This place is amazing my kids including my husband really enjoyed themselves. My husband probably had more fun then the kids.My son didnt want to leave. Im thinking about having my son birthday party here I know he would really enjoy it.The employees have very good customer service and very friendly

Open and cleaner than ever! My family visited this afternoon and everything was very orderly and well prepared. Be prepared to sign a new post-covid waiver so do on your phone before you arrive to save time. Children dont have to have masks on while jumping, but do when walking around. We had no concerns. And Ridge Hill had free parking right now!

Really good place for kids. Rock climbing rocks. A lot of physical activity. My only disappointment is Hurricane simulator is out of order. Thats the reason for four stars. I hope itll be repaired soon.

Place is alright.But the workers can’t wear shoes??Thats a little in humane.And I don’t know who she is but this worker takirra or takara is rude.She speaks to my children in a disrespectful tone.

This place is awesome so much fun for kids and adults I came here with my 8 year old son and my brother and we all enjoyed ourself. Check-in could be more faster as there was only one worker at the desk but a lot of other staff was standing around socializing and never open up a second register. The facility is clean except for some spills near the massage chairs, the restrooms was also clean and I like the fact that they played music. S/O to Alexis she was so sweet & friendly definitely will be returning my son had a BLAST

The staff is mean not keeping up with there rules and they make u wait 1 by 1 on the obstacle course and I saw a baby maybe 4 go by them self and the person at obstacle course did not let the parent in with the kid and the only person that I saw that was very polite with everyone was a staff member with blonde and black hair and was kind of short that he was very nice and that he was friendly with alot of the kids and that the kids like that staff member

Great place to bring the kids to tire them out. Nice clean facility and friendly floor staff. Took a deal off of Groupon and saved big. Also a tip if you plan on frequenting the place, recycle your socks for the next trip since they charge 5 bucks for pair. Use that money on ice cream or shakes across the street.

This is a great place for children and i saw some adults having a good time together with the kids.

I had my son Dylan fifth birthday party there on 3/7, and the host Daniel was great. We had a small party of ten and he remembered all the kids names. He kept them in line and moved them from station to station with ease. I was impressed.

Im here about twice a month with my 8 year old daughter. She loves this place since she can jump around, dance, run. She absolutely loves it here. Prices are just about OK, but there is a few coupons you can find around that make it a lil more affordable

Good indoor escape for my little boy! It’s clean and not very busy. Staff is nice but very young, so they can’t watch too many kids at the same time. I was asked twice to leave one jumping section cause she had 4 kids coming over.... anyway my little one likes it and that’s what matters the most!

We attended a child’s birthday party here and it was fun for my son and for the entire class. It seemed that the facility was over crowded and a little disorganized, although the birthday party moved from one activity to another and the 9-year olds enjoyed it.

Place was empty during the week so we kind of had it to ourself. It was fun for the kids and also the adults.

They said mask is required but they have parents and kids here without one.

It was so fun. Pizza was good and so was the service. Everyone was helpful and it was a fun time. Could be just a tad bit cleaner.

Went to toddler jump time...lovely to be able tp have your littlest ones jump without fear of bigger kids crushing them. Got packed once toddler time was over.

Clean, organized and many staff members on hand to oversee the stations. We were there for a birthday party and the girl that was assigned to the party was fantastic. She took the kids to each station, took them to drink, looked after them in the party room etc...The place itself is fun for the kids lots of things to do and activities to run between and each station has a staff member overseeing. There are plenty of benches for parents. Food and drink are horribly overpriced but there is a water fountain so save your $3 and just use the fountain and get lunch outside.

The place is amazing. The kids are free you arent timed for free jump like sky zone so that is good. The environment is so fun. The obstacle course is amazing so is the free jump. Rockin jump doesnt take up that much space for parties like sky zone does.

Never buy a membership over there, I cancel mine 4 months ago and they still charging me. I talked to the supervisor Over there and she refused to return the money. Will be reporting credit card fraud

Fun place for kids BUT check in is ABYSMAL. They must install an express lane for people who have a) paid b) signed a waiver c) their own socks.Waited 32 minutes to get in and watched numerous people leave the line due - lost business right there.

Took my daughter here and we had lots of fun. Great place for the kids to get all of their energy out. It’s spacious and lots of exercise. I wish the music was better. It’s also very pricey for the 1 1/2 hour you get. But other than that we had a great time.

My son loved it here because he could jump and dive and just be active. I’m definitely coming back.

Excellent service, girls were great and helpful with the party set up, very friendly and sweet, only con is how long you get to jump for and use the party room; it’s not enough time, your basically in and out of this place because the time flys, overall very good we all enjoyed

A little pricey, but lots of fun for kids. Adults too if you can come early enough to avoid the crowds. Can get very crowded on weekends. Staff does an excellent job at dealing with an at times chaotic atmosphere.

There is a sign on the door that said closing is at 9pm, as well as on the website. We went there a few minutes after 8pm. Only to be told that they are closing because they didnt had enough patrons.Fine, I understand operational costs, and the rationale behind that. But how can your customers know that,especially new ones????You have to put some form of note to let your existing and new customers know that this is our operational hours,however we may close due to......etc..Its never nice building up kids expectation and crushing them....All said and done, they came back and had a great time.Just please fix that little part for your next new patron. Might increase traffic....

Its ok . I took my 9 year old daughter here and it was over crowded, like fire safety over crowded. Kids are not supervised by parents so they are running wild and skipping lines. Staff does not address the issue . The staff that is downstairs is a bunch of rude teens that are on their phones. They announce times up by color of your bracelet over a loud speaker. As we were walking to get our belongings my daughter was walking behind me when I turned around there was a young male staff talking to my daughter. I asked what was the problem he said she needs to get out her time is up I told him not to talk to my daughter like that . Hes lucky my husband wasnt there. I will not be returning. The food is very overpriced which is typical for this kind of place. 20 oz soda is 2.50 small slurppie icee is almost 5.00. No outside food or drinks allowed. They force you to purchase their socks for 3.00 a pair, even if you have socks on you must wear their socks everyone including adults.

I came here as a guest for a birthday party and our party coordinator was amazing. Christina worked so well with the kids and made sure they were safe. I definitely will be coming back

The line is ridiculously slow with or without waivers and paid groupons still have to wait with reg paying guest. Wait time was 45mins with 5 kids not a good experience to say the least.

I rather sky zone. I paid for 90 minutes session for 6 people and the kids were only allowed to play 60 minutes. Apparently, the color braclet they gave us was for a session that had started 30min earlier before our arrival. After I expressed my concern they stated. Oh the time you come is not really when the time starts it when the color braclet that is being given out has started. very disappointed will not go back.

It was my second time coming here. The kids love it. Its clean, and theres a decent amount of things to do. The first time I came was much more organized. This time I felt like the obstacle course area and foam pit area were a bit chaotic. And they seemed understaffed in the rock climbing area. We still had a good time.

My daughter loves this place. I think is okay and fairly priced. However, I hate they make you wear their socks and it forces you to spend more money. In addition, my last visit was not a good experience. I felt we were being watched very hard. My daughter could not do anything. I dont want to spend money if my daughter cannot enjoy....which is the point of going there. All the kids looked sad that day.

First time at night they closed earlier and 70% was closed of the jumping areas. Second time during day way better and had all the space for ourself.Not sure how to reply on the answer.But only the dodge area was open and the foam fighting. We came at 7.45 but because it was an quiet day they closed at 8.30. Told us before. Were with a group of 10

- high pressure sales tactics while signing in to upgrade to a membership. The terms are very deceptively presented and difficult to understand- they would not let me use my kid’s bounce socks from a different bounce place- liability waiver grants rights not strictly related to liability (eg photos of my kids).Had I known this stuff ahead of time I would probably just not go but with three kids all ready to go it is hard to say no. Freefall is a much better bounce place if you have one nearby!!

Great place for the children and adults to bond and have fun. I recommend this place for family day, you can take the children out to play dine at any of the neighboring restaurants and get home and have quiet tired children. Everyone wins.

Not bad at all my kids enjoyed it my only concern is the larger kids play too aggressively sometimes even though they have a space for 6 an under my 8 year old was with kids around 16 17.

Plenty of jumping space for toddlers and up. Central sitting area for food y resting. Few black leather couches y 4 large screen tvs playing sports. Obstacle course, 2 padded 10ft basketball rim areas plus party rooms makes it woth it. Room 93rd pool of padded blocks y 40 or so trampolines$66 bucks for my wife and daughter. You get a pair of yellow socks & a waiver form on 4 kiosk touchpads. Keurig Green Mtn coffee y basic ball park vending. Your on the clock as well with colored wristbands. Well staffed, clean.

First time going here and I have to say I had an awesome rockin time - See what I did there, . Anyways, came with a group of adult friends for my trainers birthday and i felt like a kid all over again. The amount of energy we burned in the first 30 minutes, made us regret getting 90. Lol. It was worth it. The stafg was lovely, except one who spoke to us like children after I minor thing, brushed it off and kept on with our fun. Yes, we were in there with children, many of them kept to one side and the adults to the other. We were mindful of them though. Man, I would come back in a heart beat.

I had my sons 5th birthday party here and we love it ! Everything was great even down to our party host hector !!! I will highly recommend you guys to go visit :)

Great place for kids like the system where they let you know times up.

I placed a 200 deposit down on my son’s birthday party. I took him for for a visit prior to the date and he hurt himself in the dodgeball area. We took a trip to the ER and he was ok. However, he was scared to go back. I spoke with several representatives who conferred with their manager that in this case the deposit would be refunded. They had assured me the refund had been sent to my account ...LIES lol I spoke with them several more times and was ultimately told that it was in corporate’s hands. Look I’m a big girl. I can take being told no. What I do not like is being given the run around. This is a big chain. There should be a sense of transparency and accountability. That being said, turned out for the best.Ended up booking his birthday party at Legoland which is right next door. It really wasn’t much more expensive and I really don’t think the party would have been as good at Rock and Jump. The employees seemed completely disengaged and there was not much variety in terms of activities. All of this in my humble mom opinion of course.

I took my kids to a birthday party here and will NEVER go back. In the birthday party room we were assigned, there were clear egress paths painted on the floor. They were completely disregarded and the large, metal table was pushed up and completely blocking the emergency exit and fire extinguisher. The complete disregard for the safety of the children and families in this location is appalling. I wish I had taken a picture and sent it to the local fire marshal. This, in a room where candles are lit and the potential for an emergency evacuation is very possible.

Its a good place. I have no complaints. Staff are young but very nice and polite. Always have a good experience there. Definitely one of the better trampoline place.

We had a terrible experience at Rockin Jump in Yonkers. We were there for a birthday party. It was completely chaotic and disorganized. Upon getting ready to leave, my sons coat was missing. The staff couldn’t have been less helpful or caring and dismissed the issue as if it didn’t really happen. I would NEVER recommend anyone having a birthday party here. The lack of care, concern and professionalism were appalling.UPDATE: it has been a few weeks and no one has tried to reach out to me. It is nice to say someone will, it would be better if someone actually did.

Very nice. Clean and lots of fun. Rock climbing and trampoline park with x beam. It also has an obstacle course made for teens and above. It is kept pretty clean has a snack bar with pizza, soft drinks and assorted snacks.

My kids loved it here. Everyone is friendly and it is a great place for the boys to burn energy.

We were invited to a birthday party. We had an extreme blast. Very organized and even paced. Our hostess kept it moving so the kids were never bored. Loved everything about it. Cannot wait to go back! We believe her name was Astley (not sure of her name).

Ok so we went here for My little cousins Graduation and they Have the BEST Staff Ever️️ We met these three workerswho were funny,sweet,carrying and also very professional and protective toward the little kids there Names were Jordan,Tarquan,&Jonia they are the BEST ️️

I came here for my cousins graduation and to be honest it was an amazing experience .There were three main staff member who were the reason it was amazing .There name are Jordan Jonia and Tarquan .That were the best they were very nice and kind but was still very good with making sure each and every kid was safe .

If youre at Ridge Hill and you have some annoying kids this is the perfect place to take them you will Tire them out and they will be asleep in the car home before you can say boo. The best days to go are weekdays in the afternoon as they have lots of groups and parties on Saturdays and Sundays and groups take priority over individuals when using the equipment. the one time I did have trouble with one of the staff members theyre one of the managers quickly took care of it and offered us a free pass for the next time we came. Socks are required to enter here and they must be the Rockin Jump socks if you dont have any they sell them right at the front desk. to save time make sure you fill out the waiver online before you get to the counter this way you insure yourself a smooth transaction.

Over all this place is pretty good the food is bad and so are the restrooms but the service and atmosphere and of course the trampolines are very good. Everywhere is clean exept the bathrooms and the stuff is pretty reasonabley priced. I overall recommend going to rocking jump. Tip: it is a bit crowded on the weekends.

We had our sons birthday party here and I cant say enough good things. Our hosts JR and Jackie were awesome. They handled every little aspect. The party was super organized and our groups was able to enjoy each station on their own. The staff was all super friendly. The facility was very clean. I highly recommend for your party!!

Great birthday party for my son. But when an issue came up about one of our guests. The child has been clinically diagnosed with ocd and has issues with certain textures and clothing. This child came with there own socks to jump which had rubber on the bottom like the ones they provide at Rockin jump. She was told to stop jumping and come off the trampoline because of her socks. The company refused to let her jump unless she put on the Rockin jump branded socks. We spoke to several mangers up the chain of command. And all said it was a branding and safety issue. This is crazy. Rockin jump needs to educate themselves and get mental health sensitivity training. We would have signed another waiver saying Rockin jump is not responsible. But that was not presented. I’m glad the child overcame the obstacle and put the other socks on eventually but Rockin jump was prepared to not let the child jump. Like I said the party was great but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Is this where we are In2019?

Beware of the monthly membership plan. I have been trying to cancel the membership for last two months, they are still charging my credit card. Very bad customer service. I even walked in their to cancel it, still no action from them. The place gets boring after a couple of times.

One of the managers with braids and starts with a J works at ridge hill Rockin jump and she is the most disrespectful person you’ll meet. She gives you attitudes. She yelled at my kids for beings at the basketball thing at the same time(I didn’t know at the time I would’ve stop them) then I saw mice droppings near the messages chairs and when I was walking past I saw a trap near a door DISGUSTING!! Never in my life will I take my kids their !!! The jumping staff was nice.

Rockin Jump is a great place for kids to go have fun and hang with thier friends. The staff are patient, accommodating and always make safety their top priority. Adults are always welcomed to join in the fun.

Are you kidding me we did not get asked if we had the socks at the desk and she saw we had are own you should really change this rule but let me tell you the staff yelled at us and to me in there words to me they just sad get off! Had my daughters birthday party and while its not the most organized to start, the girls (and guy) attending to my party were absolutely wonderful! They interacted with the kids, they were attentive to me and my guests, they helped with the room, they were friendly and courteous. I would like to add the manager was also friendly and courteous- I was shocked and completely, pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the staff there for making it such a nice time.
