This is hands down the best facility in West Michigan.Not only is the facility the best but the staff and coaches treat you like family.My son and daughter have learned so much from their coaches.Much love for our Elite family.️

Looks like a great facility. Wife and I walked in today. They let us your around. The guy answered a lot of questions. They train one on one have leagues.

As a customer that spends quite a bit of money here I have to say I am disappointed to say the least. I bought a lesson package for my son back in July. The first TWO times I scheduled a lesson, I received a call back telling me that they had to reschedule our lessons. Okay, not that big of a deal I guess, it happens. We had two lessons left that when I called to inquire about them the girl that answered the phone told me I had until the end of September to use them. I tried to call and schedule the remaining two (the ones that would have been used up had they not called to reschedule both times) that I find out they actually expired on the 23rd (yesterday). The end of the month tells me I have until the END OF THE MONTH not a specific day prior to that. Asking if there was anything they could do for me, she advised there was nothing she could do. We pay for camps, leagues, lessons here. All of which are NOT CHEAP. And you are telling me there is NOTHING that can be done? I would always recommend Elite to everyone, now I will no longer recommend a business that does not try to make things right with their customers.UPDATE: Elite has reached out and rectified the situation.

Great organization! Have been taking my son there for several years for hitting, fielding, pitching and catching lessons. Every individual operates with exceptional communication with our 9year old. Facility and pro shop are top notch with knowledgeable people to help with questions. Teams and coaches are recognized around the state for sportsmanship and playing baseball the right way. Great organization!

What a great experience so far! We were on another travel baseball team and this is 100% better! Great staff, great trainers, great coaches. They are competitive, but still have the boys best interest at hand! Go Team Elite!

It seemed nice, i was only there to replace the roof. The indoor softball diamond was pretty cool though.

I went for an indoor softball tournament which are fun to watch. It is a nice, friendly atmosphere at Elite.

The staff was very attentive to my guestioms an inquires.

Many of the coaches are “dads” with little to no experience playing at a high level, which isn’t what you’d expect when paying more than what any other travel teams charge.
