Nice manufactured park. Well kept for the most part. Management could get on a few people for the condition of their yards but over all the community is well kept and very quiet. space rent is fairly competitive with other communities. The only area for improvement id say is modernizing the community with new street lamps. That would help it go from a very nice community to an outstanding community.

My friends mother and sister live there. Well kept environment, nice an peaceful. Everyones yards are kept up nice too. Very nice place.

Ive a relative in this community, and it appears to be a lovely place for her and she fits in perfectly, with her little dog.Its important that she is safe, and this absolutely has this vibe. Also, the roadways are all really well maintained, I like seeing that if she wanted to, she could go barefoot out(not that she ever would! ) to the clubhouse or to get her mail.All the neighbors seem super friendly, and the owner is nice.Thumbs up!

A Nice Place To Live With Nice People:)

A seniorluving community with custom mobile homes. Quiet and well maintained. The only reasoning for a 4 star, is there was so much more to see, and its a little ways out from town.

This is a mobile home park, no age restriction. Most of the units are maintained and look nice. There are a few empty lots on the northern edge of the community, room for more mobile homes to be moved in.

Nicer model manufactured homes, pool, rec.room and less then 10 min.,to stores, schools and Hwys 99, 20. Clean and maintained grounds. Nice little location.
