dont have to take business out of town during the week for a daily matinee....

Watched Star Wars the rise of Skywalker in 2d. Here is what I noticed...Chairs - heated but only partially reclining.Projection display - Dimly lit with washed out colors.Runway lights - Very bright to the point of distracting from the movie.For better bang for the buck, go elsewhere.

Dude they have full on recliners now and the sound was really good its way better than it was there a few years ago

Went to see Jumanji. What a bad deal. The movie was so dark you couldnt tell if it was day or night. Asked someone to take care of it and she came and looked at the screen and left. Nothing was ever done to fix the problem. This has happened at least 2 other times this past year. Never again. Dont ever put your hand on the hand rail because it will stick to it. They never clean them.

I am totally impressed with the experience. Nice parking, good facilities, with Bar. Relax, recline, and have a memorable time.

Coffee and tea should not be listed under beverages if you do not sell. I sure you if you sell alcohol, then coffee and tea should be available. Please offer this as another alternative.

What a horrible experience. They don’t heat their theaters. It was literally 45 degrees in the theater. When we asked for them to turn the heater on I was told that the corporate policy was that the don’t turn on the heat until fifteen minutes after the movie starts. So if you go to this theater be sure to bring jackets, blankets, gloves and a beanie.They don’t care

Love all of the new updates!!! Recliners are very cool and comfortable. Alcohol is over priced, but not a surprise. Always a good time.

This theater was recently renovated has nice heated seats with footrests. Picture quality was average I could be a little brighter and a little sharper.

I just watched a customer get treated poorly at this movie and when i watch him ask the manager in a nice manner to get a refund because he didnt have a adult with him to watch a scary movie. He told her to put it on his debt card and she gave him a gift card and he told her on his debt card not a gift card she didnt care and told him she couldnt do that and of course I would get mad if someone treated me like that what happen to the saying the customer is always right? And after that he left with the gift card she gave him this place is the worst and i would not recommend people coming here I liked it the way it used to before amc took over worst customer service ever!

Absolutely love this place, The grinch was amazing. Service was spectacular.

They just redid everything & its sooo nice! But the prices went up & its almost 28$ for 2 people. The 5$ tickets were for sure the drawing point to go to Yukon. Warren is the same price & they serve dinner as well. Other than that I definitely would go back if I didnt have other choices that are the same price now!!

A decent smaller theater with affordable movie tickets. Friendly service & clean. We join the free AMC rewards and get discounts on tickets & food. If ordering tickets online, you can get the convenience fee waived. We also purchase the $20 refillable bucket for the year. And get $4.99 refills all year long. Helps to save money to take the whole family to the movies!

Visited 7/16. I had seen a few bad reviews but saw that it had recently been remodeled and decided to give it a go. Freaking heated recliners for the win.Clean, comfortable, good price. Definitely give the remodel a chance against the older reviews.

They have liquor. Takes forever to pour a drink but its liquor at a movie! New seats are awesome and arent too close to others

Buy your tickets before u get there because thier line was I dain but the system they have set up is a joke u wait in line for tickets then go get in another line for snacks at the same counter u just bought tickets at.... not to mention we could hear star wars playing in the theater across the hall the whole movie!

Staff was friendly and theater was clean. However I did have to wait a good while for someone to hand me a cup after I had already ordered my food and drink. Im surprised I wasnt handed a cup right after we got our popcorn. Other than that I have no complaints.

Very disappointed that they have priority lines for a-list members as that was one of the main buying points for me. All other AMC theaters I have been to honor this except this one.

As we where walking into the the movie theaters the trash was overflowing and blowing everywhere, you can tell they hadnt taken out trash all day. Upon arrival inside AMC Theaters there was soda, popcorn,trash candy wrappers, everything all over the floors the soda machine areas, it was the dirtiest movie theater Ive ever seen in my life. We had ordered our tickets online and had never been to this theater before, it was quite a disappointment when we arrived. We knew we wouldnt be able to get our money back. The speakers were broken in the movie theater we went to go see the Avengers end game with my son and daughter and they couldnt hear most of the movie due to the base in the speakers being broken it just vibrated with a loud clatter the whole time. Worst experience in a movie theater, dirtiest place Ive ever been to, its a lot of money to spend to take a family of four out to see a movie and to show up to a location as nasty and as dirty as that is. I am new to the Yukon area, but I will be taking my business into the city to get better standards.

Amazing newly remodeled, Loved the heated seats and recliners. Ticket prices were fair, food a bit pricey, but overall still great place.

This is not necessarily a review of the theater itself, but the process. There is no such thing as going to the theater and purchasing movie tickets. You are forced to purchase them online and reserve your seating. The caveat is the convenience fee they charge you for buying them online. $8!!!!!! thats the cost of another ticket! And this is the only way to purchase them. if you went to the theater thinking you could buy movie tickets and walk in and see a movie, you would be wrong as all the seats are now sold AND reserved online. More reason to stay home and watch movies through Netflix or other streaming platforms. I would never spend the money to go see a movie at an AMC theater again.

No carbonization in the soda machines, no candy at the counter, no bottles of water, and no seats available for a popular movie that’s been out for 3 weeks on a Saturday. I guess we can expect this theatre to end up an abandoned husk like the other one too.

Great theater! The welcome staff was on point but it needs to be made more clear that concession stands closes at a certain time definitely when our movie wasnt even half over and they were closed even to get a glass of water.

Love the renovations..the new theater seating is awesome. Love being able to recline and put feet up and relax. Half of the theater is closed and movie selections limited, but hoping the other half is done soon..

The remodel saved the theater though they need to work on the front desk a bit. Will be 8 people behind the counter running around one cashier helping customers and line that is backed up with people almost out the door. Little frustrating to watch.

Updated with nice seating but still has some kinks to work out. To buy a ticket youre forced to stand in the concession line. This makes the process of getting in to the movie slower than necessary. Theres a nice bar but out of the 5 or 6 times weve been at this location the bar was never open. This newly renovated theater has tons of potential but needs some attention in the management department.

Only problem we had was seeing Star Wars Rise of Skywalker in theater 2, the speaker on the left side had sounded like it was going out. Overall great experience.

I usually love this place but ugh. Half the theaters are gone and the half thats not walled over was so disgusting, cramped and hot as hell.We came for endgame, they started seating a 1 hour and a half before the show started, and the movie still started 45 mintues late. We were there for 4 & 1/2 hours for a 3 hour movie. Plus the projector went out. They charge way more than they used too. My only good comment is that the tickets were only $5 per person. For noon on a Saturday. Only paid $28 for the 4 of us.

We seen Frozen 2 on Thanksgiving Day. Staff was very friendly, entire theater including restrooms were clean. Great experience!

The womens bathroom was horrendous!! Every stall was either out of order, dirty or didnt have a lock!! Several women around me were making comments about it. To think they just remodeled, these things should have been addressed. Then we couldnt go into the theatre because they were still cleaning it from the previous showing. Good thing we had assigned seats because we didnt get in until 20 minutes before the movie started. Guess I was expecting too much from a newly remodeled facility
