I rented an obstacle course for kids’ party last week and it was the best thing they have ever had. I spoke to Julia and the manager several times and they were extremely helpful. The people who delivered it were one of the nicest. They even left it for a whole extra hour with no fee.I definitely recommend renting from this place.

The crew at Xtreme Play No Go were great to work with the whole time - before, during and after the event. Everyone was polite, organized, and professional. The activities were affordable and all the guests had a lot of fun with the wax hands and photo booth. Set-up was timely and unobtrusive as was take down. I highly recommend Xtreme for your next party!!

This company lures you in with low prices on their website and then tacks on a minimum $50 delivery fee. I could understand if I was an hour away but I live 5 minutes from this business and they wanted to charge me a $50 delivery fee. You can get a bounce house from Wayne or Oakland County and not be charged that much. It’s disappointing to not be able to support a local business based on astronomical delivery fees. I gave 2 stars just because they were courteous. Otherwise, poor business model.*In response to the owner comments, please do not misrepresent me with a quote that was never spoken. The commute is 10 minutes maximum, driving slowly, with traffic. I’m sorry, that is not worthy of a $50 delivery charge. I ended up renting from a small business in Westland and they were more than happy to charge me a fair delivery rate, which was lower then yours, coming from a much greater distance.All of those items you list to justify your delivery fee (wear and tear, liability, etc) should be baked into the price of your rental that is shown on your website under the image of your product. When you go to checkout and get hit with a large delivery fee, it is misleading pricing. If need be, raise the prices of your rental but when you quote a “delivery fee” it should only reflect distance traveled and gas prices.

I ordered the Big Kahuna water slide for my sons 10th birthday party, and it was one of the best parties hes over had! I felt the price was fair, and the delivery and set up was on time as promised. The slide functioned perfectly. The owners were great, and thought they were very professional in my dealings with them. Highly recommend!

Huge THANK YOU to Julia and the rest of the Xtreme Play N Go family! Our sons Graduation Open House was a great success! We rented tables, chairs, a tent, Sno Cone and Popcorn machines and an inflatable obstacle course. Everything was clean and in great condition. Julia and her team were absolutely amazing. Normally these things are so confusing and nobody helps at all, but these guys made the rental process simple, quick and easy. I highly recommend if you need to rent a bounce house.

Horrible communication and refused to call my spouse for payment. Should have a web portal to pay because they lack custom satisfaction expectations. Didnt care to make things easy for me the customer at all. Its a people business.

This was a hit for my graduation. My family and friends were impressed and enjoyed it. The owners are extremely friendly and professional with there customers services. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to make there parties fun.

Made a reservation online, did not receive a phone call until four days after I made the reservation telling me they were booked and that I would not be able to receive my reservation. Very unprofessional. Let people know right away, or fix your reservation system on your website. Did not appreciate this experience.
