Staff very helpful, very clean facility. Park is the best. Lake Quinsigamond captivates my our souls!
Beautiful views and great place to spend evenings at. Shady picnic area with ample tables and grills. Small but wonderful beach..
A very nice scenic view of the area great for hanging out with the family. there are areas where you can BBQ and enjoy a great time next to the water
Serene spot on the edge of town down by the lake. Nice spot to visit. Parking could be improved a bit.
This place is relaxing, water is still not much cold but people dont take bath anymore. However boats are still seen.
It is completely accessible for all to enjoy. The place is very well mzintained. There are outside picnic tables & grills. You can rent kyacks, sail boats & paddle boats. Lots of fun!
Great park to just do a weekend barbecue or just hang out by the river.
I sat on the bridge this morning and 3 hours past like it was 10 minutes very very relaxing

Well maintained. Good swimming hole not crowded.
Nice park. Small but adequate beach. Nice large shady picnic area.
Its a awesome place The staff over there are very kind and they give great customer service
Its an amazing park to hang out with friends and family. And they have a place to go boating and swimming.
Upon reading the reviews, Ive discovered that I had failed to pay the parking fee while visiting the Quinsigamond State Park... It was the middle of night and there wasnt anybody to take my parking money. Anyways, there was a very good view of the bridge across Lake Quinsigamond to the south of the park. The bridge was lit beautifully at night. There were also some houses on the other side of the lake that made for some pretty night shots across the lake. There was a sandy area, but I didnt really get a chance to go on the sand since the park was so dark at night. There seems to be plenty of street parking available nearby, so if youre just trying to get some exercise at the park, consider parking for free in the nearby small streets.
This was my first time and I really enjoyed it
Place to relax your mind after a days work..
Best place for an outdoor lunch on the Worcester- Shrewsbury line. Even when its cold just parking and relaxing. The lights on the bridge are pretty at night too
Great Boat Ramp double wide with plenty of parking
One of the only places in Worcester in my opinion that you can go and enjoy the water it was unfortunate our last visit we warned about the E coli and how they failed their tests
Best place in Worcester for swimming hence the reason why its always crowded
I Love It!! This place is really nice for families!! Although they should have a place for eating lunch or something.. So if you wanna come be sure to bring snacks!! But overall is a really nice place and Im sure that you are going to have lots of fun at the lake or why not rent a boat?
Nice place to enjoy views with family
Love this wonderful place.
Nice park.
Tons of potential. Needs more cleaning. Often find syringes on land and the shoreline.
Went on a dark boat with my kids, they loved it,. Nice for small picnics, relax and enjoy the sun and the nice nice. People there are very nice too, they answered all my questions
Just a beautiful place to stop and reflect on days events and see great people doing great things with their lives
Best place for an outdoor lunch on the Worcester- Shrewsbury line.
Such a beautiful park, lots to do. I enjoy walks on the track or through the trees alone, and family picnics. Very clean and maintained.
Parking and views.. Nice place to feel safe when not swimming..
Awesome morning on the lake!
Too crowded, no one was wearing a mask.
Beautiful waterfront State Park on the western outskirts of Worcester, Quinsigamond State Park is an urban Oasis. The park has clean restroom facilities that are maintained very well. The park staff are very friendly and maintain the landscaping almost as well as a golf course. There are numerous picnic tables and grills to use and a public swim area. There also is a paved walking track that runs the perimeter of the park that is in excellent condition.
Go here and enjoy nature, leave the cubicle if you DARE.
A fun little beach with a beautiful lake, swimming area, kayak and duck boat rentals.
Great lake to swim at
Windy today but very nice !
Its my favorite lake and favorite place to relax, have fun it has really nice boats, paddle boats, canoes really fun has an icecream truck love it
It was great!
Great place
Great neighborhood walking, jogging area.Tennis courts available through the city.Picnic area for get togethers.Dont advise swimming as the water is not clean enough for me.Fishing is also good with a license, unless children of age limit for free.Would catch and release,as the water isnt clean enough for me to eat the fish.Football field and soccer field also in the park, and used by local organized games at times.Skating rink across the street, with certain public skating times.AA baseball field also across the street,a good place to go in the evenings to catch a game for free.Snack trucks in the summer at the ball field.Basketball court and softball field also on Hamilton street part of the park. There are places close by for food and ice cream.Good spot to just get away for a picnic. They have bbq areas,or as i like to do,just get some chicken and condo mints at the stop and shop on Grafton street.Whole chickens or pieces available all the time.
Nice area..parking lil high but stiil nice
Nice lake with many fun boats, scenic spots to sit, and grilling sites! Amazing!

For the woo this is about as close to the beach as you will get. Some grills, a beach, and hey even a boat or two for rent. Not bad.
Ok place to chill for a few minutes with a view of the lake.
Beautiful lake great for cruising and fishing
Beautiful place to go with family and friends..
Beautiful park. Nice Sandy Beach, bathrooms, swim and pic-nic areas. $8 for entrance. But if you are 62 yrs you can get a $10 Pass for most MA state parks. I will return.
Nice place. Pretty standard park
Nice little lake shore park. Right off Rt. 9. Small sand beach area seemed man-made but kids were having good fun. Parking is flat 8$ for Massachusetts plate. They have rentals for kayaks, paddle boards etc.
What a beautiful place to stop by!
I enjoyed time here
Park was nice, had a picnic. But saw people touching and almost laying on my new z06 Corvette. Not good.
Quiet place to walk
Much cleaner and nicer than the other side
A nice area if you live in Worcester or Shrewsbury. Quick access for a calm sunday afternoon.
So ive been walking doing a bit of jogging and overall just trying to improve my health. This is a great park, relaxing, Beautiful and very nice. even in the colder weather i enjoy the park. Great job City of Worcester
Mikes Rant of the Day: I live right down the street from the lake, within walking distance. But Worcester city - the largest city in New England after Boston - charges an $8 parking fee to access the river, and has a fence around the length of it so that no one can walk in and enjoy the lake; you have to drive in, and pay the parking fee. Its simply outrageous. The great cities that have lakes or rivers run through them, those rivers tend to be accessible to everyone who lives there - and its *the* place to be. Think of Paris, with the Seine River, or most European and Asian cities. I lived in Metz, France, and in Nanjing and Hangzhou, China, both with great rivers, and used to walk along them every night; but thats impossible here in Worcester. I mean, Paris didnt put a fence around the Seine River and make you pay a parking fee. Most American cities just dont know what to do with its lakes and rivers; it has no idea how to make cities livable, with a high quality of life for everyone to enjoy. Who can afford to pay $8 every day just to walk along the water? Tragic.
This park is good when u want a relaxed time with nature.. this is great time on lakeside
I love it here. A great place to go in between appointments.
Nice place to stop and bring a lunch to eat. Nice view in the middle of the city.
Local park with a great beach, grills, boat rental. Get ur parking pass for the year!
Beautiful lake
Good day for family fun
Amazing place to go.
Nice quiet beach.
Busy, some with, without masks
The park has changed for the better over the years. Theres a nice beach/swimming area along with plenty of tables for eating or hanging out. Only downside is the $8 per day to park in the lot.
Great racing

Nice place to relax in Worcester
The main portion of Quinsig State Park is actually a mile or so down Lake Avenue from Regatta Point. Its bounded by Nonquit and Coburn streets, features a quarter-mile dirt track around a grassy field used for youth football and field hockey. There are tennis courts, a small beach, a pavilion, a few grills, picnic tables and benches. Fronting Lake Quinsigimond, its a great place to walk (a paved and dirt path encircles the grounds). People there are invariably mellow.
Nice location.
A great place to spend the afternoon during the weekends.
