This course is tremendous.They have state of the art golf carts, that have a GPS for yardage. They have a reasonable practice area for anyone to utilize. The course is in considerable shape, they are doing some work here and there nevertheless, its one of the nicer courses in the vicinity. You will find more than a few Canadian geese, out on 1, 2 and 16Have fun and hitem straight!!!

The course is very nice. A little expensive but very nice. I would’ve loved to enjoy it. But either they don’t keep track of their groups, or they book way too many people. Playing 18, we were stuck behind a group of slow 4, and two 2 groups. We skipped the groups because of how slow they played, and passed the 4th hole and went to 7. We played the hole, and now there’s another group of 4 who don’t let us play through. (We are group of 2) we start on 10 before their group and now we are sitting on 12, and there’s 4 groups on this one hole. 1 on green, one on fair way, a group teeing off and us waiting, now another group. It’s just been miserable this whole time. Just seen the group we passed on 4 and they were only on 8. They need to keep people going. Bad experience

Good place to test your golf skills. Great shape by the maintenance dept. Restaurant has great food. Keep it up.

Eagle Crest Golf Course hosted our outing. They had all aspects of the day handled in a top notch fashion. The dinner after golf on the upper deck which has an amazing view was prepared and served by the staff expertly.Service by the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful course! Its challenging but not so much that its not a good time. Great venue for an outing.

Course was tip top even after 24 hours of rain, and no standing water. Price was $42 18/cart well worth that and more. If you have yet to play this course, I recommend playing.

The course was in exceptional condition. The weekday senior rate of $35 is an incredible bargain for a course of this caliber. On top of that the beverage cart was running and operated by a great employee who managed to catch us once on each side. Terrific day of golf. We will plan on playing this Trac several times this summer.

Course was in pretty good condition today(9/15) however one hole was under repair so it was a little sloppy. I understand that the GPS on the cart is made to keep you from certain areas, but there were so many areas that were restricted and for no reason we saw. Made us walk to some of our shots more than 50 yards. And the bees were out of control!! From the parking lot to the practice area and even on the course... so many and they were not just hovering. I will be back, but please consider adjusting your carts and their restrictive ability and your bee issue.

I would not recommend coming here ever. My windshield was smashed by a gulf ball as i was leaving the Marriott hotel parking lot. The staff at the gulf club will tell you they are not liable and there is nothing they can do about it while being rude and completely unwilling to help. I was told it’s the person that hits the balls fault and you would have to confront the person and have them pay for it. There were 200+ people on the gulf corse that day. So if you have an extra $500 lying around for windshield repairs this is the place for you. They told me this has happened 3 other times this summer. They dont care at all. Wish i could give 0 stars. I’ll never go anywhere near this place again.

One of the most professional staff and management in SE Michigan. They have done and are doing some great things for the course. If you haven’t played here it’s a must. If it’s been a while get off your tucass and tee it up at Eagle Crest.

The course was in beautiful conditions, greens true, and a 4 hour round. Perfect pace of play. The crew for the carts were friendly and helpful.

This course has an interesting layout with a few unique holes. The course is in great condition - - especially the greens. If you cant enjoy playing here, you will not enjoy playing anywhere.

Used to be one of my favorite courses but the people that work there dont know how to run a golf course and are incredibly rude.

Tough course. Especially for my shot. Loved the eagles in the tee box.

This course is in Great playing shape. Greens are fantastic and roll very true​. Staff is very professional. Dining is very satisfying.

Really helpful and friendly customer service, from the front desk to the wait staffs.The catered food was kind of disappointing, but the food at the restaurant was good. We had some pretty sad Asian noodle salad that should be taken off the menu btw. Let Ken, the waiter cook the Asian food next time! He knows what he is doing.This place is beautiful. I had no problem being stuck there for a few days long conference.The toilet flushes really loud and scary in the room fyi sounded like the one on the plane.

As a u.s. disable veteran I think the hotel service is very poor I arrived 12 o clock I had reserved my room 3 weeks in advance I had also informed them that I might arrive early they said that would not be a problem when I arrived they told me I could not check in for 5 additional hours and if they would call me when the rooms were I have never received the call from them when I returned to the hotel at 10 they gave me a room which was poorly maintained the lobby is very nicely maintain if this is the best offer they need to do a lot better I have pictures that I will be sending corporate and see what they think about this hotel and if this is how they run their corporation

Great course. Greens are very challenging.

Scenic track with lots of water and wildlife. Greens were fast and some had winterkill but the course was in decent shape overall.

We had a wonderful time during our stay the whole weekend

They gave us the wrong room 5 times. Our last room had no sheets, pillow cases, and a dirty comforter. I had to put my own bedding on the bed, take the comforter to the front desk, and asked that someone look at the ice machine because I had to go to another floor to get ice. We checked in at 1:30 pm but did not get into the right room until after 6 pm. Two hours into our stay in the right room, the front desk accused me and our guests in the room next to us of partying and smoking. We asked security to come and check the room out. The staff stated that they were too busy to look but they would be up there later. We asked several times that they come right away so that they don’t think that we were trying to cover anything up. They finally sent someone up and they confirmed that it was not us or our guests. They offered us a free drink coupon for 3 people. There were 6 of us all together. The following morning we were told at 9:00 am that we had to pay for our rooms in full even though we weren’t checking out until Sunday. We paid for both of our rooms for the entire weekend. We were told for all the head aches and troubles a refund of $85.00 would be credited to us. We were grateful and continued on with our day. We thought that all the issues were finally resolved. The manager flagged us down numerous times during our stay to argue the validity of our stories and she stated that she felt the compensation of the free appetizer, and the free drinks were sufficient enough. She stated that she would give us a $50 instead of the original $85. We were so frustrated by this time that we just took it. We paid for our rooms via cash but they insisted on refunding the credit to our card. She never apologized to us on the day of check out. Instead she had someone else apologize on her behalf and she read us the notes left on our account. She admitted us that she didn’t have all the facts or all the details but she was sticking with what she knew. We were absolutely floored and appalled that they would treat us this way. We even spent an additional $90 on room services and tipped every single waiter, waitress, housekeeper and other staff that continued to try and help make our stay better. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Our headache and troubles was not worth their food or drinks or $50 credit. Management is a joke and they do not believe in customer service. WORST HOTEL IN AMERICA.

Hit the course early and got one of the first tee times. A little on the more expensive side but a great course in great condition. Beautiful views of the lake as well.

We purchased group golfer passes for 4 people to play. We called the course and spoke to 3 different employees to ask if the passes were valid on Labor Day. All 3 employees said as long as the tee time is after 12 pm. Drove 40 minutes to get the course and the manager refused to honor the passes. We were also told this happened to several other people today. The only reason we will be back is because we have passes we have to use.

Beautiful course almost like an up north course

I was super excited to finally get to play here. Got stuck behind 3 ridiculously slow groups. By the 3rd hole we were waiting 5 minutes on every shot. At the par 5 there were 4 groups on the hole. Called the clubhouse. They sent a guy to push them. They sped up until we made the turn. Again had to wait on every shot! Most frustrating round I have ever played in my life! Totally bummed!

Visited w/TNBA. Love this place amenities are great. Scenery is breathtaking

Beautiful Facility...

Got squeezed between a last minute golf outing. Made it a 5 1/2 hour round watching bad golfers take 10 minutes to putt each green. A simple phone call that theyd scheduled this event and we would have rescheduled. Oh and the GPS system on the cart was great at warnings about cart path violations, ordering food and ads about Marriott whenever you needed yardage but wouldnt work for anything else. Wont play here again.

Very nice course. Lots of water and sand trouble. The best view is probably from the clubhouse out across the course to the water. Only gripe about the course is that it feels very used. Lots of divots on the tee boxes and in the fairways.

We had held a golf outing as part of my daughters wedding celebration.Tommy and has staff were awesome, as were the restaurant team.We had a lot of out of towners everyone loved the course. we all had a great time.

One of the best courses in the area.

Great views of the lake. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms could use some updating but they were at least very clean and quiet. The hotel is easy to get to and from Ann Arbor from here if you have to spend time there for business like we did. We didn’t play golf but it looked like a very nice course.

A guest every Labor Day weekend for the last 4 years to attend EMU EAGLES Football Season Opening Game. Rooms overlooking the golf course have beautiful views. All hotel employees are pleasant and eager to assist. Food in Terrace Lounge is delicious. Plenty of parking. Rooms are super clean. Always a most pleasant stay.

We stayed at Marriott Eagle Crest while in Ypsilanti for our Family Reunion. The hotel was unique, clean, and exquisite. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Larry! Our family could not stop talking about his wonderful personality and spirit. He made our stay even more enjoyable! Were, definitely, staying there again, and were hoping to see Larry, Annahey, and a few others.

Husband and I played here June 2016 and we loved this course. Greens were super fast... faster than weve ever played, so it made it really challenging. Course was in great condition, beautiful views of the lake. Easy to get to the greens, but be careful to not 5 putt after that. Will definitely play here again if were in the area.

Nice resort style hotel centred on a golf course with a wonderful lake aspect. Staff were all friendly and helpful. With a corporate nightly rate the value is high, at list prices this place is very expensive.

We always enjoy golfing at this course. It is well maintained with beautiful views of the water, and is challenging without crushing my spirit. I consider it a bit expensive, however, even for off-peak rates.

My experience is limited to the golf course and the banquet hall. Never an overnight guest. Golf course is nice, well maintained and has a spectacular view towards Ford lake. Staff are helpful and friendly. Ample parking and easy access from Huron parkway.

One of my favorite places to play! This course has always been in excellent condition every time I have played here. I love the elevation changes and the incredible views! The layout is challenging enough to test the skills of the best golfers out there, yet its still fun and enjoyable for the bogey golfer. We always make the trip to play Eagle Crest at least a few times every year.

Hotel is very nice. Lobby and dowstair amenities are great. The rooms on the other hand are no better than a $90 a night hotel. Mattress was paper thin and no ventilation in bathroom for moisture escape. Can see the many repairs to moist drywall.

Incredible golfing experience. Lush fairways, smooth bump free greens and scenic layout allowed even a 20+handicapper to have an enjoyable experience. I would think it is a good test for much better golfers than I as well.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Had a couple of Michigan beers at the restaurant near the lobby. $6/beer, which I didnt think was bad for hotel food prices. Nice view of Ford Lake from the hotel. Would stay here again.

Hard to go anywhere without a vehicle. Limited grocery or dining options nearby. I did appreciate that there was a delicious vegan option in the bar, but there were few vegetarian choices for in-room dining.The resort itself was comfy and the service was excellent. I felt quite pampered at times.One of my main concerns is that it was not the most friendly environment for someone in a wheelchair. There were no touch panels to open the heavy doors inside the resort. Many places would have been difficult to access if you cant climb stairs.The conference rooms were quite crowded. Meetings in some rooms were not posted, nor even the name of the room. I was a presenter and had a hard time locating the room at first.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of activities. Needs to address its parking problem. People have to park a long way away and walk all the way down to the hotel. Handicap too far to walk. I know. Im handicapped. Rochelle at the front desk is so personable and friendly. She addressed me by my name and asked how I was doing after only my first time seeing her. She made me feel like she cared about her customers. Great job, Shelly!

Nice hotel with impressive golf court. Hotelrooms are nice. Some refurbishing would be good, however this hotel is one of the nicest in the area. Biggest plus is the friendly staff which cooks individual omelettes in breakfast area.

I never played it before the renovation but from what I am told and see now that Ive played it twice theyve done an amazing job. Fun course with all types of risk/reward holes. Played most recently in a company outing/4 man scramble and it was a great time. Food afterwards was delicious and the view from their 2nd story deck is outstanding.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Only the little pots in your room. Or you can buy it at the restaurant. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds comfy, decent pillows. Not living up to Marriott properties where I have previously stayed. :(

One of the more beautiful courses in the area. I enjoyed every second of my time playing here. The driving range is amazing- it practically overlooks the water. Cant wait for it to warm up again so I can get back out.

Lovely staff, willing to go above and beyond for their guests, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, absolutely atrocious pricing at their bar. 24 for two shots of Patron? They have Bdubs right across the street and are 10 min from downtown Ypsilanti. Not a very wise business practice. The pool could use a little updating as it is in a basement with no windows so very dark and depressing.

Great course! Driving range is absolutely impressive! It was in great shape difficult for a beginner but with the work that has been done it allows for more playability regardless of your level. Staff was very respectful and went the extra mile. Will definitely be back and bringing friends!!

Service was prompt and mostly friendly. The place could use some updating on decor and toiletries. Basically a fresh coat of paint is in order in the guest rooms.

Beautiful course! Well worth playing if your in the area. Rental clubs were a bit expensive at $50 but were nice clubs. I will be playing this course again next time Im up in Michigan.

A nice place to stay. I was in town for a funeral, so comfortable accomodations was a plus for me. It is up to date, clean, has reasonable rates, plenty of free guest parking, along with pool, sauna, restaurant, and bar on premises. There is also a golf course out back for summer enjoyment.

Every stay at this location has been a great experience. Front desk associates always warm and welcoming. Room service top notch and the comfort of the beds offer a relaxed and restful nights sleep.

A great place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor, Depot Town, the U of M, UEM or Y-Town. Convienent to the highways and interstate this golf resort provides comfortable lodging and accommodations at a reasonable price. Traveling with a 9-month old it was also a huge plus that there was a Kroger so conveniently nearby. Terrific golf course and views out over Lake Ford, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

We needed a place to stay during a huge power outage... I was really concerned about price, but wanted, no, Needed, a nice place ~ Well, Hello Marriott... I walked in the lobby & thought there was no way we could afford it... The Front Desk Clerk, Anahat, (Which means something about Beautiful Melodies or Waters or something equally nice...) was one of the Sweetest ppl Ive Ever met... She asked, kindly, what brought us in, and embarrassed, I told her... She said they offered an Incredible rate due to the storm only, and I was first Amazed, and then offered every kindness she had for the next 2 days...I would go back in a Heart Beat ...Thank you To Everyone who helped make us comfortable & welcomed...

The food was not refilled on the brunch bar even though we were there at 11am, prime brunch time. Also the Chinese menu did not go well with brunch. Previous visits were better.

Would be 5 stars if the greens and fringe grass were in better shape. But not to bad for early May.

I was in Detroit for business, and stayed at the Marriott. This was a very good resort and golf course. If youre in town for business, I would recomend this property.

Second year in a row going to Eagle crest for mothers day golf.. Not only is it great they give mothers free golf but everyone there is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend playing here.

I love playing this course. It is uniquely set-up, giving you a challenge and just an all around fun golfing experience. The course was very well maintained every time weve played it. I only wish I lived closer and I could play it more often.

This is a beautiful hotel, however once inside you can tell it needs updating. The elevators are slow they have a smell in the carpet needs a good cleaning.

Shhhhh, dont tell anyone, but Eagle Crest Resort and Golf Club is Beautiful! The fairways are in great shape as well as the greens.
