I love love love the recliners instead of tiny airplane-like seats! 2 plus size women going to a movie and actually being comfortable is really nice!The theater itself is also beautiful!! Its like going back in time. Lovely experience!

Great time at the movies with my daughter. There were less than 10 people in the whole theater. The new reclining seats were AWESOME! I felt very comfortable after their cleaning regimen was explained. The only down side was a noisy A/C unit that was rattling in the background. But its August in Texas so....its to be expected.

Overpriced. Poor customer service. Im surprised. I do not understand in a post Covid-19 era that popcorn is $8.35 And a steamed hotdog of dubious origins (staff could not verify if all beef . . . or pork or chicken) on a stale bun, served in a 7-11 style cardboard box plus a Pepsi was $11.25 and your toppings consisted of plastic packets of mustard, ketchup, and relish. For $2.99 at Racetrack, or QT, you get all that plus chopped onions and chili! No wonder the place was dead...$22 for senior admission and another $21 for a hotdog, drink and popcorn. Is this how the management welcomes you back?Its AMC from now on.

Weve been goin here for years. We adore the old time feel of the theatre. Great popcorn and snacks, and the people are always beyond friendly.

Great place to watch a movie. It has a variety of theaters, show times and movies to see. This place has a lot of parking space. Cafe is OK and popcorn is pricy.

We recently had the opportunity to do a photoshoot at the B&B Theatre in Wylie to promote pet adoption.First, Tiny, the GM at B&B Wylie was an extremely friendly and accommodating host.He guided our beautiful model Kenzi (@kenzikinde ) and Emmit (@emmitt_gram), who was adopted by us, to an auditorium to have our photoshoot.This is one of those theaters that has big screens and smaller, more intimate, auditoriums. One of the best places in town!! I’ve been to B&B for several times and I’ve just been loving it! Perfect facility, perfect theaters, perfect seats.. everything is good, but the cherry on top of the cake was the servers. Great and friendly servers, the food is great and it comes on time. If you ever go there ask for a server. Her name was Carla I think, one of the friendliest servers I’ve ever seen. She remembered our names whenever we came back to B&B. A really nice person that does her best to satisfy the customer, but overall the theater is just great. Keep up the good work !!!

Very nice movie theater. Staff was very polite, the facility was very clean, and the chairs were very comfortable. The movie wasnt too crowded. The ticket prices seem to be a little expensive and the food was of course outrageously expensive. if youre just going to see a movie and not planning on buying food then this would be a very pleasant experience. I would recommend!

This is a great theater. Very clean, very friendly employees, super comfortable leather recliners with heat! We went on a Tuesday at 2 and it was only $5 a ticket and that included a free small popcorn PER TICKET! This is my new favorite place to go.

By far my favorite theater! It’s a little out of the way for me, but is definitely worth it! It has the most comfortable seats and the best food. I really enjoy the smaller theatre size paired with fewer seats so it feels more like an intimate movie experience. They maintain the traditional theater feel, and I love it!

The childrens theater is amazing. The kids can burn all that extra energy so that EVERYONE can enjoy the movie that follows playtime. Brilliant. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

I was told the day before going to a movie here movies before noon any day of the week were $7.00. I arrive today before noon to see a movie and it is $ 9 .68. I said I had stop here yesterday and asked about prices of movies at different times during the day and week. I was told any movie before noon was $ 7.00. The manager said the one I wanted to go to was in a different format so its more. I dont like being mislead especially when I am purchasing tickets for a group.

Outstanding service! We went on a Saturday night since they were the only theater with plenty of seating for Knives Out.A little pricy, but you get what you pay for. The drinks were very strong and the theater has really comfy reclining seats.

I gave this place 3 stars because of proximity-I live very close and the fact that the theaters are clean with spacious seats. However, management truly needs to address their front staff. Some, not all, can be extremely rude. Theyre dealing with people after all. I also do not like the fact that you cant bring in your own food. I have a 2 year old with dietary restriction so packing a snack for her shouldnt be a problem. Shes two and a two year old will get hungry throughout a movie. The theater is also very pricey compared to a cinemark or so. I guess youre paying for the recline heated seats, not sure.

This has been and will always be one of my favorite movie theaters. The front desk is always very kind, and the popcorn is excellent. The theaters are always very clean, and I do not leave feeling like I have just slept in a sewer- a true thank you to everyone who works here. Also, their grand screen is absolutely MASSIVE! cant wait to come here again!

This place is a little pricey, but it is worth the price. Seating is great. If you want a quiet experience, go on a weekday and relax.

We were thrilled about the private showing. The active seating and additional effects, ie: snow falling, lighting strikes, mist from the water screens. Made our experience one of a kind.

I love this theater and all the upgrades! Just be aware if you see an mx4d movie that some of the seats are still buggy and glitch out. We spent the entire 3 hour Star Wars movie at a hard gallop while everyone else wasnt moving, got shook for 3 straight hours while everyone else got a break between action sequences. But the action sequences were an AMAZING experience and if you dont have a runaway seat, its worth every single penny. Definitely not for people with vertigo though.

We went and watched Frozen 2. The new reclining seat are awesome. They hear also. The food was great. Especially with there sweet potatoe fries. Service was good too. Will be back soon.

I love this movie theater! The staff was very friendly! My sons loved the playstation area. Tiny (staff member) was very helpful and kind.

Clean and good service. It can get packed like any theater but for the most part, when Ive gone, its usually not as packed as the AMC in Firewheel.I love that this is close to my house. It has a good family feel to it.

My friend and I were sold seats that dont exist. By the time we showed 3 different doubting employee this, we ended up having to sit in the back row. We did get passes to return, but it took 10 minutes too long to handle. One employee verification should have sufficed. Will try again. I think the seats were incorrectly numbered on the computer system. Theater 4 row b.

A very impressive movie theater for its location, it offers the newest movies with very comfortable seating.It was really appreciated when I ordered my popcorn to be made with coconut oil instead of butter as normally I cannot enjoy this sort of thing at the theaters. During a screening of IT: Chapter Two, I also enjoyed that they thought of having an employee hand out red balloons after people left the theater.Thats one great thing about this theater, that the employees are very kind but funny to interact with, being cleverly charismatic or just plain cool.The entire theater, including the floors, are clean except for the bathrooms. This theater is nearly perfect, I just advise the bathrooms be more frequently cleaned so the floors arent so eerily sticky. Otherwise, once thats done, this is by far the best movie theater I have ever been too.

They have been open a few years now, and the building remains impeccably spotless, as if it is brand new. The chairs are comfortable. The food is good. They give back to our community (I love how they host the WHS Film Festival each year!). Mostly, I am grateful that they are here, because it is so nice to have such a fantastic movie theatre right here in Wylie. Adding this (and Kroger) really made Wylie complete.

Got to live like a king for a little while with food brought to us in our lounger. The kids loved this and the movie. Of course it costs $$$. Fun experience.

The Theater was awesome, the only complaint I have is the nachos was horrible. They are now a prepackaged setup so wasnt pleased with them. Other than that will go back again and try the adult theater section.

A very nice place to go on the weekends, people there are the best they are extremely nice and polite. Can’t wait to go back! OH and they have like a restaurant upstairs really cool and chill.

Very nice place to see the movies. Its clean and well done. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when I go with my children. I dont go for the 3D movies or anything crazy, so Im not sure how that is. It rarely seems very busy and I love that about it too. Highly recommend as a good place to get out to the movies and enjoy

Their pricing seems to be a little less than AMC and Cinemark. Theyve upgraded seating a few times. I like the reclining seat sections they have in even the standard theaters. Sometimes we go here to eat during the movie and the food selections are decent but nothing special.

This theatre is always well kept. Staff is friendly & I love their Retro nights! Great idea! Having option to dine in same location & the option to have an alcoholic drink before a movie is a relaxing option to have

The remodel is complete and the new seats were well worth the wait. Heated, recline and even MX4D seats. The MX4D seats are a little too sensory overload for my taste but love the option.

Comfortable clean and they turned downvolume for autistic child great theater. Playscape also open 30 minutes prior to trailers.

Love this place, if you want to eat dinner here you want to reserve the Marquee seating, we have had a good experience every time we go here.

I give 1 star to any theater that does not allow water in a plastic water bottle. Water is recognized as a human right by the United Nations General Assembly. It seems highly disrespectful both to the integrity of international law and to human beings to prevent people from carrying water with them. Soda, snacks, beverages I understand, but when you start making a business out of the most basic form of hydration youve lost my respect entirely. Its like requiring folks to buy your better quality air. Thats fine if they want to, but let them breathe normal air if thats what they want. Otherwise good theater, comfortable chairs, and great experience. Would give 5 stars if they change their policy to allow water.

I took my son and 2 friends to the movies yesterday. The other parents knew and approved of the movie. I ended up having to sit through the entire movie, because they needed someone 21 or over. I was asked by several employees if I was staying the whole time after I bought a ticket. These kids cant do anything fun without a parent. This is why they are choosing other things to do. I think 21 is a bit excessive.

I thought the ticket prices were very reasonable here, I paid a little over $11 for the lower level seating, when Im used to paying a few bucks more than that. The seats were comfortable enough. I havent gotten a chance to try the upper level seating yet, but it looked like it would be a pretty good experience, since they apparently recline. The lower level chairs dont, though that wasnt an issue.

If there was an option for zero stars that would be it. The service here was the ABSOLUTE WORST I have experienced in a very long time. We ordered our food at the bar prior to being seated. It took over an hour to get the cold food after having to check on it about 5 times. When we spoke to the manager who looked like he was a teenager, he refused to offer any kind of concession because “we ate the food.” At that point we were starving and didn’t want to send the cold food back and have to wait another hour to get hot food. I will NEVER come back here and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I have yet to have a bad experience, saw Aladdin in the Marquise Suite of the Grand Screen with my daughter this evening. The service was excellent and the food (chicken caesar wrap with bacon and fries) was hot and delicious! Thank you again for such a great movie going experience!!

We bought standard tickets (general admission). The venue was very comfortable. Sounds and picture vitality were nice.The customer service was good too. We had an issue with one of the tickets we bought being for a different show time than the rest and they corrected it for us.Over all we enjoyed our experience.

Went up stairs for the Joker movie had the place to ourselves and the food was yummy! Loved the reclining seat!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a movie theater. I have visited this facility twice and both time were bad. I will never patronize this theater again.

Loved the heated reclining seats however the crew was walking in the film room during Abominable and the shadow reflected on the screen a few times. Also sounded like they were banging stuff around which was rude.

We love this theater and with the new upgrades it is even better then before.

The ticket prices are a bit high. You have to buy the Marquee suite tickets if you want to do the dine-in theater option. The popcorn is good. The food is pretty good. The seats in the grand screen marquee suites are more comfortable than the other marquee suites.

For some reason, they feel its okay for children to view a rated R movie before 6pm, but not after.... As if anything is any different. Parents should be able to decide what movies their children can view, as long as they arent being disruptive. We have memberships at AMC and Cinemark, we thought we would give this a try, it was a major fail. We go to the movies all the time with our kids. They love scary movies. Ive never been told I cant take them in. I will never be back. With how empty the place was, they probably cant afford to be turning away $40 like they ended up doing. They should consider their competition and rethink their dumb policy.

I love this movie theater. We almost exclusively do the marquee suites because I prefer assigned seating. The food is decent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the atmosphere. The seats recline and are big and comfy. There is plenty of leg room so people dont have to trip over you passing by. It was nice and clean. Paid $6 for a big bottle of water, but its the movies ... Dont they all?

Mid-afternoon is the time to go! Uncrowded.Friendly cashiers, ticket takers, and clean restrooms and comfortable seats. They even offer you a mint candy before you leave.

This is a cozy family owned theatre. We went to see Downton Abbey there and it was a nice experience. The tickets were $12.50 but for the price you get comfortable lazyboy type seats that has powered legs support. It even has a tray you can move in and out for dinners etc. The screen is the normal 10 screen theatre size screen and the sound system matches. Whats nice about the place is that it is small and there are not many seats available. You may have to book early if several of you are going. An important thing for me was to see that they spend a dollar from each ticket to support disabled children. I would choose this place over mega corporate theatres if I could. Its a bit far from my house.

The bar upstairs was excellent! Austin, the bartender was super nice, polite and kept us on our feet with conversation.
