I have the money to buy a home here out right but cant figure out the pet situation.I took a ride through and seen a few pit bulls but a resident here said they dont allow pit bullsI have a very well behaved bully breed pit which is a mixture of bull dog and pit bull and shes our baby lol so she goes where we go.Wish I could find out whats the truth.Other than that the park seems great

They tell you as long as you make good income, and have good credit. You will be approved. Your rental history doesnt matter. Thats a lie. They count your school loan even ifs in good standing. Income to debt ratio. Waste of time...

Stopped in and spoke to the manager Denise, she was very polite and knowledgeable.

I dont know whats up with them but they never call you back.

Manager is really hard to get ahold of. I just wanna know what kind of dogs are we aloud here?I see a bunch of pitbulls in the park. I just dont want to be told that I cant get a pit/blue heeler if there are others like it in the park.

We have been here for 6 years and our experience is this. Tina has been amazing! However we have been broken into twice, they shut our water off at least 5 times a year, and during the winter the guy who plows does the bare minimum and will block your driveway with 2 feet of snow. If you throw him cash he will plow the end of your driveway.

If I could give a no star I would. This place has horrible management.

Man those speed bumps are huge. Calm down, I dont have an all terrain vehicle.

Highest lot rent around but its pretty quiet and safe. Good location. Management is very helpful when youre in need. Decent place to live.

Is there anybody that could help me get the property managers phone number? Was told I would know if Im approved by the park within 48hrs & its been about two weeks now. Everytime I call the office nobody seems to answer & when the person at the office does answer they say they dont know. & when I show up the office is closed.Its really starting to get frustrating.

Kinda nice sence the old manager left. Tina.. But the matiance never took care of what was happening. The floor boards under the carpet were vary week occasionally I would just fall through the floor and they would do nothing about it, except complain about things like the bushes growing out of the highway wall, (they have been there all 5 years I lived there). They never fix the floor we have had to pay our own money to fix things that they should take care of like the floor and doors. But even when they do fix Something it might as well be with Scotch tape and gum.

Speed bumps are horrible, they are way to large and destroy your car.
