My experience there was so uncomfortable that I am writing a review for the first time. My boyfriend and I went in to browse and the sales associate with the green hair followed us around the store and approached us a total of four times, after we said we were just there to look around. We kept saying we were okay and were obviously trying to show we didn’t need help but she just kept coming back. The fourth time she approached us, we realized we had no choice but to leave. In the middle of a public health emergency, she asked us to pull down our masks and blow on our hands to try out some flavored gel. Then, she pulled down her mask and demonstrated a very deep breath outwards. I will never be coming back to this store.

Great customer experience, they always make it worth coming into the store. They encourage coupon use and try to get you the best deal they can. Friendly and knowledgeable, and honest if they haven’t had experience with particular products. They ask for feedback on toys from me from previous visits. This store is great, don’t be shy, go in!

Had an amazing first experience. Breanne (if thats how you spell her name ) was so helpful walking me through the store and finding the perfect things for my body type. She even at the end wrote me down an amazing brownie recipe to share with my significant other. Highly recommend. Will be back

I like this place, it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be given that a shop like this can be inherently uncomfortable to shop at.I would say their range of products is “good”, not great but not too limited. Their pricing is really high.The staff are nice, although they might not always know where the line between helpful and overbearing is (understably though).Overall, I like this place and am going to continue shopping here.

My boyfriend and I have come here several times before and gotten stuff for each other. All of the associates are really nice and helpful there. Allison made it easy to find some good lingerie when we weren’t sure on what to get. My boyfriend had no clue with lingerie and she helped him pick them out and helped him learn about them too. She makes us laugh with her quirky personality and has a lot of knowledge about the products there.

Normally their customer service doesnt bother me but this new girl was over the top and frankly made me uncomfortable and made me feel not welcomed there since she watched me the entire time. Was about to buy $120 toy but walked out.

Fantastic customer service, and they had a huge selection of goodies ;) at reasonable prices.

I have been here a few times and always have a great experience! Ive had 3 different sales associates and they were all terrific!! Ive been helped with finding an outfit. The girl picked out a couple items and let me try them all on. I told one of the girls I was there shopping for my fiances birthday and they showed me a bunch of stuff and recommended some really fun things to try. They are really knowledgeable and make you feel at ease here. They have EVERYTHING here! Outfits, shoes, wigs, toys, bondage, games, bachelorette stuff, lotions, candles.... You name it, they have it! I love coming here and grabbing some fun things for the bedroom.

Allison is nice, but shes also pushy? I just feel her sales technique is to steer toward something, even if its not what you came in looking for, and then push it as hard as possible. Her enthusiasm for helping is awesome but I find her style a little overbearing.

Allison was great and helped my wife and I find a perfect item for the misses. She was able to take the anxiety out of purchasing/shopping for a sex toy and bring it up to a simple, but exciting, purchase. While it may not be a mega store, I’m sure that Allison can find something for you- take your partner, it’s more fun.

I am a male and came in today to purchase a new bustier for myself. I was immediately greeted by a female staff member named Grey who could not have been more nice, helpful and welcoming to a male customer who was there to purchase lingerie for himself. No matter who you are dont be afraid to go in browse and even try stuff on. I was admittedly nervous when I first walked in and the staff was very welcoming. This place is awesome and their staff rocks! I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

What a way to end my visit in town! Really fun store that was certainly a great experience! I was a little hesitant to enter, but so glad I did. Theyve got it all! Really fun stuff to make my love life a little more interesting. Cant wait to stop by again next time I am in the area!Thanks again to the wonderful staff for the fun afternoon!
