Adult Night on Thursdays is fun. A nice mix of music and people. The staff is personable and friendly.

I love Youngstown Skate, best rink in 4 counties, Thursday night its THE place to be.

Fun time for everyone. Went one quadruple date there and it was well worth it. Good exercise too

The skating rink is really big and wide, and snack bar area has a lot of snacks.

Ive been going here for 4 years and this is really my home :) One day I was approached saying I could become an artistic skater and take lessons, and I did. This place has honestly been the best skating rink in the whole area, nice staff, handle situations, and are very kind. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this rink, but I think they should have MORE to their song list.. and on the rental skates, where’s the ankle support? No hate, but keep up the good work guys

This is the nicest rink in Ohio & PA. Needs more sessions and/or a Skatefit program. Recreational roller skating is on the decline.

I love this place so much!!! I have my own skates but skate rental is $5 and admission is usually $5. Its $1 on Wednesdays.The atmosphere is solid! Theres strobe lights and the like. You can make reasonable music requests to the live DJ. People are usually friendly and Ive never had a bad experience even though Im a slow skater and find myself in the way occasionally. The staff has been friendly to me. Two of the older guys got some awesome moves on the skates! Newbies can hang out in the very middle of the rink or off to the side at a small practice rink. Theres plenty of room for fast and slow skaters in the rest of the rink. I think its a safe place for skaters of all skill levels and ages.Also, bring 50 cents if you want to use the lockers. Thats important. And I havent had the food so I cant speak to that.Overall, its a real treasure! I highly recommend it! Ive been getting all my friends to go and everyone loves it!

This place has an incredible skate instruction class for kids and adults. Every Saturday morning, 2 amazing instructors take students through the paces, teaching them the basics all the way to jumps and spins.

I had my daughters birthday party here today, and we had a fabulous time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They checked on us often and provided everything we needed. The facility was well maintained and the kids had a blast!I would absolutely book another party here.Thanks for a great day!

Did not honor my sons birthday coupons. Payed alot for his birthday party and he won allot of coupons. Came back and they would not use them that day.

Went to bday party here, great time

Very rude our first time going was today my children myself and my husband, we go to salem fun factory every week. We was told by someone to try Youngstown skate the skate rental is 4 dollars and they are the heeled brown skates very poor quality we asked the man that gave out the skate rentals to tighten the base of the skate and the man told him he didnt need to be tightened we hadnt had the skates 4 mins and was told that we didnt need our base tightened which goes by personal preference then was told no refunds so we will not recommend Youngstown skate nor be going back

5/5. This place is so family friendly and great for people of all ages! The workers are so nice! Ive been going to Youngstown Skate since I was 5 years old for a friends birthday party. The staff works their hardest to make sure everyone has a safe and funfilled afternoon. The skating rink is so much fun. I recommend everyone to come! I used to go every Friday with a few school friends. I recently started going again every Wednesday with my family. Its a day that allows us to all see each other and have a lot of fun bonding!

I love skating and hang with my friends there and enjoy picking on the works and I enjoy how nice they are and fun and how exciting the games and races are.

Absolutely great place to spend a day or night.

Never again on sunday I believe they charge me to much for 5 people 50 10 dollars per head on a Sunday back in my day never

I knocked out like 10 people the last time I was here

Terrible staff, horrible bathroom conditions, and overall just a nasty place. I went in asking for a skates and waited about 15 minutes for the man to come and get me my skates and I asked for size 5 skates and the man working the counter didn’t even look to see if they had that size and just told me they didn’t have them and then I asked for a size 6 so he did the exact thing, didn’t even look and said they didn’t have them. Long story short I ended up with a size 7 in roller blades with no brakes. Only 1 staff member was polite and that was Kim. I refuse to go back to this place and I don’t suggest it for anyone who likes to wear hats because oh yeah, they don’t allow that either and they tell you that after you are all prepared to skate. They should at least put up a sign. And may I also add that they don’t have a sign that says no refunds either because they don’t.

5 out of 5. Cool place to skate and theres a giant rink. Also an arcade and a jungle gym.

My wife and i attend family night every Wednesday, the staff is very nice and we enjoy it very much,something to look forward to at midweek.

Im, friends with every worker there and Nate hunter Tim Dave Jack and Amanda and more are just the people to be around there always there and I thank them especially when I fall or need a drink and I love the floor and the games and all the laughs we have e when Im there.

I recently visited Youngstown Skate for the first time in 10 years and the place looks exactly the same, it was like walking back into time! I felt like a child again! I went on 18 and old night so the snack bar was closed but the music was bumping and the other skaters were mind-blowing! I saw groups doing choreographed routines Ive never seen something like that in person!

We are going here next week with the crew. Sure it will be fun. Owner is very nice and seems like a cool place.

The staff was very rude. When I asked for a pair of skates in size 6 the guy said they didn’t have that size before he even checked. He went back a few minutes later and found out that they did have that size. When I got the skates I was alarmed because they had no breaks. The bathrooms are in terrible conditions and the mini food court is even worse. Wish I could give them zero stars instead of one. Never come here it is the worst place ever.the guy at the skate rental also gave me dirty looks and was mad at me for asking for a different pair of skates when the ones I had didn’t fit. Im never coming back here and I wasted my money because they wouldn’t give me a refund

Very dirty and u could get into lockers even if they are locked. Some body stole a purse and a phone while I was in the bathroom and nobody did any thing to find it.
