No issues. The staff is nice. I’ve done a couple birthday parties for my son here. They do get expensive but no clean up.

Well organized venue. Tons of of rides and arcade games, geared to the even the youngest customers. Pizza was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Large space made it feel not crowded, even though there were lots of children and families. Great place to take the grandchildren!

Prior to Covid I took my niece here for her 2nd birthday and she had a lot of fun. Needless to say I miss the old Chuck E. Cheese.

First time there was tonight. Both girls in the front were extremely polite and patience and useful. I havent been to a chuck e cheese since I myself was too young to remember. Ive heard bad things. My experience at this location far exceeded my best expectations. Unlimited play time is awesome. Ticket system with actual tickets rather than cards is awesome. Even the machine you feed them into. Its all part of a dying American experience I remember from the early 90s and were my best childhood memories. Whoever is making decisions for chuck e is doing a good job. This location especially was nice and clean and the pizza(Im a chef by trade - a real chef) was actually very good. Cant wait to bring my 4 year old son back just him and I for some quality father son time. And bring the rest of the family too I guess!

I cant believe these places are still around... Best reason to have kids is to be able to come to Chuck E. Cheeses without being creepy.Busy Friday night but the staff does a great job keeping the place tidy. Good service, a fun assortment of games, and some really interesting rides. Fast service, decent food, and real beer on tap!Cost is moderate; not a steal or a bargain... But, for $50 you could bring a couple of kids for a couple of hours easy.I wish they had some toddler friendly areas.

Cool, fun, and video games, they made a smart move doing all you can game deals, believe it’s like 16 bucks for an hr. Kids always have fun every visit. Will return again; the salad bar is decent but enjoyable cool. The cotton candy is a big hit for only 2 bucks...(update) they raised their prices on the all you can game.

We took advantage of the Wednesday Special, and had a wonderful time. The food was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back soon!

Our hostess May was very nice. However, the party area is a shared section. My daughter was not to thrilled to hear them sing happy birthday (her name) and (another birthday boys name)

They may be closed for children but they still sell food. Pizza, boneless chicken, bone-in chicken for awhile even salads each just $5. You help them out during these tough times. Help there business out.

The games have gotten easier. Its easier to hit jackpots. The food is good enough. Not as much fun rides and big interactive games though but theres a few.

Great place for kids but unfortunately most of the games are either broken or turned off. Kind of disappointing since I already spent money on the card. Management is pretty much a joke and didnt really believe anything I said. I guess they were too busy in the back because it took forever to come out. Also was there over an hour and no chuckie appearance.

Grandsons birthday party. Pizza and appetizers were very good. Loved the unlimited play cards for a time limit. Fun times for all.

Took granddaughter today and she said best day ever. I like the unlimited play for a certain time. We chose 45 minutes, you can do more or less. No tokens to worry about.

Fun place for kids.

Food is cheap pizza thats too pricey and an okay salad bar. But most younger kids love cheap pizza and video games. Most teens might have a tougher time having fun here. But for last minute birthyday party its a valid option.

Are you selling the animatronics? If so, for how much? I grew up with them being a major part of my childhood and Id hate for them to just be dumped for spare parts. Theyre a part if history and a lot of kids childhoods.Havent been here in years but I will always love this place. Fun games, friendly staff, good food. A bit out dated and charging $6 for a 12 oz beer. Obviously not a drinking place, but they serve it there. As expected, lots of junk for ticket rewards, I mean throw away stuff, not even dollar store worthy prizes lol. I think corporate folks here are enjoying the profits and investing very little back into the business, at least that was my perception from what I observed. Yes, very kid friendly and cost per machine is reasonable for the most part, just dont expect anything latest and greatest.

Why is there Chucky and his pals on stage,and on a screen? Why do they look different?The screen is a rear projection tv, the 90s called,they want their tv back!

We visit here often. They have opted to keep the animatronic band and that is a real upsell for my kids. (They like five nights at freddys). The staff is always helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is we havent yet tried the birthday party experience and Im waiting to see

Absolutely not under 5 friendly.I remember bringing my children now granddaughter and was expecting things she could have interacted with to play on she doesnt know what to do with video games.thank you for your getting back to me very appreciative

Went to a birthday party. The facility was very clean including the rest rooms. The event coordinator was very nice and efficient. We are thinking of having our daughters party there next year.

Our 5 year old granddaughter wanted to go for her birthday, she could have chosen anyplace to go, Six Flags, Billy Beez, etc. We tried to change her mind, she didnt and we we went with reservations. We were pleasantly surprised. I havent been in a few years, I like the changes that were made. All the games were working and the price to play the games with the coupon online was a great deal. The food is ok, we go there knowing this. It was fairly clean, compared to before, not crowded and the staff was friendly. We would go again if thats where they choose to go.

Great place for little kids

For being the only place in Worcester and surprisingly packed. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Overall no complaints except for the sore feet because of chasing my son all over the place. Lol

Lots of fun options for kiddos, free WiFi, decent salad bar (all you can eat) and tasty pizza as well. The option to pause the time on our card while we ate was great. Wasnt very busy on a Friday evening.

(50 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA) This so far the best Chucke E Cheeses weve been to in MA, it has a good variety of games for small and older kids, adults can have lot of fun too, it is acceptably clean, the food is good and comes in time, the staff is friendly and helpful, the games are well maintained. I would only suggest them to add a larger basketball station.

Chuck E Cheese charges by time as an alternative to per game. This makes Chuck E Cheese the best deal Ive seen for a half-hour of arcade time for a kid. The game variety seems good too.

The food is overpriced garbage, but the little guy loves going here and thats what counts

I used to hate this place. The food is so much better now. I love the new pay and play for a certain amount of time versus having to purchase enough points per game. I felt like we got our moneys worth this time!!!!

Always a nice kids place. Not busy in the summer or warm months so you can hog any machine. Decent food as well.

It has toddler zone and kid zone, so it is great from 1 n 1/2 year age.

First time here with my son and it was great. The place was clean, staff was friendly and I cannot believe Im saying this but I had the best pizza Ive eaten in a long time. Definately a great spot to bring the kids.

I frequent this place because its my 2 year olds favorite place to be! And secretly mine too! The staff here is always friendly and helpful. It can get super busy at times, and the crowd isnt always the most respectful- little kids running around with no parents harassing my children, stealing their tickets, jumping on rides their using, ugh. But not every time. Id suggest not going on weekend peak hours when they have birthday parties because you might end up punching a kid lol Ive booked birthday parties here and its very convenient to do online. If you download the Chuck e Cheese app they give you a free small pizza, then after 3 visits you earn $10 towards your next visit. They give you free bonus play a few weeks near your childrens birthdays as well. Chuck e used to come out to say hi to the kids and hand out tickets but I havent noticed him the last 5 times Ive been there which seems odd. Theres a decent variety of games but always running out of tickets!!! And its hard to find an attendant to help which wastes time you paid for! I have noticed on multiple occasions how hot it gets in the building. And why does the pizza come out sliced like its hiding a conspiracy??

My children love the new unlimited play time. I thought that they would freak out at the sight of chuck E but no they laughed and waved . They are small but do understand that to play the games they need to pass the card over the box lit up on the game. Just wish there were games for my 1 yr old that were geared to touch scene to make it more easier for them.

I have to say, when I think of this place, I think ew, all set. Well, this is me remembering the place from years ago and also associating the run down plaza its located in with Chuck E. Cheese and thats not fair to do. This place has been redone and modernized. It has plenty of games and rides for kids 2-13ish. The pizza was very good and the staff was excellent. All the birthday parties weve attended here have been fun, well organized and a hit with all the kids. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place including the restrooms. The staff there does their best to keep it clean as possible. Its cheap, good fun and food for the kids and I wouldnt hesitate to go back with the kids.

The party host was awesome they helped us every step of the way. They took care of set up and tried to be as personal and helpful as possible. It was a little more then I wanted to spend but it was a wonderful experience for all of us

Good for kids and have variety of arcade games

Store was nice and clean the food is pretty good. its more geared to younger children. Very very overpriced and the rewards are way too much money and cheap Dave and Busters is a hundred percent better. They cater to all ages up into adulthood after 10 p.m.

A great place for the kids to release their energy. My Grandson loves the place.

I enjoyed upgrades since the remodel. Going to a card based system instead of tokens was a smart idea.

This place is a lot of fun for kids and families with rides and games for 3-100 year olds plus pizza, cotton candy, soda, etc. Win tickets (points) from games to turn in at the end for cute little toys. Free parking. Pretty clean. nice staff. About $5 per person gives you a good hour or two of fun (plus the price of food).

We just celebrated a 2nd birthday and the staff there were excellent! We had a great time, the kids stayed busy, food came out hot and flavorful. They tried to upsell me on a couple of things, but werent pushy when we declined. Our party host was attentive to our needs and made sure to keep us on time and prepared for the next activity (cake, Chuck E. And the band, food, etc). I would recommend this service.

Kids love it..very fun place for kids

We go pretty often I have a 2 year old that loves it. We usually go during the day when all the kids are in school so its never busy but today we chose to go at night it was a Sunday around 6 place was packed but employees were very nice and doing everything they could to keep the place kept up. Their was chicken bones Every Wear but again not employees fault it was the slobs that were their. I want to point out one employee her name was Natalie my daughter wanted to get a certain prize with her tickets it was the first thing she saw while walking in. Kudos to Natalie because she was a little short and she made her night. The whole ride home she was hugging her toy and was saying thank you natalie.... she then proceeded to tell us how nice it was of her. Yes I know hard to believe a 2 year old thinks like that but she does she knows manners and is brought up to appreciate even the small things. She would of survived with out it but instead She now is sleeping with her dog thank you Natalie for making her so happy.

My boys absolutely love it. And I appreciate how they stamp each member of your family with a unique stamp. So when exiting if the stamps dont match up then they realize the child does not belong with that person. Just gives a parent a little peace of mine to allow your children some freedom to run around and enjoy everything in Chuck E Cheese

VERY VERY LOUD (ca. 80 dB SPL continuously). Expensive; $7 for 187 ml wine ($3 retail value). Very greasy food. Fresh fruit bears an uncanny resemblance to fried potatoes (manager subsequently corrected the error).

Chuck E. has definitely improved. We love their new card system. But, we miss there former pizza crusts.

Half the games dont work but they still take your $. All the kids that have unlimited games passes get on the best games and stay on them the whole time they are there.

It was my first time visiting yesterday with my friends daughter. The place was very dirty and messy. The customer service was terrible except for the only guy on the job who seemed to actually carw about his job. An employee who was wearing a white shirt and black pants whom i believe was a manager seemed to not enjoy her job as she gave people dirth looks. Food also took forever and wasnt cooked properly.
