Hands down the best Zap Zone in the Ann Arbor/ ypsilanti area. Kayla is extremely nice and really helps you learn the deals and upcoming details if events, John is very supportive, didnt see much of him tho but im sure he adds positive value, seemed cool and Aaron is awesome and super energetic, really adds a wonderful vibe to the place. Will be back again soon.

A nice place to have fun with both the arcade and laser tag, especially the laser tag. The only downside is for laser tag there has to be enough people which cannot be guaranteed for the game to be fun. The interior of the place is also very nice which makes it look pleasing as a place for an arcade and game room as well as for laser tag.

Zap Zone is a great time! Our running club from Umich went there and the experience was great. The laser tag was fun, the food was good, and the employee who ran our group, Nick, was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Laser tag was a ton of fun & it was easy to set up a party at a convenient time, the online reservation system is great. The staff was friendly & professional, overall our group had a great time & Id come back :)

Had fun there with my kids as they were invited to a birthday party. We ended up staying there for an extra 2 hours and had a lot of fun. The zap part was a ton of fun. Only downside is some of the equipment was not functioning properly (we played 4 games, and 3 times out of 4 one of the players in our team had to come back and switch to a different gear).

Love this place! Had the best game of laser tag and their VR is awesome. Everybody there is great and it made for an awesome evening

Zap Zone is lots of fun. Whether you are a kid, or an adult. Theyve added more offerings since opening years back... theres a virtual reality room now where you can wear VR goggles and play games, etc. Its pretty neat. Great place for birthday parties!

My kids and I had a very pleasant experience as we always do at this zap zone. The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous!

So I took my son here last Saturday for both our first times. We had a blast, it was even better then I thought. Seemed a bit short staffed but they controlled the chaos well. I will forsure come here again. Im sure I wont have a choice with my son. His favorite this was the VR Room mine was Laser Tag of course. Wish I didnt spend so much money but worth it

Pretty cool that theyve done away with tokens and tickets. It all goes onto one card now. The events are fairly cheap, too.

My families favorite local getaway is to this zap zone. The staff are always very humorous, kind and welcoming. We love the games in the arcade between zap zone matches, especially the spearfishing game. It is an ready place to host a birthday party with little effort out to just meet up with friends for a random outing. If you save up tickets, they have double your ticket weeks so you can trade in for much better prizes. All in all I would highly recommend this place for clean family fun.

The virtual reality ride and game is awesome. Laser tag is super fun the area has multiple levels. They also have an arcade and bumper cars. They have a package deal were you can pick 3 things to do at a great price. Youve got to check it out.

I left a more detailed review on Yelp, but just wanted to pop in here and say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service here - Alex and Kayla are awesome employees!! There are tons of fun games here - PacMan, Skeeball, Bumper cars, virtual reality rides and games.. Just a really fun time, my 11 yr old loves it. I saw lots of age groups, probably good for 5 and up. We stayed for 3 hrs. so spent quite a bit of $$ but it was worth it.

The laser tag part of the store is pretty cool (two story room with plenty of sniping spots). During my last visit they were testing the VR portion of the store so Ill have to see how that goes. Judging by how the rest of the store is handled it should be an enjoyable experience.

My cousins, nieces and nephews and I had an awesome time. It was super fun.

I really like zapzone but when my younger sister broke her squishy a total of 5 minutes after getting it, the girl attending the prize desk flat out refused to give her a replacement. I understand the toys are cheap prizes but thats exactly why replacing 1 busted squishy shouldnt be a big deal. Especially because we were the only ones there.

To much stuff in a little space. They need a bigger area for the bumper cars

Took my four year old boys here. It was a lot of fun. Very friendly staff.

Its fine but they really need to fix the DDR machine, sensors are really hit and miss. The other attractions are okay, the lazer tag is fun but the bumber carts area is REALLY small. VR is really good though but I mainly go there to play DDR and their cabinet is in rough shape.

The staff was wonderful and patient with the mini birthday party we dive bombed on them. I have a lot of respect for the staff who worked the ticket exchange counter, especially. It seemed like chaos to me, but they were extremely patient and energetic with the kids.This kind of place is my worst nightmare (loud, bright, chaotic kids, simulated gambling, etc.) but I wasnt there for me... I was there for the kids. And the staff made the process so much easier.

Nice arcade place with laser tagging and vr games. There are bumper cars for kids too. But some arcade games were out of order. If you are a group, try laser tagging. It is full of fun and you get to play with a rival gang.

I still cannot believe after all of these years they havent removed the no skates sign off of the DDR machine when they bought it from Rollhaven. Havent put any work into it since buying and it shows, yet they charge to play like youre playing the newest DDR game. Bought a card and credits to play it and wont be coming back to this location. There are better Zap Zones.

I took a 40 girls in my sorority for a sisterhood event, Zap Zone was absolutely awesome! They were so great getting us into games and accommodating those who wanted to play arcade games instead of play laser tag. They also worked with us to decrease our cost for the event because we stayed for a shorter amount of time than we had planned. They were so accommodating to our big group, we had an awesome time!

Really fun. Like Chuck E Cheese plus bumper cars, plus VR, plus laser tag. Tickets, prizes, parties...lots of fun.

Great place for laser tag. Reasonably priced.

Its a nice place to take kids for a quick, fun trip. Its not too large of an arcade, so the kids I took were getting bored after a half hour or so. When we were there several games were out of order or ate tokens, but the staff was happy to replace the tokens that were eaten by the games.

The place looks small on the outside, but the Lazer tag area is fine for kids and young adults. When your an adult it gets crowded if you have more than 5v5. Also the prices are kind of high for the amount of time youre playing. The bumper car area is also very small. But great for birthdays!

Lots of games to play. Very cool laser tag area with two floors. A little smokey inside due to a smoke machine, but it is not smelly.

Very nice managers and employees who really want kids and adults to enjoy their experience. Lots to do for kids 6 and up and even younger children will likely enjoy themselves -although more limited choices. They give back to schools and the community which is another plus! Hope to visit again!

Its a decent place. The layout is pretty dam small though. The staff is nice and everything ran well.

Kids love the video games and laser tag, plus the cheapo prizes for tickets. I enjoy laser tag, but wish there were more arcade game options, instead of only ticket-lottery type games. Laser tag is reasonably priced, but the video games add up quickly. Birthday parties are great, with really helpful and enthusiastic hosts, and no clean-up ecessary!

Lots of fun my family and I really enjoyed all the games and Lazer tag.

Not the largest space but they still have a varied selection of arcade machines, mostly ticket givers. No pinball machines. Prize selection is good especially in the higher ticket range. Pretty good two-story lazer tag, still on the small size. Prices are good.
