Very small and congested space, music is very loud. Staff is forced to wear swim suits /Playboy style. Hookah is $25, lasts 15 mins and the replacement head will cost you another $10.00. So very expensive, loud and wont recommend it. Sorry, the name is not appropriate for this place. It is an insult to the actual Dubai city.

Hooka for 25 bucks and lasts 10 mins then you have to buy a new head for another 10 dollars. Music too loud and set for Foxborough Stadium. First and last trip. was hoping for a much better atmosphere.
