I love my DG family! Great facility, amazing coaches.

I was a gymnast growing up and I attended Downriver Gymnastics for most of my childhood. I used to have the best birthday parties here! They even let me have a sleep over birthday party! Whenever I come to visit Michigan again, I like to stop by. They always made me feel like part of a large family. Coach Lisa is amazing. Love her.

Downriver Gymnastics has always given that little bit of extra.my two boys have participated in the summer adventure program for the past 10 years. Even with immediate family I have chosen to bring my kids to their day camp program they get so much more than just gymnastics. They have friends theyve played with for the past 8 years I love the retention rate this company has year after year returning summer camp students,its more then a day camp, my oldest loves the hands on science experiments and crafts my youngest loves physical fun with such a wide variation of games and play,and last year they even had yoga which I could never imagine my sons partaking in but they loved it! Downriver is our summer go to! Cant wait to get back in the gym!!

Hands down the absolute best gymnastics center I have ever stepped foot in with my children. Downriver gymnastics is more than just gymnastics, theyre family! The gym is always clean, and safe. The staff is the absolute most fun group of people, you can tell they all genuinely love their job and genuinely enjoy working with the kids. WE LOVE DG.

I attended classes at Downriver Gymnastics at a younger age and really enjoyed it. This place is not only huge but its very clean & filled with awesome coaches. Also a great spot for a birthday party. Love this place!

I love this gym and i think there is no replacement for it. All the coaches coach differently so, if you dont like one there is always another . I think it is very clean and organized .They always put your safety first no matter what . There are great staff and gymnasts . Many older gymnasts want to come back as coaches . Many amazing gymnasts have been taught here and I hope to be one of them!

We arent impressed. Our daughter has been here for over a year and she knows literally NOTHING. There is no structure, no method, no credentials, no progress, no communication. I understand theyre meant to have fun BUT Im not paying for basically a class thats run as an open gym. Im paying for my child to learn respect, discipline, and perseverance. Ive met mothers who enrolled theyre children in Mills at the same time as my daughter and theyre doing so much more than her. I know its not a competition and every child has their own pace but I know my daughter is capable of more. We have now made the switch to Mills as well.Two stars because the facility is clean and the staff is kind.

My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and has loved it for the last 15 years. She has been in gymnastics and tumbling for cheer. Coaches and the gym are the best!!

I love this facility! One of the best in michigan. It has Olympic level training equipment. It is an immersive enviroment . If you apply your self you cant help but learn from the very experienced staff and high level athletes around you! Clean, Safe, Fun, and most of all Productive!!!!!

I have grown up in the gym! It is a safe, healthy and fun environment! The training is exceptional, staff is amazing! My little sister loves the jumpstart program! There is tons of classes to choose from; Ninja, parkour, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance and so much more!

My three kids absolutely love DG. We’ve been there since my two oldest who are now on team were toddlers. Awesome staff, and amazing Coaches. Watching the Boys Team Program under the leadership of Coach Matt take off has been a wonderful adventure to be part of, as well as watching the DG Girls grow and bring home numerous medals at meets. The Jumpstart program for the littles continues to be the highlight of my toddler’s week Ms. Amber always makes it fun. DG is like our second home and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Downriver Gymnastics is fantastic. You can see the love of learning what theyre doing when the kids get started. And when couch, Ms. Lisa walks in, her class yells her name and is so happy to see her. Her love for teaching really shows.

My daughter loves being in gymnastics but every time Ive needed to talk with the front desk, theyre always very rude with bad attitudes. This is more than one person and multiple times. Also, depending on which coach you have, they may take water breaks every 15 minutes wasting time. However, my biggest issue is with the awful front staff which is making me consider switching locations.

The desk staff is not incredibly pleasant. The place has a ton of flies and smells so bad you can’t stay in the building. My son liked it here except the classes are not regulated and sometimes there are 4 kids in a class sometimes there are 12. It’s a lot of waiting and downtime for the little guy who is so eager to do things. Best part for him was open gym but whoever is at the desk determines how much you’ll pay. The website says $10, but depending on who you get they will charge you $15 with no real reason. If it wasn’t so dirty and disorganized, we would still be a part of it.

This is an amazing facility with an amazing staff!!!!!!I highly recommend it!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. They completely ruined my daughters birthday party. When I spoke to the owner she refused to acknowledge the situation and then had the nerve to ban my husband and me so she wouldn’t have to deal with our complaint. Absolutely awful customer service, and disgraceful that they actually earn a living training children.

Very rude staff. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Every staff member is very impolite and rude. I do not recommend this gymnastics center as it is not a good influence on children.

I wasnt a fan of the first class. They crammed 2 classes together, 1/3 of class was stretching and instructors seemed preoccupied with discussion. The second class was great! Separated classes, instructor was engaged and my son got a lot out of it! Very happy with the direction the class is taking.

I Love the Downriver gymnastics!!! been there for a year now...and ended up very far in the cheer community! love the coaches (especially Coach Ricky/Coach Moe/Coach Scottie) bring your kids to DG theyll love it!!!

Great place for kids! My daughter does gymnastics and parkour and she loves it! Everyone is so nice there.

My child has been going here for about a year and a half. It is a great place but I never know how they are doing because there is no parent coach interaction. Yes, I can watch them but a progress report or a conversation would be great. Id like to know what they need to work on, what they have improved on, and what will make them better.

Downriver Gymnastics is a great place for kids. Always fun, and especially good for gymnastics team. The new place is great. After being her with my daughter for 5 years, we regret not one minute of being here!

My favorite coach is coach Amber, and Emily stempein! They make coming there a better experience!!

My children have been coming here for years. Both my daughters have trained here to further there cheerleading skills and my boy has practiced with his baseball team here many of times

Great for a Nerf War Birthday Party !

Horrible place would NEVER come here again the people are so rude there and it says on there website that it is $15 dollars per kid to go to open gym non registered so I take my 2 kids and they are trying to charge me $27 for 2 kids for a half an hour of open gym later on that night i call and ask them about it i talk to the manager and she dose not even know the price so she leaves me on hold to go check and a staff member picks up i tell her I am on hold with the manager she says ok and leaves and another staff member gets on the phone i tell her the same thing she goes oh the manager is in the gym teaching some students whats up i tell her what happened and she says well thats our prices suck it up i told her maybe you should put it on your website she goes it is on there i go no it isnt she goes whatever i will consider your suggestion i only sugested this so it didnt happen to anyone else so all in all they tried to charge me $60 because my kids were not registered and they were very very rude about it

I think this is a great place to be able to go learn more about it and I will be willing to give them a good time with my daughter because she was bugging me to do it for a few months ago so I will be doing it for her please let me know if it was a good place to pick

I did not like this location, especially in comparison against other gymnastic options in this area. Employees are not helpful and the waiver is poorly written.

Ur supposed to work with kids and not be so controlling if ur looking for a place to have a birthday party do not choose here u only get a hour and a half and the kids can barely even have fun cause the staff are so rude
