Why am I in this store

A very organised store with attention to detail, the layout is visually appealing and easy to browse, Gabby and marissa (hope I got the last name rite) were easy to talk to and very helpful.

Danielle really went above and beyond for me, my friend and my sister. She answered any questions we had and was very nice and funny. We were in the store for a while trying to find what we wanted and she really helped us find what we were looking for.

You can find anything here .not at all pushy,and great for bachelorette party. A must go .

No exchange no refund total rip off over priced merchandise. I don’t recommend this store Horrible customer Service. I’m so mad that I wasted so much money if you ever go there make sure to Compare the prices on Google. it was a mistake when I wasted my money in this store. I realized from each item that I bought it was over 60% as the cost outside the store. A $7 item they sell it in the store for $25 and as soon as you purchase it thats it your money is lost and if the item doesn’t fit you, you won’t get the money back and you won’t be able to exchange it either. Yonkers location is a no. I will not be going back.

Great store, the staff were amazing. Knowledgeable and lots of fun. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable and I will definitely come and shop here again. Plan to tell my friends about this place. Lots of merchandise.

I had the best experience at Romantic Depot in Yonkers. Cynthia was so friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all their lingerie and products. She doesn’t try to sell you stuff just to upsell. She keeps it real which is really refreshing. I will definitely be back.

I must admit this was my first time going to a store like this, I didn’t know what to expect Or how to feel or if I was going to feel like I was being judged when I went in there. As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed by an employee named Mari. She gave me the right amount of space to look around on my own but also knew when to step in to help me. I was shopping for lingerie which I thought would be hard because of my size but mari took her time and was very patient with me until I found something I was satisfied with. I will definitely be coming to shop again at Romantic Depot Yonkers.

I have been to some of the other Romantic Depot stores so I can give a true assessment of the Lingerie Superstore concept in Yonkers The store is much more female friendly, well lit with modern fixtures giving it a true lingerie shopping feel. The store is stocked with baby dolls, teddies, halters, shoes, panties and even a nice assortment of sexy men’s underwear. There is a nice small area which is separated from view in the back of the store with adult products including Fifty Shades of Greyitems and toys if you enjoy those products like I do. The pricing structure was definitely lower than what I have seen at their other stores The customer service has always been top notch at their other stores and is in line and 5 stars at their newest establishment If you are a single guy looking for adult Dvds or magazines don’t bother visiting this location as none exist In closing, I like the new lingerie concept, it’s cleaner, more modern and more upscale than their other stores. You should stop by Pepes for dinner and check it out with your partner and decide for yourself.

Manager revoked 25$ - minimum 25$ purchase cash cardand offered 50% off because she didn’t recognize her own handwriting from previous purchase.I ask for it back along with my money and the response was a childish attitude along with a different 25$ cash card with a minimum of 50$ purchaseI will not be shopping at the Yonkers location.the Bronx store has much better service and management.This reflects poorly on the company and other employees that actually give great service.this is also not the first time this girl has caused a problem with my purchases but I tend to give the benifit of doubt.It’s not just a bad day when every time you walk in your greeted with same glaring eyes of a worker whom dosnt appreciate her job.I have spent 1000s of dollars at other locations over the years and was exctatic when they dropped a location in my city. Today I wanted to save money and give my woman a cute gift but I now feel completely different.will gladly wait till after the x-mas season to go to the other location and spend more money!Ps i hate giving bad reviews but this was earned.

I stopped in with my girlfriend. Great selection of just about anything that couples could imagine to spice things up,. Definitely telling all my friends about this new hidden gem! Only thing is we wanted to get a dvd with our toys to watch during play but they do not have adult vids, :( but they did have a nice selection of sex toys, lingerie, BDSM restraints and lube.
