I lived in the neighborhood for about 20 years. I have since moved. I still own a house in the neighborhood.I raised my kids there. What I liked most was everything was close by. Everything was within about a mile. The police and fire departments. WalMart, Walgreens, fast food restaurants, library etc.It really is a great location. When I lived there I had great neighbors

Its a decent place to live the management staff are friendly. as long as your property is maintained and your rent is paid and you bring very little drama with you, you should never have any concern. ive lived here 3 years and its been the best place ive lived and the price is very decent.

Very quiet neighborhood. Elementary school right across the street. Great place for raising my kid.
