Seems like its quite & nice.My sister & bf just got a 3 bedroom trailer for great price. They are selling trailers $1000 or less. Now is the time to buy yourself & family a trailer. It is $300 a month & thats your lot rent, the water & electric are kept in the trailer park name & the gas goes into your name.

The park was kept up well till Victor became managment. He had storm shelter locked up for years to where no resident could seek shelter during Tornado watch/warnings.Victor has community room locked up so residents couldnt use it anymore. The grounds looks bad and most trailers never been repaired. Manager is always hard to reach when a problem arises. The residents are nice since most troubled ones are gone. The good thing about the park is that it is close to stores and bus routes.

The management is great,but the empty trailers need to be and remodeled or at least.The problem is on unoccupied trailers scurtings need to be fixed,because it makes the park look bad,especially if looking for a new home,scurtings will derail you from wanted to live here,because on the outside of the trailers look,but inside are nice on most of them.

The park is quiet, management at the park can be trying at times...

I would Not recommend this place! Management is a Pervert!! If you dont play nice, they give you a hard time.
