Seriously rude and disrespectful of people. The one lady didnt even take the time to listen to what I had to say and lied to her manager in front of my face! Like seriously rude and just all around rude and irritating if you dont wanna do your job go home!

Decent collection of adult toys and clothing, helpful staff. Store at first seemed small until you walk in larger area on right. Poor placement of a wall makes a very narrow entrance. Lil too narrow for my liking. Some cheap items are hard to find and was not suggestively sold anything which was surprising. Great location though, right next to a buffet.

I did not see a ton of stuff in there 4 guys and although the staff was nice I felt while I was in the store that a certain agenda was being pushed and do you know if I wanted to get into politics I would watch the news. I dont go out to go into stores to have other people try to push their agendas on you. Its a business it should be kept that way.

YELLED AT CUSTOMERS THAT CAME OUT OF TOWN TO VISIT THEIR STORE AND WHEN LOOKING AT PRODUCTS THE EMPLOYEE YELLED AT PAYING CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND AFTERWARDS WHEN STILL TRYING TO SUPPORT SHE SENT A EMPLOYEE TO FOLLOW US AND KEPT ASKING IF SHE CAN HELP US OR WAS WE DONE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS-WHOM WAS CAUCASIAN WAS SPOKEN TO OR ASKED ANYTHING BUT US....NEVEERRRR WIL SUPPORT AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE....TRASH

I got turned around at the old country buffet and found myself in this store for several hours and I havent felt this way since I was a young boy with the missus but she was more alive and less on vacation with the lord back then but im really surprised that they are aloud to sell this stuff I had a feeling I havent felt in 30 years under my unmentionables I almost had to take my high blood pressure medication so I had to leave or they would have been taking me to the hospital.

Great products. Friendly staff. Always helpful. Never had a bad experience. Been going there for years.

Took my wife shopping and we were helped by an awesome young lady (Im terrible with names and wish I could remember her name...dark short pink-ish hair, purple top, extroverted, awesome human!) Great selection, great staff, and great experience! I highly recommend this location.

Great selection and wonderful staff!!! We had a blast with them while shopping:) The store is in a shopping center so there was plenty of parking for the semi. Will definitely be back to see them again on another trip! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!! PS we encountered a woman with colored hair and she was very pleasant and helpful along with the 3 other employees. No complaints from the spouse or I!!!! Go look for yourself and if you don’t leave there happy, you will be after testing your purchase;)

Their glass is garbage. Charging $20 for a bowl that breaks on normal use. I got two separate bowls from them, both broke on their own from literally using a lighter. High prices for cheap quality. You’ll have better luck using tinfoil

Came into store to see what was new and to make several purchases. Asked if I could use their rest room and was told no and to go next door to the restaurant which wasnt open yet. I left to hit a drive in and then go home which I then got on line and spent $331.00 for similar products. I wont give you a second chance to answer my question correctly ever again.

This place was a amazing Jess was very helpful and answered any questions we had. and wasnt quick to have us by the most expensive things.

I wish you guys had a survey I could fill out!I am most definitely not the most experienced or comfortable in stores like this, having grown up Catholic and in a very conservative family, but I am so happy I came in. A girl with black hair named Sam greeted me with a smile and was great at making me feel at home. She and her coworker Rachel both knew so much about the toys and really got me laughing when I was obviously a nervous wreck. I now cant wait to come back with my friends!!!If you are new and feeling scared about adult shopping, come here ASAP. You will get a surprisingly pleasant experience with educated and knowledgeable staff who seem to truly care about the well being of their customers. Thats more than many retail establishments do on a good day, especially around York. Theres even a kiosk for people who smoke, and some of the glass pipes are truly stunning! Im not even a smoker!

I went shopping here with my girlfriend and we knew very little about the products untill one of the employees, Sam helped us out. She knows so much and was an excellent help I would really recommend her especially if you new to this kind of thing

I second the lady with the blonde hair with blue/green in it being a piece of work. Why even work in retail when you obviously dont like people? This place needs better management and at least friendly staff.

Listen to that Yumi Nakawa. Get a survey! Thought about writing this a long time ago and almost didnt, but its long overdue.Been coming here for years, even to the other locations near Harrisburg. Always loved this store, but York is closest to home. Most days of the week I love coming in to shop around, get some movies, lubes, whatever I need that day. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful, though generally I dont ask for help. Being someone who has always valued the importance of saying something good with the bad, I want to take the moment to point out a few current employees that Ive had exceptional interactions with or have observed being very nice. The red-head named Jessica always has something good to say about everything. Very positive and helpful, and she sure seems to know smoke very well! She and the black haired girl Sam (she calls herself the crazy one, but shes a lot sweeter than that) seem to enjoy talking to customers and double-teaming to help assure them that theyre not going to be disappointed, which is wonderful teamwork! I have seen Katie in the morning before, and shes quiet but has a hilarious sense of humor that helps brighten up the morning. I dont smoke, so I cant really speak much on that department, but the guy AJ always seems to have his stuff together with that. Also, HUGE appreciation for the metal t-shirts. I may be an old fart, but that doesnt mean I dont appreciate sweet music!Obviously Ive been shopping here for too long. If Kat ever sees this, I miss seeing you there!That said, the reasons I am not giving this place 5 stars is the friggin rude manager Rose (bleached blonde hair, generally with blue or green dye in it). Seriously, I know retail isnt Grade A work with amazing pay, but I feel like every single time I go in this particular location, if Rose is working, she is always yelling about something. (I dont mean the old blonde Rose who always wears pot-leaf shirts. She doesnt seem to be working there anymore?) Lower your volume levels and maybe consider that the people Ive seen you throw out for using their phones for online conversations in store were quieter than you were, and Ive watched this occur several times because I shop here a pretty decent amount of the time and even bring friends in.Also, why is everything a politically charged conversation with her? Politics this, white males that, yelling about other employees....Youre at work, so leave your drama at home! Back when I was in the work force we were always told to leave our personal problems at the door! I like supporting local stores, and seeing people leave the stores because youre ranting about who knows what that day is just a downright unnecessary thing. If you hate men as much as you sometimes make it seem, you chose the wrong work because the majority of your DVD customers are white males, the people the store can generally hear you rant about.

I am not happy with the hosiery that I bought I tried them on and they ripped right away I spent 11.99 on them they should not have ripped for the price. And Im not happy that they didnt give me money back or store credit its cheap quality and I will never buy that type of stuff there
